介绍了两种新型的多机构组合加工试验机的结构和功能特点。其中多机构组合加工自动测量机能连续实现对工件的装夹、钻孔、镗孔和自动测量四个工序;另一种多机构组合加工螺栓扭紧机能连续实现对工件的装夹、钻孔、攻丝、自动扭紧螺母的工序。两种试验机在结构上采用了多种平面机构来实现各加工工序的快速进给、回退动作。试验机具有多功能、高效率、自动化程度高、动作可靠、成本较低的显著优点,适用于机械设计、机械制造以及机床自动化、自动检测等相关专业课程的实践教学环节。  相似文献

The master-alloy ingots for casting bulk metallic glasses are routinely prepared by arc melting a mixture of pure elements. The tribological behavior of Al0.25CoCrFeNi high-entropy alloy (HEA) sliding against Si3N4 ball was investigated from room temperature to 600 ℃. The microstructure of the alloys was characterized by simple FCC phase with 260 HV. Below 300 ℃, with increasing temperature, the wear rate increased due to high temperature softening. The wear rate remained stabilized above 300 ℃ due to the anti-wear effect of the oxidation film on the contact interface. The dominant wear mechanism of HEA changed from abrasive wear at room temperature to delamination wear at 200 ℃, then delamination wear and oxidative wear at 300 ℃ and became oxidative above 300 ℃. Moreover, the adhesive wear existed concomitantly below 300 ℃.  相似文献

Rapid prototyping of software and hardware is recognized as a very important step in timely, cost-effective system development. The complexity inherent in designing distributed computing systems and distributed problem solutions emphasizes the need for effective rapid prototyping tools. ADL/ADS is a testbed user interface tool for experimentation with critical research and design issues pertaining to distributed data processing (DDP). The experimenter expresses a candidate distributed system in terms of experiment objects, along with attributes and relationships. The experiment objects represent hardware, software, and behavior. This paper provides a brief overview of ADL/ADS, and gives especial emphasis to the Behavior Prototyping Language (BPL) within ADL/ADS. BPL is designed for expressing Behavior Modules (B_MODULEs)—the most versatile of the behavior objects. BPL incorporates set-theoretical approaches, and provides syntax designed for effectively describing manipulations of experiment objects, and their attributes and relationships.  相似文献

This study aims to provide a rapid screening tool for assessment of sustainable flood retention basins (SFRBs) to predict corresponding dam failure risks. A rapid expert-based assessment method for dam failure of SFRB supported by an artificial neural network (ANN) model has been presented. Flood storage was assessed for 110 SFRB and the corresponding Dam Failure Risk was evaluated for all dams across the wider Greater Manchester study area. The results show that Dam Failure Risk can be estimated by using the variables Dam Height, Dam Length, Maximum Flood Water Volume, Flood Water Surface Area, Mean Annual Rainfall (based on Met Office data), Altitude, Catchment Size, Urban Catchment Proportion, Forest Catchment Proportion and Managed Maximum Flood Water Volume. A cross-validation R2 value of 0.70 for the ANN model signifies that the tool is likely to predict variables well for new data sets. Traditionally, dams are considered safe because they have been built according to high technical standards. However, many dams that were constructed decades ago do not meet the current state-of-the-art dam design guidelines. Spatial distribution maps show that dam failure risks of SFRB located near cities are higher than those situated in rural locations. The proposed tool could be used as an early warning system in times of heavy rainfall.  相似文献

Green sand moulding machines for cast iron foundries are presently unable to uniquely identify individual castings. An insert tool concept is developed and tested via incremental mock-up development. The tool is part of the pattern plate and changes shape between each moulding, thus giving each mould a unique ID by embossing a Data Matrix symbol into the sand. In the process of producing the mould, each casting can be given a unique (DPM), enabling part tracking throughout the casting's life cycle. Sand embossing is achieved with paraffin-actuated reconfigurable pin-type tooling under simulated processing conditions. The marker geometry limitations have been tested using static symbol patterns, both for sand embossing and actual casting marking. The marked castings have successfully been identified with decoding software. The study shows that the function of each element of this technology can be successfully applied within the foundry industry.  相似文献
