气箱脉冲袋除尘器在铝电解含氟烟气干法净化中的应用

本文介绍了气箱脉冲袋除尘器在铝电解烟气净化工程上的成功应用。实践结果表明。在保证净化效果的前提下，采用改进型气箱脉冲袋除尘器作为净化设备．可使其一次投资、能耗、年维修费与其他型式布袋除尘器相比均有所降低。为铝电解烟气净化工程扩大了除尘器的选择范围。     

熔模铸造熔炼车间防止金属浪费的三点措施

分析了当前熔模铸造所面临的形势，指出了生产实践中熔炼车间容易造成金属浪费的三个环节，并提出了相应的预防措施。通过加强管理，避免浪费，降低了铸件生产成本，增强了市场竞争能力。     

基于N元模型的维吾尔文文本分类技术研究

考虑到维吾尔文词干提取、词性标注等工具不够成熟和相关的开源资源很少的实际情况,提出了基于N元模型的维吾尔文文本分类技术.其特点是不需要任何自然语言处理工具,拼写错误率对分类结果的影响很低.在训练阶段分别提取字符级别的三元和四元模型构造不同规模的N元词典,在分类测试阶段分别用曼哈顿距离计算和骰子测量对文本进行分类.实验结果表明,当四元模型词典的规模为500时,使用骰子测量分类时性能最佳,平准准确率达到86.56％.     

卫星图像的村落民居Lebesgue测度η值研究

以古民居的分布与发展演变为变量参数所形成的古村落拓扑图,通过对Lebesgue测度计算形成几何拟合数值曲线,在引入优美图优美标号的基础上,形成对村落优美度η的勒贝格测度值,在古村落发育（时间增长）过程中,η值是单调变化的。以徽州地区存在1000年古村落google卫星图像为基础,结合历史文献获得不同年代民居拓扑图,依据上述方法对村落拓扑中优美图进行统计量化,定义出村落优美度值η。结论认为η介于8000左右时,村落民居年代人文分布丰富;而低于6000时村落民居数量发展上升,但人文资料零乱;在700年左右的村落中,η值稳定在9600附近,呈现出古村落的明显拓扑特征。通过村落优美度按年代变化的η值曲线,对村落的（年代）演变做了分析。     

H∞ Control with Transients for Singular Systems

In this paper, the problem of a generalized type of H_∞ control is investigated for continuous‐time singular systems, which treats a mixed attenuation of exogenous inputs and initial conditions. First, a performance measure that is essentially the worst‐case norm of the regulated outputs over all exogenous inputs and initial conditions is introduced. A necessary and sufficient condition is obtained to ensure the singular system to be admissible and the performance measure to be less than a prescribed scalar. Based on the criterion a sufficient condition for the existence of a state‐feedback controller is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, the relationship between the performance measure and the standard H_∞ norm of the system is provided. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the properties of the obtained results.     

大数据关联关系度量研究综述

大数据关联性分析是大数据挖掘的基础,一个好的关联性度量是实施关联分析的关键。本文首先指出大数据时代关联度量面临的挑战和研究现状,从关联关系度量的构造角度出发,对现有的关联关系度量进行整理,归纳总结了这些关联关系的性质和适用条件。在回顾关联度量发展历程的基础上,结合大数据时代关联关系的特点,提出构造关联度量可能满足的条件。最后针对多模态数据关联关系度量的若干问题进行探讨和梳理,从3个角度出发,提出应对多模态数据空间转换的挑战,以引起对该领域更深入的思考与研究工作,从而促进大数据挖掘工作的进展。     

丹江口坝区扩建工程水土保持建设与效果分析

南水北调中线丹江口水库大坝加高工程坝区建设项目占地较多,包括永久征地、临时占地、租赁占地等,项目施工将直接破坏地表,造成水土流失。为防止工程建设造成严重的水土流失,项目业主单位成立了以总经理为第一责任人的领导机构和专门负责水土保持工程建设与管理的机构,并制定了专门的管理办法。在各参建单位的共同努力下,通过采取一系列的工程措施、植物措施与临时措施,取得了良好的水土保持效果,工程建设区的水土流失控制在国家标准的轻度流失范围内。     

Study of a Class of Almost‐controllable Discrete‐time Bilinear Systems

This paper studies the controllability of a class of time‐invariant discrete‐time bilinear systems. Although the system is not controllable in the whole space, there is a very large region where control is effective. Results show that the uncontrollable region of this kind of bilinear system has a Lebesgue measure of zero. In other words, for almost any initial state and any terminal state in the state space, the former can be transferred to the latter. Further, a necessary condition for near controllability is presented. Therefore, the results in this paper unify and generalize the corresponding conclusions in the literature. ©2014 Chinese Automatic Control Society and Wiley Publishing Asia Pty Ltd     

Complete controllability for abstract measure differential systems

In this paper, we investigate the complete controllability for abstract measure differential systems. Firstly, we introduce several new concepts about complete controllability for abstract measure differential systems. Then, on the basis of the Sadovskii fixed‐point theorem, we give sufficient conditions for complete controllability for a class of abstract measure differential systems. The compactness of the semigroup generated by some operator is unnecessary in this paper, and we show that our results, dealing with complete controllability problem for an ordinary differential system in infinite‐dimensional Banach space, are also less conservative than that in the previous literature.
