Today, the field of high-speed computers and supercomputing applications is dominated by the vector-processor architecture. This paper gives a survey on the architectural principles of vector computers like segmentation, pipelining, and chaining as well as on the spectrum of real systems available in the market. It illuminates the potentiality and the limitations of vectorization strategies. Recent developments towards multi-vectorcomputer systems give impact to new supercomputing concepts balancing vectorization versus parallel computation by exploiting multitasking principles. Covering a wide spectrum of applications vector-supercomputers are making relevant contributions to the progress in scientific research and technology.  相似文献

实验以MgO/MCM-22为催化剂,在气相连续流动固定床反应器上催化苯与草酸二乙酯(DEO)烷基化,合成乙苯(EB)。考察了MgO负载量变化和工艺条件的影响。以硝酸镁为前驱体通过等体积浸渍法制备了MgO/MCM-22催化剂,并以低温N_2吸附脱附、X射线衍射、NH_3-TPD、吡啶吸附IR等,对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明:随MgO负载量的增加,苯的转化率逐渐下降,而乙苯的选择性明显提高,这主要是由于负载MgO后催化剂的酸性位数量下降引起的。以MCM-22为催化剂,在最佳反应条件下:温度653 K,空速为2 h~(-1),原料配比n(苯):n(DEO)=4:1,苯的转化率为37.5%,乙苯选择性为80.3%。  相似文献

Generally in a vapour absorption refrigeration system (VARS) heat rejection temperatures at absorber (Ta) and condenser (Tc) are taken to be equal. However, different temperatures can exist when the cooling water flows in series through the two components. Under such situations, it is essential to know which of Ta and Tc has greater influence on the performance of the VARS. Here the influence of different Ta and Tc on the performance of a single-stage VARS working with HCFC22 as a refrigerant and three organic solvents, namely DMA, DMF and DEMTEG, as absorbents is studied. Results are obtained over a wide range of operating temperatures. To improve the performance of HCFC22-based VARS, results reveal that (i) the cooling water in parallel pipe connections should be used at low values of temperatures at evaporator, cooling water and heat source, and (ii) cooling water should first flow through condenser and then through the absorber when evaporator and heat source temperatures are high over the complete range of cooling water temperatures. COPth is more sensitive to Tc than to Ta.  相似文献

研究了在温度30℃,pH 2.0的常用浸出条件下,UO_2~(2 )对氧化亚铁硫杆菌(T.f)生长活性的影响。结果表明,UO2~(2 )对氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长活性有较大影响,具体表现在细菌生长的停滞期和对数期均较长,Fe~(2 )的氧化速度慢。在含一定浓度UO_2~(2 )的培养基中驯化的T.f菌,能耐受[UO__2~(2 )]为400~1200 mg/L,而且对Fe~(2 )的氧化速率加快。  相似文献

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common relapsing inflammatory skin disorder characterized by immune-mediated inflammation and epidermal barrier dysfunction. The pathogenesis of AD is multifactorial and has not been fully elucidated to date. This study aimed to evaluate whether serum IgG from adult AD patients could modulate the thymic maturation of IL-22-producing T cells and CLA+ T cells of non-atopic infants. Given that miRNAs regulate immune response genes, we evaluated whether miRNA expression is also altered in cultured thymocytes. Thymocytes were cultured with purified IgG from AD patients or control conditions (mock, Intravenous-IgG (IVIg), non-atopic IgG, or atopic non-AD IgG). Using flow cytometry analysis, we assessed the expression of CLA and intracellular levels of IL-4, IFN-γ, and IL-22 on double-positive T cells (DP T), CD4 T cells, or CD8 T cells. We also investigated the frequency of IgG isotypes and their direct interaction with the thymic T cells membrane. The miRNA profiles were evaluated by the Illumina small RNA-seq approach. MiRNA target gene prediction and enrichment analyses were performed using bioinformatics. Increased frequencies of IL-22 and CLA+ producing CD4+ T cells cultured with IgG of AD patients was seen in non-atopic infant thymocytes compared to all control conditions. No alterations were observed in the frequency of IgG isotypes among evaluated IgG pools. Evidence for a direct interaction between IgG and thymic DP T, CD4 T, and CD8 T cells is presented. The small RNA-seq analysis identified ten mature miRNAs that were modulated by AD IgG compared to mock condition (miR-181b-5p, hsa-miR-130b-3p, hsa-miR-26a-5p, hsa-miR-4497, has-miR-146a, hsa-let-7i-5p, hsa-miR-342-3p, has-miR-148a-3p, has-miR-92a and has-miR-4492). The prediction of the targetome of the seven dysregulated miRNAs between AD and mock control revealed 122 putative targets, and functional and pathway enrichment analyses were performed. Our results enhance our understanding of the mechanism by which IgG can collaborate in thymic T cells in the setting of infant AD.  相似文献

介绍一种基于R-17MED化学传感器的氧气体积分数检测仪设计与实现。系统可实现矿井等特殊环境中氧气体积分数的检测,保证特殊环境中工作人员的健康与安全。采用R-17MED化学传感器作为数据采集前端,将氧气体积分数转变成电压信号并直接送至TLC2543的采集通道(AIN4)进行A/D转换,转换后,通过和AT89C51连接的LCD编程实现氧气体积分数显示。将不同环境中得到的测试数据与理论数据相比较,系统测试精度达到97.78%,符合工业生产需求。  相似文献

The microstructures of spinodal phases in Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy were studied by TEM. It was found that when the alloy is completely in a as-quenched state, spinodal decomposition is quick. Ordering appears after spinodal decomposition. The ordered phase with DO22 structure has three variants obtained from coarsening spinodal structure. The reason of ordering appeared after spinodal decomposition is that the content of solute atoms needed by ordering is higher than the average, which can be reached by the composition fluctuation of spinodal decomposition. It was speculated that the morphology of the ordered phase is needle-like.  相似文献

研究了酵母细胞(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)生物不对称还原苯乙酮酸合成R-(-)-扁桃酸的过程中,环境因子对底物的转化效率和产物对映体过量值的影响. 结果表明,高浓度的底物苯乙酮酸对酵母细胞的催化还原活性具有较显著的抑制效应. pH 6.5、温度32℃、严格厌氧为较适宜条件,底物苯乙酮酸的转化率和产物扁桃酸的得率分别可达97.0%和96.1%,R-(-)-扁桃酸的对映体过量值(ee)为95.1%.  相似文献

用NH3-TPD法研究了4种不同硅铝摩尔比的MCM-22沸石的酸性质,在常压间歇式反应器中考察了它们在苯与长链烯烃烷基化反应中的催化性能,并与HY和HZSM-5沸石催化剂进行了比较。实验结果发现MCM-22的催化活性与其强酸量有一致的关系,与其硅铝摩尔比无对应关系;MCM-22的活性比HY低,但对2-P的选择性远远高于HY,这说明了MCM-22对2-P具有形状选择作用。  相似文献
