基于呼叫中心的客户关系管理系统服务流程优化研究

针对钢铁企业物流公司客户关系管理现状,及其客户服务请求处理流程中的不足,提出了基于呼叫中心的钢铁企业最优化客服请求处理流程及其技术实现,给出了平台功能设计,探讨了平台实现的关键技术。该系统充分满足客户满意度以及服务请求处理的及时性,快速性,确切性,可操作性等方面要求。     

Modelling of the mist formation in a segmented grinding wheel system

It has been found that using a segmented grinding wheel with a fluid chamber can significantly minimise the quantity of coolant while improving the ground surface integrity. The present investigation aims to explore the fluid flow mechanism in such a wheel system. To this end, the Weber theory for Newtonian jet instability was applied to quantitatively determine the contribution of coolant flow rate to mist and ligament modes. A semi-analytical model was then developed to predict the mist flow rate by taking into account both the grinding parameters and fluid properties. It was shown that the model prediction was in good agreement with experimental measurements. Because of the comprehensive integration of variables in the formulation, the model provides a good fundamental understanding of the mist formation and offers a practical guideline for the selection and use coolant in minimising the mist flow rate.

介绍了我国火电锅炉和电站用钢管的现状，以及国内外发展趋势。     

管线用钢氢致裂纹(HIC)影响因素分析

研究了管线用钢的化学成分和金相组织对钢的氢致裂纹(HIC)性能的影响。研究认为,带状组织和马氏体含量对HIC性能有很大影响,S含量及Cep对HIC有不同程度影响。含有少量Cu、Ni的钢更适合在酸性环境下使用。     

国内轴承钢的生产现状及发展

介绍了2002年国内高碳铬轴承钢的产量及品种结构，评述了国内轴承钢生产工艺装备、质量状况和发展方向。     

滑轨升降拉钢台架的结构、强度、钢度分析

介绍了攀钢轨梁厂钢轨收集装置——滑轨升降式拉钢台架的结构,并计算了主要受力构件滑轨的强度和刚度。     

超低硫X65管线钢中非金属夹杂物研究

对本钢超低硫X65管线钢中夹杂物的研究结果表明,LF精炼初期,钢中夹杂物主要是球形、多边形和大量簇状的Al2O3夹杂物,99.1%的夹杂物尺寸小于20μm。微合金化后,部分Al2O3夹杂物中出现TiO、SiO2、MnS等成分。钙处理后,夹杂物的平均直径达到8.58μm,大量夹杂物为含有微量MgO、SiO2或MnS等的2~50μm的球形mCaO.nAl2O3,部分为Al2O3、MnS、CaS或CaS-MnS。铸坯中夹杂物数量最少且尺寸最小,96.9%的夹杂物尺寸小于10μm,未发现大于50μm的夹杂物,平均直径为3.71μm。铸坯中大部分为球形的以mCaO.nAl2O3为主要成分的复合夹杂物,还有少量的Al2O3、MnS和CaS夹杂物等。     

混合材对水泥浆体泌水性能的研究

通过调整水泥中钢渣粉、粉煤灰和石灰石粉的含量,检测水泥浆体泌水速率,研究了多种混合材对水泥的泌水性能的影响,结果表明：建立的水泥浆体泌水检测方法可以表征水泥的泌水性能;5%～6%的钢渣粉的加入促进了水泥整体的保水效果,泌水速率和累积泌水率较现行水泥配比和中联水泥的低,但水泥成本上升 2.13元/t和2.89元/t;粉煤灰因其密度低,且多为球状形貌,不利于水泥泌水性能;2%石灰石粉的加入,可降低水泥的泌水率和累积泌水率,其性能曲线与中联水泥的相近,水泥成本降低0.96元/t。     

Preparation of ceramic coatings on inner surface of steel tubes using a combined technique of hot-dipping and plasma electrolytic oxidation

A new method for inner surface modification of steel tubes, named a combined technique of hot-dipping and plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) was proposed and demonstrated in this paper. In this work, metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings on inner surface of steel tubes were obtained using this method. In the combined process, aluminum coatings on steel were firstly prepared by the hot-dip process and then metallurgically bonded ceramic coatings were obtained on the aluminum coatings by PEO. The element distribution, phase composition and morphology of the aluminide layer and the ceramic coatings were characterized by SEM/EDX and XRD. The corrosion resistance of the ceramic coatings were also studied. The results show that, after hot-dip treatment, the coating layers consist of two layers, where Al, Fe_xAl _(1−x) were detected from external topcoat to the aluminide/steel substrate. Then after PEO process, uniform Al₂O₃ ceramic coatings have been deposited on inner surface of steel tubes. The ceramic coatings are mainly composed of -Al₂O₃ and γ-Al₂O₃ phase. The compound coatings show favorable corrosion resistance property. The investigations indicate that the combination of hot-dipping and plasma electrolytic oxidation proves a promising technique for inner surface modification of steel tubes for protective purposes.

总结了解放４５年来上海钢铁工业所取得的成就，重点阐述了技术、工艺、装备方面的现状和不足以及发展目标，指出：只有实行改革开放，加快技术改造，才能提高上海钢铁工业的总体水平，提高经济效益，也才能使老企业焕发青春，步入现代化钢铁工业之林。
