Luminescence Characterization of Mg Doped Y2O2S:Ti Long Afterglow Phosphor

Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti (0≤x≤0.10) phosphors with long afterglow were synthesized by solid state reaction route. The photoluminescence spectra, decay curves, thermoluminescent spectra and chromaticity coordinate curves were investigated. The results show that the luminescence intensity of Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti (0≤x≤0.10) phosphors decrease gradually with increasing Mg2 ion content, and the shape of luminescence spectra and chromaticity coordinate change as well. Furthermore, two thermoluminescent peaks in single Ti-doped Y2O2S sample are found at 91.8 and 221.5 ℃, respectively. Nevertheless, significant different spectra were found for the Mg, Ti co-doped Y2O2S samples that three thermoluminescence peaks appear at 52.3, 141.7 and 226.8 ℃, respectively. These results indicate that the co-doped Mg ion changes the inherent trap depth of single Ti-doped Y2O2S:Ti phosphor, and induces simultaneously a new trap level in the Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti phosphor. Based on the analysis of thermoluminescent spectra, photoluminescent spectra, decay curve and crystal structure defect, it was proposed that the varied structure defect and introduced new trap level by the doped Mg2 ions should be responsible for reducing luminescence intensity and varying color in the Y1.94-xMgxO2S:0.06Ti phosphor.

总结了国内外正庚烷的生产状况和市场行情，分析了中小型石化企业生产正庚烷的可行件，提出采用萃取精馏分离正庚烷的方法．在间歇精馏塔塔顶温度为91-101℃、塔釜为103-110℃的条件下，可以得到58％以上正庚烷和甲基环己烷的混合液．根据物质相关性质，初步确定有关萃取溶剂，利用单级循环汽液平衡釜对初选的萃取剂进行实验研究，选定乙二醇作为萃取剂，为进一步实验研究提供依据．

Comparative study of the elimination of toluene vapours in twin biotrickling filters using two microorganisms Bacillus cereus S1 and S2

BACKGROUND: To investigate the microbial degradation performance of organic pollutants in the atmosphere using a biotrickling filter, two microorganism strains, Bacillus cereus S1 and Bacillus cereus S2, were selected, identified and inoculated into a twin biotrickling filter for comparison. RESULTS: Both strains showed good performance towards the degradation of model organic pollutants when gas flow rates ranged from 100 to 600 L h⁻¹. For S1, the total maximum removal efficiency (RE) of toluene was maintained nearly 100% not only at gas flow rates of 100 L h⁻¹ corresponding to empty bed residence time (EBRT) 199.44 s, but also at gas flow rates of 200 L h⁻¹ (EBRT = 99.72 s) and 300 L h⁻¹ (EBRT = 66.48 s). However, S2 had a much lower degradation capability; near 100% removal efficiency was obtained only at the gas flow rate of 100 L h⁻¹ although both bacteria belong to the same Bacillus cereus. With further increase in gas flow rate, the total REs for both S1 and S2 decreased slightly at first and then dropped sharply to 46% and 35%, respectively, at an EBRT of 33.24 s, corresponding to a gas flow rate of 600 L h⁻¹. Starvation for between 2 and 10 days resulted in the re‐acclimation times of both strains ranging between 1.0 and 15.5 h. CONCLUSION: Strain S1 would be a better choice for inoculation into a biotrickling filter than strain S2, because of its much higher toluene removal capacity and rapid recovery to full performance. PbS-Sb2S3-FeS三元系在水蒸气气氛下的铅锑分离

在1073K下通过测定三硫化锑和硫化铅的挥发速度,研究了PbS-Sb_2S_3-FeS三元系在水蒸气气氛下的铅锑分离规律。X-射线衍射结果表明,焙砂由PbS、Fe_3O_4、FePb_4Sb_6S_(14)、Pb_5Sb_4S_(11)和FeSb_2O_4组成。当试样中FeS含量在5％～7％时,铅锑分离效果最好。当试样中FeS的含量≥10％时,铅锑分离效果较差,这时过量的FeS会与Sb_2S_3和PbS形成复杂的硫化物(FePb_4Sb_6S_(14)、Pb_5Sb_4S_(11))或被氧化成F4Sb_2O_4,使锑的挥发变得困难,导致残留在焙砂中的锑含量升高。
