A library of 3,4‐(methylenedioxy)aniline‐derived semicarbazones was designed, synthesized, and evaluated as monoamine oxidase (MAO) and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Most of the new compounds selectively inhibited MAO‐B and AChE, with IC50 values in the micro‐ or nanomolar ranges. Compound 16 , 1‐(2,6‐dichlorobenzylidene)‐4‐(benzo[1,3]dioxol‐5‐yl)semicarbazide presented a balanced multifunctional profile of MAO‐A (IC50=4.52±0.032 μm ), MAO‐B (IC50=0.059±0.002 μm ), and AChE (IC50=0.0087±0.0002 μm ) inhibition without neurotoxicity. Kinetic studies revealed that compound 16 exhibits competitive and reversible inhibition against MAO‐A and MAO‐B, and mixed‐type inhibition against AChE. Molecular docking studies further revealed insight into the possible interactions within the enzyme–inhibitor complexes. The most active compounds were found to interact with the enzymes through hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions. An aqueous solution of aniline was oxidized in supercritical water with a flow reactor under the conditions of 25 MPa, 300% excess oxygen, 2.351×10-4 mol*L-1 aniline .GC-MS analysis of the oxidation products extracted from the aqueous reactor effluent permitted identification of compounds such as azobenzene, phenazine and acetic acid. The products could be classified as dimers,single-ring or ring-opening produces,carboxylic acids and ultimate products.The contents of dimers (such as azobenzene and phenazine) were greater than other products.A reaction network consistent with the experimental observations was developed. The study revealed that aniline might be oxidized to ultimate products through two parallel pathways. The formation of dimers such as azobenzene, phenazine and the further oxidation of these dimers were the main pathways. It was indicated experimentally that the rate controlling step of aniline oxidation was the further oxidation of azobenzene and phenazine, but not the further oxidation of organic acid such as acetic acid, formic acid and so on. 相似文献

A promising gram-negative bacterial strain for the biodegradation of aniline as the sole carbon, nitrogen and energy sources was successfully isolated and identified as Delftia sp. XYJ6. The optimal temperature and pH for both the growth of Delftia sp. XYJ6 and the biodegradation of aniline were 30°C and 7.0, respectively. Initial aniline of 2000 mg8226;L-1 could be completely removed by the strain at 22 h, which showed that Delftia sp. XYJ6 had a strong ability in the biodegradation of aniline. It indicated that aniline was firstly converted to catechol catalyzed by aniline dioxygenase as a first product, which was then further biodegraded to cis,cis-muconic acid catalyzed by the catechol 1,2-dioxygenase of Delftia sp. XYJ6 as a second product. Cis,cis-muconic acid could also be further biodegraded to other small compound again. The pathway for the biodegradation of aniline by Delftia sp. The article presents results of studies on composites made from poly(propylene) (PP) modified with poly(aniline) (PANI) doped with dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA) and chlorinated poly(propylene) (CPP). The volume resistivity of PP/CPP/PANI composites was detected, and the results show that the volume resistivity decreases with increasing CPP content, and there exists a minimum volume resistivity. Effects of CPP on the microstructure and crystalline structure of the PP/CPP/PANI composites and the relationship between the effects and the electric property were carefully analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and wide angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD). The method that the specimens of SEM are polished is appropriate to investigate the morphology of conducting polymer composites. The obtained results illuminate that the area of conducting parts and insulating parts obtained from the digital analysis of the SEM image is obviously influenced by the CPP content, the parameters of the lamellar‐like structure are immediately related to CPP content and denote the dispersion of PANI‐DBSA, and the percent crystallinity and mean crystal size of PP are directly correlated with the CPP content. The increasing area of conducting parts, the increasement of layer distance, the decreasement of size and layer number of the lamellar‐like structure of PANI‐DBSA, and the increasement of the percent crystallinity and mean crystal size of PP are beneficial to the improvement of the conductive property of PP/CPP/PANI composites. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以连二亚硫酸钠为引发剂,在苯环上通过自由基亲电取代反应引入七氟异丙基,合成了一系列含七氟异丙基的苯胺类衍生物,研究了各种条件对反应的速度和收率的影响。最佳结果为:芳胺与七氟异丙基碘的物质的量比1:1.1~1.5,连二亚硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠与苯胺的物质的量分别为1.1~1.3,相转移催化剂四丁基溴化铵与苯胺的物质的量比在0.05~0.1,溶剂总用量使苯胺浓度在0.5~1.0mol/L;反应温度10~20℃;溶剂采用乙醚。取代基供电子性越强,反应时间越短,产率越高;氨基的对位优先反应,氨基的邻位较难发生反应;且七氟异丙基总是优先取代在芳环电子云密度较高的位置上。 相似文献
