在多基站(BS)协作系统中,信道的非对称导致相互协作的两基站从协作中获得的性能增益不一样。因此,在选择协作基站的过程中,当一方想合作,而另一方更想与其他基站合作的时候,分簇问题变得非常困难,使整个系统性能受限。为解决此问题,定义了协同度的概念,针对此情况提出了一种重叠分簇方案,并在此基础上设计了一种联合迫零-汤姆林森-哈拉希玛预编码(ZF-THP)算法。该方案通过对局部基站进行重叠分簇调整,并利用THP技术消除重叠基站带来的干扰。仿真分析表明,该方案较好地解决了协同度非对称性导致的分簇矛盾,提高了系统的频谱效率,并改善了用户的公平性能。  相似文献

Sometimes, a new technology can have a significant impact on other technologies and existing processes. The planning and implementation of certain policies in order to adapt these new technologies with existing processes is essential. Advanced hydrocarbon (drop-in) biofuel production is an emerging technology that has the potential to influence the existing petroleum supply chain and thus change the equilibrium quantity and prices. This paper addresses a large scale multi-period complementarity model for an advanced hydrocarbon biofuel supply chain integrated with existing petroleum refineries. Market players include suppliers, convertors, deconstruction operators, storage operators, transportation operators and emission auctioneer as well as consumers. The model is multimodal combining multiple transportation modes, seasonal, and other data regarding the current situation of the market, and all the players are assumed to be perfectly competitive. This model simultaneously optimizes the supply chain design and finds the equilibrium quantity of feedstocks, crude oil and final products in the integrated supply chain. Although the main focus of this article is on the mathematical formulation, the numerical simulations for a real case study for Iran are illustrated. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the model in studying the effect of different scenarios on the current supply chain of crude oil based derivatives.  相似文献

超高速光电分幅相机常用的8棱锥分光方式在应用于平行光作为背景照明的纹影实验时,原理性的引起了图像的切割。为解决该问题,我们采用多组1:1分光棱镜代替分光棱锥的空间分光方法来完成光学系统的设计,装调后的相机系统达到了较高的空间分辨率。用研制的超高速光电分幅相机进行了纹影实验,拍摄了脉冲高压作用下的直径Φ30μm的钨金属丝爆炸过程,实验结果显示由钨丝爆炸引起的空气冲击波明显,图像均匀完整,没有切割情况出现。研制的光电分幅相机已经在激光与物质相互作用等相关领域的实验中得到了很好的应用。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Aroma is one important fruit sensory attribute influenced by the volatile constituents related to species, variety and technological treatments. We analysed the variations of volatile compounds in five pear cultivars and investigated their changes related to different pear organs, different ripening stages, 1‐MCP treatment and ultra‐high‐pressure pasteurisation. RESULTS: Considerable variations exist in the quantity of 10 volatile compounds among five pear cultivars. Their levels generally showed an increasing trend when collected at later harvest time in Ya pear. In Whangkeumbae pear, most volatile compounds reached their maximum levels in skin and pulp. After treating pears with 42 µmol L?1 1‐methylcyclopropene (1‐MCP), the levels of volatiles remained basically unchanged or only slightly increased in Ya pear during a shelf life of 21 days. When Huangguan pear juice was pasteurised by using ultra‐high pressure, the levels of volatiles significantly changed during the shelf life. CONCLUSION: The volatile compositions of five different Chinese pear cultivars differ considerably. The levels of these volatiles vary along with ripening stages and pear tissues. A moderate concentration of 1‐MCP could keep the levels of volatile compounds basically unchanged during storage and ultra‐high‐pressure pasteurisation could change the levels of volatiles significantly during the following shelf life. 果胶是一种以聚半乳糖醛酸为骨架、富含中性糖分支结构的植物杂多糖。通过理化手段对果胶进行改性,可降低其分子质量和酯化度、修饰其微观结构、提高其生物利用度,经改性后的果胶能抑制肿瘤生长、诱导细胞凋亡、增强肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性、抑制肿瘤血管新生和转移并增强机体的免疫响应。本文重点综述改性果胶的抗肿瘤机制、吸收机制和抗肿瘤构效关系,并对其开发为功能食品的前景进行展望。  相似文献

BACKGROUND: A wide range of 1‐methylcyclopropene (1‐MCP) concentrations as well as various treatment durations have been studied in tomatoes by different researchers. However, little is known about interaction of 1‐MCP doses and maturity stages of tomatoes. Therefore the effects of different concentrations of 1‐MCP on storage and postharvest quality of ‘Zorro’ tomatoes harvested at mature green or pink maturity stages were investigated in a 2‐year trial study. RESULTS: Higher concentrations of 1‐MCP delayed and/or inhibited all parameters related to fruit ripening, such as lycopene, chlorophyll, surface color, polygalacturonase (PG) activity and soluble solids content/titratable acidity (SSC/TA), and these effects were greater in tomatoes harvested at the mature green stages. Lower concentrations of 1‐MCP slightly reduced the loss in general quality features compared with untreated tomatoes. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that 1‐MCP, especially at higher doses, is effective for delaying ripening of mature green tomatoes. Mature green fruits treated with 1000 nL L?1 1‐MCP were stored for 35 days without significant decreases in quality characteristics such as elasticity, surface color and SSC/TA with certain physiological processes (ethylene production, PG activity, lycopene synthesis). Fish iridoviruses cause systemic diseases with high mortality in various species of wild and farm-raised fish, resulting in severe economic losses. In 1998, we isolated a new epizootic iridovirus in cultured grouper (Epinephelus sp.) in Taiwan, thus named as grouper iridovirus of Taiwan (TGIV). We report here the cloning of TGIV major capsid protein (MCP). Phylogenetic analysis of the iridoviral MCPs confirmed the classification of TGIV into the Megalocytivirus genus. Recombinant TGIV MCP and GIV MCP were then generated to produce polyclonal antibodies. Western blot analysis revealed that the two antisera were species-specific, indicating no common epitope shared by the MCPs of the two viruses. We further assayed the potency of a subunit vaccine containing recombinant TGIV MCP. The vaccine effectively protected grouper from TGIV infection. The result demonstrated that MCP is a suitable antigen for anti-TGIV vaccines.  相似文献
