自动获取人像数据并高精度重建是三维人脸识别的研究热点。针对三维重构缺少成熟算法与有效应用方法的问题,提出了一种基于二维数据的三维打印数字人像快速成型方法。该方法采用二维照相的方法获取人像的正视图、侧视图和俯视图,使用MAYA软件对人像数据进行网格化处理,生成OBJ文件导入PROE生成三维实体,并导入JDpaint实现数控仿真加工,最后将STL文档导入打印机打印出三维人像。实验证明,该方法实现了数据获取、网格划分、曲面重建和快速成型的整个工作流程。 相似文献

An automated procedure is proposed to select the optimum material and processing conditions for composite materials. The complexity of the part is estimated from the STL files of the CAD/CAM programs by evaluating the angles between the triangles, which cover the surface. A correction algorithm identifies the holes and calculates the complexity without considering the triangles at their surfaces if they will be drilled later. Using multiple neural networks represented the most important characteristics of the composite material manufacturing for the user. For each considered material one genetic algorithm is assigned to select the optimal operating conditions. The optimal material is selected by comparing the good qualities of each material after the optimization. The proposed procedure is very attractive for optimization of complex systems when multiple approaches and their several characteristics are considered. 相似文献

Over the past decade, telomeres have attracted increasing attention due to the role they play in human fertility. However, conflicting results have been reported on the possible association between sperm telomere length (STL) and leukocyte telomere length (LTL) and the quality of the sperm parameters. The aim of this study was to run a comprehensive study to investigate the role of STL and LTL in male spermatogenesis and infertility. Moreover, the association between the sperm parameters and 11 candidate single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), identified in the literature for their association with telomere length (TL), was investigated. We observed no associations between sperm parameters and STL nor LTL. For the individual SNPs, we observed five statistically significant associations with sperm parameters: considering a p < 0.05. Namely, ACYP2˗rs11125529 and decreased sperm motility (p = 0.03); PXK˗rs6772228 with a lower sperm count (p = 0.02); NAF1˗rs7675998 with increased probability of having abnormal acrosomes (p = 0.03) and abnormal flagellum (p = 0.04); ZNF208˗rs8105767 and reduction of sperms with normal heads (p = 0.009). This study suggests a moderate involvement of telomere length in male fertility; however, in our analyses four SNPs were weakly associated with sperm variables, suggesting the SNPs to be pleiotropic and involved in other regulatory mechanisms independent of telomere homeostasis, but involved in the spermatogenic process. 相似文献

For the data processing of rapid prototyping manufacturing, Boolean operation can offer a versatile tool for editing or modifying
the STL model, adding the artificial construction, and creating the complex assistant-support structure to meet special technical
requests. The topological structure of STL models is built firstly in order to obtain the relationship among the triangular
facets of the object. The intersection test between two triangles picked, respectively, from two solids is taken to get the
intersection triangle pairs and the intersection segments array, from which the intersection segments loops are detected.
The intersection surfaces are divided into several surface patches along the intersection loops. The inclusion prediction
is taken by testing the candidate point whether inside or outside the solid region of the solid slice. Detecting the loops
for determination of the valid intersection lines greatly increases the efficiency and the reliability of the process.

This paper addresses accuracy improvement of rapid prototyping (RP) machines by parametric error modeling and software error compensation. This approach is inspired by the techniques developed over the years for the parametric evaluation of coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and machine tool systems. The confounded effects of all errors in a RP machine are mapped into a “virtual” parametric machine error model. A generic artifact is built on the RP machine and measured by a master CMM. Measurement results are then used to develop a machine error function and error compensation is applied to the files which drive the build tool. The method is applied to three test parts and the results show a significant improvement in dimensional accuracy of built parts. 相似文献
