轴向进给比对薄壁管滚珠旋压影响的有限元分析

通过有限元数值模拟方法得出滚珠旋压中薄壁管在不同凹模旋转速度条件下轴向进给比的变化规律及工件的成形规律,并对模拟结果的等效应变分布做了分析,并与实验结果进行比较,给出薄壁管滚珠旋压时进给比的选取范围.结果表明,进给比对滚珠旋压中薄壁管直径的胀缩和工件的质量有着显著的影响.另外,从计算的模具所受的三向载荷变化情况分析了模具的使用寿命.     

屏蔽电泵运行中存在问题的分析与改进

对屏蔽电泵在非设计流量下工作存在较大的轴向力不平衡，造成前端轴承磨损严重进行了分析。在不降低效率的情况下，在屏蔽电泵的泵头加入平衡盘使轴向力得到平衡，并取得了满意的效果。     

Prediction of axial velocity profiles and solids hold-up in a rotary kiln

Axial bed depth profiles were experimentally measured in a rotary kiln containing ilmenite particles under steady state and transient conditions. The variables include feed rate of solids, inclination and rotational speed of the kiln. and dam height. The variation of the axial velocity with kiln axis was estimated. The semi-experimental model proposed by Perron and Bui (1990) was modified to include the effect of the variables of the present study. The mean residence time of solids was estimated from the fractional hold-up and expressed in terms of the process variables. The transients induced by a step change in any of the operating conditions were measured as variation of discharge rate of solids with time.     

Structure and Ordination of Epiphytic Invertebrate Communities of Four Coastal Wetlands in Green Bay,Lake Michigan

Epiphytic macroinvertebrate communities of four coastal wetlands of Green Bay, Lake Michigan were compared by taxonomic composition, feeding group composition, and environmental influences using Bray-Curtis ordination. Ordination scores from the most sheltered oligotrophic site, Portage Marsh, were distinct from the eutrophic, exposed sites located in middle and lower Green Bay— Seagull Bar, Little Tail Point, and Dead Horse Bay. Epiphyton chlorophyll a, phytoplankton chlorophyll a, and specific conductance strongly correlated to the ordination axes, indicating the trophic gradient within Green Bay was a primary environmental influence. The feeding group compositions at the sites were consistent with the type and abundance of food available. Portage Marsh is a scraper-shredder system, with macroinvertebrates feeding mainly on epiphyton and coarse particulate detritus. Dead Horse Bay and Little Tail Point are collector systems, sustained by phytoplankton and fine particulate organic matter. Seagull Bar is intermediate in trophic position along the ordination axes, but more closely resemble the latter two sites. The type and abundance of food resources available to these invertebrate communities are influenced by wave exposure, light attenuation, nutrient levels, and algae levels of the littoral and pelagial waters. Macroinvertebrate communities were sensitive to shifts in food resources, which generated shifts in trophic structure.     

Autothermal two-stage gasification of low-density waste-derived fuels

In order to increase the efficiency of waste utilization in thermal conversion processes, pre-treatment is advantageous. With the Herhof Stabilat^® process, residual domestic waste is upgraded to waste-derived fuel by means of biological drying and mechanical separation of inerts and metals. The dried and homogenized waste-derived Stabilat^® fuel has a relatively high calorific value and contains high volatile matter which makes it suitable for gasification. As a result of extensive mechanical treatment, the Stabilat^® produced is of a fluffy appearance with a low density. A two-stage gasifier, based on a parallel-arranged bubbling fluidized bed and a fixed bed reactor, has been developed to convert Stabilat^® into hydrogen-rich product gas. This paper focuses on the design and construction of the configured laboratory-scale gasifier and experience with its operation. The processing of low-density fluffy waste-derived fuel using small-scale equipment demands special technical solutions for the core components as well as for the peripheral equipment. These are discussed here. The operating results of Stabilat^® gasification are also presented.     

采用轴径向技术有效解决固定床反应器阻力降的快速升高

讨论了固定床反应器阻力降快速升高的原因，介绍了用轴径向技术解决这一问题的原理及优点，及其在铁铬系变换催化剂和钴钼系耐硫变换催化剂反应器中的实际应用。     

轴快流CO2激光器气体压力控制

激光切割对激光功率模式、功率密度和功率稳定性要求很高,采用轴快流CO2激光器时,控制工作气体压力工作在最佳状态并保持其恒定是激光器输出连续、稳定功率的必要条件和关键技术之一。在深入研究激光器工作原理和影响激光输出功率因素的基础上,采用带积分分离的智能PID控制算法对工作气体压力进行调节。该过程控制算法简单实用,可以有效地提高气体压力控制精度,改善功率控制精度和稳定性,并用实验加以验证。     

粘弹性圆柱壳在轴向恒压下的动力稳定性

基于Timoshenko-Mindlin假设,得到考虑粘弹性的各向同性圆柱壳及纤维增强正交铺设层合圆柱壳在轴向恒压下的动力学方程。文中对两端简支的圆柱壳进行了分析,依Laplace变换,导出动力稳定的特征方程,由Routh-Hurwitz判据建立动力稳定性条件,对两类圆柱壳讨论了横向剪切变形的影响。     

基于变轴力和定轴力试验对比的钢筋混凝土柱恢复力滞回特性研究

在讨论了框架柱在地震作用下轴力变化规律的基础上,通过由变轴力柱和定轴力柱的低周交变加载试验获得的恢复力滞回曲线对比,给出了用各个“轴力变化半周”的“等效滞回轴力”修正恢复力骨架曲线,和用“等效累积滞回轴力”随时间步长调整累积强度退化系数从而修正恢复力滞回曲线的再加载刚度的建议。该建议能更有效、更方便地反映轴力变化的整个历程对变轴力柱恢复特征的影响,有利于提高钢筋混凝土杆系结构非弹性地震反应分析的有效性。     

新型内循环石油焦燃烧器烧焦管内颗粒流动特性

针对石油焦及其气化余焦的燃烧和流化特性,自建了冷态实验装置。以石英砂颗粒作为固体物料,常温空气为流化介质,在烧焦管内表观气速为3.07~6.63 m/s,颗粒循环强度为24.7~154.2 kg/(m2.s)的条件下,采用DDY型差压变送器和脉冲磷光颗粒示踪法分别测量了烧焦管内的床层轴向平均固含率分布和颗粒停留时间分布规律。结果表明,当表观气速为3.96 m/s时,随着颗粒循环强度的提高,烧焦管相同高度处平均固含率分布增大;当颗粒循环强度为106.5 kg/(m2.s)时,随着烧焦管内表观气速的提高,烧焦管整个高度上的平均固含率分布减小。烧焦管内颗粒的扩散由弥散颗粒扩散和颗粒团扩散组成。建立了烧焦管内床层轴向平均固含率关联式及颗粒的轴向扩散模型,模型的计算值与实验值能较好地吻合。
