To enhance the tribocorrosion properties of chemically bonded phosphate ceramic coating (CBPCC), GO-ZnO was prepared and added into CBPCC. And the tribocorrosion behaviour of CBPCC was investigated. Results show that, with the introduction of GO-ZnO, the open circuit potential of CBPCC shifts in a positive direction and corrosion current density decreases. In addition, the total material loss, the total mechanical wear loss and the total electrochemical corrosion loss of CBPCC all decrease with the increase of GO-ZnO. The wear track of CBPCC after tribocorrosion without GO-ZnO is rough and porous, while the wear track becomes smooth and dense with the incorporation of GO-ZnO. The material in wear track is anchored by GO-ZnO due to the strong bond between GO-ZnO and CBPCC, which decreases the wear loss. Because of the extra force from the tribocorrosion experiment, the material anchored by GO-ZnO forms to a dense structure which prevents electrolyte diffusion into CBPCC. Moreover, GO-ZnO can block the electrolyte diffusion pathway and make it more tortuous. The resistance to the electrolyte diffusion decreases the corrosion current density and the increased wear loss due to electrochemical corrosion.  相似文献

(Ti0·8Mo0.2)3AlC2 solid solutions were successfully synthesized from Ti, Al, TiC, and Mo powders using the in situ hot-pressing sintering method. The tribological properties of (Ti0·8Mo0.2)3AlC2 and the reference Ti3AlC2 in the temperature range 25–800 °C were evaluated in ambient air with the counterpart of Al2O3 balls. The results show that (Ti0·8Mo0.2)3AlC2 has improved lubricating properties and wear resistance above 400 °C compared with Ti3AlC2. This can be contributed to the formation of tribo-oxidation films containing MoO3 and MoO3-x. Structural characterization of the tribo-oxidation films was conducted using SEM, EDS, Raman spectroscopy, and XPS to evaluate the effect of Mo doping on the wear mechanisms of Ti3AlC2 in detail.  相似文献

We experimentally reanalyzed the classic interaction between Pieris rapae, a specialist lepidopteran herbivore, and isothiocyanates (mustard oils) that are characteristic phytochemicals of the Brassicaceae. Previous investigations have suggested that P. rapae is unaffected by isothiocyanates. Using whole plants, root extracts, and a microencapsulated formulation of allyl isothiocyanate, we now show that isothiocyanates reduce herbivore survival and growth, and increase development time, each in a dose-dependent manner. Neither the substrate allyl glucosinolate, nor myrosinase, the enzyme that results in the breakdown of glucosinolates, negatively affected P. rapae. Thus, we present strong evidence for a role for isothiocyanates in plant resistance against the specialist herbivore P. rapae.  相似文献

本文根据水煤浆喷咀的工作条件以及不同材料在冲蚀磨损时的行为,对硬质合金,陶瓷材料及超细晶粒硬质材料等进行了试验研究。实验室冲蚀磨损试验和现场运行试验结果表明:超细晶粒硬质材料具有良好的抗冲蚀磨损性能,并可预期热震性得到改善的高致密、高硬度陶瓷材料将是一种新型的优良的水煤浆喷咀材料。  相似文献

本文对经三种强韧化工艺和常规工艺处理的GCr15钢进行了磨损性能试验,分析了试样磨损前后的组织和表面形貌,研究了其在不同热处理状态下磨损性能的变化规律和微观机理。结果表明:经高温固溶碳化物预处理加低温短时加热淬火的GCr15钢的耐磨性比其它工艺为好。用这种工艺处理的冷模具钢,可以大大提高其使用寿命。  相似文献

