正交试验法于优选白瓷坯料配方中的应用

对长石、石英、龙岩土、莱阳土４种因素各取４个水平，用正交表Ｌ１６（４５）安排１６个试验，分析了这１６个试验产品的吸水率、白度、热稳定性与每种因素各水平之间的关系．得出了白瓷坯料的最佳配方。其中，长石１９，石英２１，龙岩土２１．莱阳土０．     

50kg／m钢轨轨底缺陷的检验和分析

钢轨轨底缺陷有三种：底伤、结疤和底裂缺陷。取２０根有底缺陷５０ｋｇ／ｍＵ７１Ｍｎ钢轨做试样，通过低倍、断口、金相检验和扫描电能谱分析，详细描述了轨底缺陷的宏观和微观特征，研究出钢轨轨底缺陷出现的规律臁其产生的原因。通过对比试验，发现淄博１号保护渣有利于改善钢锭表面质量，提高钢轨一级品率。

Monitoring Power Dissipation for Fault Detection

In this paper, we suggest that the dynamic power dissipation of acircuit can be used for fault detection. Even those faults which do notaffect static power dissipation can be detected by monitoring dynamic powerdissipation. We discuss how stuck-at, stuck-open, and redundant faults maybe detected by monitoring dynamic power dissipation. In many cases, theFourier spectra of the supply currents in the good and faulty circuits willalso be very different. Further, specific tests can be applied so as toimprove fault coverage. Power monitoring is verified using simulation, andalso experimentally, for example circuits.     

超高吨位灌注桩静载试验中的预应力混凝土反力装置

在复兴大桥超高吨位灌注桩的静载试验,预应力混凝土反力装置替代了传统的钢梁反力系统。这套装置主要包括预应力锚桩、预应力承台与预应力反力梁。试验结果表明,直接获得超高吨位大直径嵌岩桩的极限承载力相当不易,而对这类问题预应力混凝土反力装置是值得考虑的。     

Numerical Simulation of Independent Advance of Ore Breaking in the Non-pillar Sublevel Caving Method

The mechanism of stress generation and propagation by detonation loading in five separate independent advance of ore breaking patterns is discussed in the paper. An elastic numerical model was developed using AN- SYS/LS-DYNA 3D Nonlinear Dynamic Finite Element Software. In this package ANSYS is the preprocessor and LS-DYNA is the postprocessor. Numerical models in the paper to actual were l：10 and the element mesh was dissected in scanning mode utilizing the symmetry characteristics of the numerical model. Five different advance rates were studied. Parameters, such as the time required to maximum stress, the action time of the available stress, the maximum velocity of the nodes, the stress penetration time, the magnitude of the stress peak and the time duration for high stress were numerically simulated. The 2.2 m advance appeared optimum from an analysis of the simulation results. The results from numerical simulation have been validated by tests with physical models.     

气门用4Cr9Si2钢调质工艺研究

采用正交试验 ,研究了 4Cr9Si2钢的淬火温度、回火温度与组织、硬度间的关系 ,得出了最佳的工艺参数 (10 10℃淬火 ,6 0 0℃回火 )。实际生产表明 ,采用此工艺后 ,断裂现象基本消除 ,气门的热处理质量有了明显提高。     

SW233 PIN驱动器自动测试系统的研制

介绍了一种集成电路自动测试系统，该系统采用计算机并口作通信接口，用VB6编程，实现了对外围测试电路的控制，用IEEE-488接口卡控制测试仪器，可对SW233电路的36个参数进行自动测试，并将测试结果自动保存在数据库中。该测试系统具有自动化程度高、操作方便、测试结果精确等特点。     

超低硫燃料柴油的润滑性研究与性能研究

研究提出了超低硫燃料暂定战术技术指标，并规定了其润滑性要求。通过对基础油生产工艺研究、柴油润滑性添加剂研究及配方性能评定，成功研制了一种环保型超低硫燃料，满足外燃发动机（燃烧室高温高压）的使用要求。研制产品具有馏分窄、闪点高、氧化安定性好、低温性能优异、硫含量超低、润滑性能好等特点。燃料的低硫化是燃料发展的必然趋势。在我国开展低硫或超低硫环保型燃料研制，同时开展燃料润滑性添加剂的研制，具有重要意义。     

喷气客机涡轮风扇发动机的振动诊断与改进

通过动态分析和现场测试对一喷气客机的发动机振动作出诊断，发现涡轮叶轮的变柔导致其极转动惯量显著下降，因而改变发动机的动态特性，使其临界转速接近飞机的巡航转速，产生不应有的振动和噪声。文章提出了具体改进方案，已为研制单位采用。
