为研究辅助给水泵叶轮裂纹故障特性,基于计算流体动力学(CFD)探究不同叶轮裂纹长度下辅助给水泵泵壳测点的压力脉动响应规律,并结合辅助给水泵在有无叶轮裂纹时泵壳测点的振动监测数据对CFD结果进行验证。研究表明泵壳测点的压力脉动响应能较好地反映辅助给水泵叶轮裂纹故障特性;辅助给水泵叶轮存在裂纹时,泵壳测点的振动频谱中叶片通过频率附近会出现明显的宽度为转频的边频带。  相似文献

High-shear wet granulation is a complex process that in turn makes scale-up a challenging task. Scale-up of high-shear wet granulation process has been studied extensively in the past with various different methodologies being proposed in the literature. This review article discusses existing scale-up principles and categorizes the various approaches into two main scale-up strategies – parameter-based and attribute-based. With the advent of quality by design (QbD) principle in drug product development process, an increased emphasis toward the latter approach may be needed to ensure product robustness. In practice, a combination of both scale-up strategies is often utilized. In a QbD paradigm, there is also a need for an increased fundamental and mechanistic understanding of the process. This can be achieved either by increased experimentation that comes at higher costs, or by using modeling techniques, that are also discussed as part of this review.  相似文献

This paper presents a thermal fluid analysis on the air cooling of a permanent magnet electric motor with a centrifugal impeller. A numerical model is developed for the heat transfer and fluid flow process. The flow rates of the cooling air are also experimentally measured. The agreement between the numerical model prediction and experimental data is reasonably good. Detailed structures of the cooling flow are presented. Convection heat transfer on the surface of the armature is quantified. Comments on the application of the motor architecture are given. Design modifications are proposed for performance improvements.  相似文献

The flow characteristics of the centrifugal fans with different blade outlet angles are basically discussed on steady and unsteady simulations for a rectangular casing fan. The blade outlet angles of the impellers are 35° and 25° respectively. The unsteady flow behavior in the passage of the impeller 35° is quite different from that in the steady flow behavior. The large flow separation occurs in the steady flow field and unsteady flow field of the impeller 35°, the flow distribution in the circumferential direction varies remarkably and the flow separation on the blade occurs only at the back region of the fan; but the steady flow behavior in the impeller 25° is almost consistent with the unsteady flow behavior, the flow distribution of the circumferential direction doesn't vary much and the flow separation on the blade hardly occurs. When the circumferential variation of the flow in the impeller is large, the steady flow simulation is not coincident to the unsteady flow simulation.  相似文献

The bending moment acting on an overhung shaft equipped with an unbalanced impeller, as one of the results of the lateral Fluid-Structure Interactions (FSI) in stirred vessels, was measured using a moment sensor, equipped with digital telemetry. The results show that the imbalance of impeller has a considerable influence on the characteristics of bending moment, such as the mean amplitude and the intensity of amplitude fluctuation. Analysis of the amplitude distribution shows that the distribution is well fitted by a Weibull distribution, which tends to flatten and become more symmetrical about the mean as the imbalance increases. Further analysis of the bending moment power spectral density shows that the speed frequency of the bending moment, whose contribution to the bending moment fluctuation increases with the increasing imbalance, is caused by the imbalance of the stirring structure. These results can be applied to the mechanical design process for the shaft and the stirred vessel supporting it, and the manufacturing control of impeller balance quality.  相似文献