Contrarily to conventional sintering (CS) method where longer cycles and high temperature (1400–1500?°C) are applied to sinter yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline (Y-TZP) ceramics, this work presents a faster and low temperature (1175?°C) way through hot pressing (HP) to produce full densified zirconia with good mechanical and tribological properties. This work is concerned with the influence of sintering pressure on the microstructure and tribological properties of hot-pressed Y-TZP. For this purpose, four sintering pressures 5, 20, 60 and 100?MPa were tested. The wear tests were carried out by reciprocating ball-on-plate as a simplified test for tooth-to-restorative material contact under 37?°C using artificial saliva to mimic oral conditions. The results demonstrated that density, hardness and tribological properties are strongly influenced by the sintering pressure, namely an improvement with pressure increase was achieved. The highest density, hardness values and wear resistance were achieved for Y-TZP samples produced at P?=?100?MPa. Furthermore, it was revealed that a smaller grain size for Z100 samples (full densification condition) was achieved comparatively to conventional-sintered Y-TZP. This work proves that it is possible to produce dense Y-TZP materials under low sintering temperature and faster cycles with reduced grain size without compromise mechanical and tribological properties.  相似文献

In this study, a two-dimensional finite element model is proposed to investigate the wear/fracture mechanisms of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) superabrasives in high-speed grinding process. The special geometric microstructures of PCBN grains are constructed by using the classic Voronoi tessellation technique, and cohesive elements are embedded into the geometric model of PCBN grains as the potential crack propagation paths for simulating the wear/fracture behaviours of PCBN grains under grinding loads. The effects of uncut chip thickness per grain (agmax) on the stress distribution characteristics and wear/fracture behaviours of PCBN grains during grinding are discussed in detail. Results show that the wear behaviour of PCBN grains during grinding mainly occurs around the grain vertex region; however, the fracture behaviour, leading to the quick failure of PCBN grains, is prone to appear around the grain–filler bonding interface, which is usually on the opposite side of the in-feed direction. Moreover, to separate the PCBN grains from the macro-fracture during grinding, the uncut chip thickness per grain should be kept smaller than 1.0?µm to prevent the unfavourable fracture behaviour from appearing around the grain–filler bonding interface. Furthermore, the corresponding single-grain grinding trials are performed to validate the numerical simulation results by evaluating the wear/fracture morphologies of the PCBN superabrasives in the actual grinding operation.  相似文献

High dynamic range imaging (HDRI) by bracketing of low dynamic range (LDR) images is demanding, as the sensor is deliberately operated at saturation. This exacerbates any crosstalk, interpixel capacitance, blooming and smear, all causing interpixel correlations (IC) and a deteriorated modulation transfer function (MTF). Established HDRI algorithms exclude saturated pixels, but generally overlook IC. This work presents a calibration method to estimate the affected region from saturated pixels for a color filter array (CFA) sensor, using the native CFA as a matched filter. The method minimizes color crosstalk given a set of candidates for proximity regions, and requires no special setup. Results are shown for a 21‐bit HDR output image with improved color fidelity and reduced noise. The calibration reduces IC in the LDR images and is performed only once for a given sensor. The improvement is applicable to any HDRI algorithm based on CFA image bracketing, irrespective of sensor technology. Generalizations to subsaturated and supersaturated pixels are described, facilitating a suggested irradiance‐exposure dependent point spread function charge repatriation strategy.  相似文献

Nanorelief structure formed on the surface of B4C–SiC ceramics by an in-situ method is reported. The nanorelief structure formed by the in-situ method, which differs from the relief structure produced by laser treatment, results from preferential wearing of SiC particles, which have lower hardness, by free diamond particles and mixed wear particles of B4C and SiC during polishing and sliding, respectively. The effect of the nanorelief structure formed by the in-situ method on the sliding dry friction against a SiC ball is examined using a pin-on-disk tribometer. A comparison of dry sliding of the B4C–SiC composite ceramics with nanorelief structure to that of SiC ceramics without nanorelief structure reveals that B4C–SiC composite ceramics have a lower coefficient of friction and a significantly lower specific wear rate than the SiC ceramics. Worn surface analysis indicates that the nanorelief structure does not disappear after a dry sliding test. The depth of the nanorelief structure formed by the in-situ method ranges from 10 to 40 nm. The friction and wear results are associated with the nanorelief structure formed by the in-situ method.  相似文献
