以中性点不带小电抗的高压并联电抗器为研究对象,在分析电抗器空投励磁涌流特征的基础上,指出了并联电抗器不带中性点小电抗时涌流会更加严重,是引起匝间保护误动的主要原因。分析了并联电抗器空投饱和的机理,指出了电抗器绕组磁通饱和后微分域相电流过零点前后采样峰值间距会发生偏移,在此基础上提出一种基于微分域电流过零点偏移特征的电抗器匝间保护新方法。利用工频特征下相电流过零点前后峰值间距与微分域相电流过零点前后采样峰值间距的偏移程度,结合相电流线性区内各时刻电感的均方根值与额定电感之间的特征关系来识别电抗器空投饱和与匝间故障,若识别为电抗器空投饱和则闭锁匝间保护,若识别为匝间故障则经短延时开放匝间保护。仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。 相似文献

风电并网所引起的次/超同步振荡研究多集中于小信号模型分析,较少考虑遭受大扰动后限幅等非线性影响。基于单边限幅的描述函数与广义Nyquist判据,对正阻尼直驱式永磁同步发电机(PMSG)限幅环节间歇饱和引起的切换型次/超同步振荡进行分析。首先给出并网PMSG状态空间简化模型并分析其小干扰稳定性;其次发现一种大扰动后并网PMSG因不对称单边d轴电流限幅间歇饱和引起的新型切换型振荡现象;再次结合并网PMSG网侧变流器的频域模型以及单边限幅的描述函数,给出含限幅环节的PMSG系统近似分析模型;最后结合广义Nyquist判据,近似分析不同限幅值和参数下的振荡频率,并解释该种振荡频率随限幅上限降低而增加的现象。 相似文献

针对室温工作的光伏型碲镉汞中波红外探测器激光辐照饱和特性进行了仿真,结果表明,中红外激光对碲镉汞材料的加热效应以及光照导致零偏压阻抗降低,是影响探测器输出量子效率的重要因素。利用一维数值仿真方法,建立了室温碲镉汞pn结的模型,计算了稳态激光辐照下器件量子效率以及零偏压阻抗。理论计算了激光辐照下的稳态温度分布近似模型,并将温度场分布耦合到仿真计算中,发现衬底厚度会影响芯片的温升,从而显著影响器件饱和阈值的大小。另外,计算表明,随着光照强度的增加,器件的零偏压阻抗降低,并将仿真结果与实测芯片参数进行了比较。计算分析为设计高饱和辐照度阈值的中波红外碲镉汞探测器提供了参考。 相似文献

Using an islanded microgrid (MG) with large-scale integration of renewable energy is the most popular way of solving
the reliable power supply problem for remote areas and critical electrical users. However, compared with traditional
power systems, the limited spinning reserves and network communication bandwidth may cause weak frequency
stability in the presence of stochastic renewable active outputs and load demand fuctuations. In this paper, an adaptive event-triggered control (ETC) strategy for a load frequency control (LFC) system in an islanded MG is proposed.
First, a bounded adaptive event-triggered communication scheme is designed. This not only saves on network
resources, but also ensures that the control center has a sensitive monitoring ability for the MG operating status when
the frequency deviations have been efectively damped. Secondly, by fully considering the spinning reserve constraints and uncertain communication delays, the LFC system is described as a nonlinear model with saturation terms.
Design criteria for ETC parameters are strictly deduced based on Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, an ETC parameter
optimization algorithm based on random direction search is developed to reconcile the bandwidth occupancy and

This article focuses on the problem of fixed-time prescribed performance platoon control for heterogeneous vehicles with unknown dead-zone and actuator saturation. First, an equivalent transformation is developed to approximate the actuator nonlinearity (i.e., dead-zone and saturation), which reduces the complexity of controller design. Then, to guarantee the tracking errors converge to the predetermined region in the given time, a modified prescribed performance function is presented. Based on this, a novel adaptive sliding mode control scheme is developed in the context of fixed-time theory, which is proved to be capable of ensuring individual vehicle stability and string stability in fixed time. In addition, under the proposed control scheme, the convergence time is independent of initial conditions of the system. This paper investigates a local observer-based leader-following consensus control of one-sided Lipschitz (OSL) multi-agent systems (MASs) under input saturation. The proposed consensus control scheme has been formulated by using the OSL property, input saturation, directed graphs, estimated states, and quadratic inner-boundedness condition by attaining the regional stability. It is assumed that the graph always includes a (directed) spanning tree with respect to the leader root to develop matrix inequalities for investigating parameters of the proposed observer and consensus protocols. Further, a new observer-based consensus tracking method for MASs with saturation, concerning independent topologies for communicating outputs and estimates over the network, is explored to deal with a more perplexing and realistic situation. In contrast to the traditional methods, the proposed consensus approach considers output feedback and deals with the input saturation for a generalized class of nonlinear systems.
