Partner Selection for Strategic Alliance in Networked Manufacturing

Networked Manufacturing is the trend evolution for manufacture enterprise to gain core competence in the networked economy environment. In this paper, the definition of the strategic alliance is introduced and its life cycle is described. As the selection of suitable partners is of vital importance to the success for strategic alliance in Networked Manufacturing environment, also in this paper, the definition, criteria and process for partner selection are introduced. Then the fuzzy-AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, as a fuzzy extension of analytic hierarchical approach for partner selection, is given. In the end, a case study is provided.

水泥窑协同处置危险废物具有热容量大、停留时间长、成本低、无废渣排出及处理彻底等技术优势,成为危废资源化利用和无害化处置的有效补充。本文从水泥窑工艺安全、产品质量等角度分析影响水泥窑协同处置危废稳定运行的影响因素,提出了保证水泥窑协同处置危废系统连续稳定运行的相应措施。     

Automation, work organization and skills: The case of numerical control

This paper deals with small and medium sized firms. Since the late seventies small and medium sized mechanical engineering firms in France have resorted increasingly to new technologies, and in particular to numerical control. Numerical control has introduced major changes in work organization. On the one hand it tends to reinforce the role of methods of production engineering whatever the type of numerical control may be. Programming is seldom left to the machine operators, except in the case of straightforward machining operations or in machining shops with a strong tradition of highly skilled or artisan labour. Numerical control, on the other hand, does provide more opportunity for collaboration between the workshop and the production engineers. On a workshop level it introduces a more mobile division of labour between programmers, machine setters and operators, which covers everything from the start-up of programs to the supervision of maching operations. The operator may therefore acquire new skills, but this is only possible if there are open-ended training systems available to facilitate the transmission of know-how from the programmers to the machine setters and from the machine setters to the operators, and vice versa. Small and medium sized firms would appear to have a special role to play in developing skills.     

基于邻居决策的协同过滤推荐算法

协同过滤技术应用于个性化推荐系统中,稀疏性问题和可扩展性问题成为亟需解决的问题。针对传统方法的不足,提出一种凭借邻居数做决策的方法,比较各个待测位置的用户邻居数和项目邻居数,由数量多的一方作预测,同时对预测值判定给出一种合理而有效的度量方法。实验结果表明,该方法能够提高推荐质量。     

协同过滤算法在推荐系统中的应用

介绍了协同过滤算法,并对算法进行了改进,解决了用户稀疏的情况下传统算法的不足,同时通过引入评分阈值,显著提高了个性化协同过滤算法的推荐精度。     

制造网格环境下的制造资源信誉度模型研究

针对制造网格环境下的制造资源欺诈问题,提出一种面向制造网格环境的制造资源信誉度模型。该模型通过审核制造资源的资质信息,计算其信誉度初值。该模型根据资源消费者对其服务质量的评价信息,及时更新制造资源信誉度。仿真分析结果表明,在制造网格中引入信誉度模型,能够有效规避风险,促进制造资源的诚信服务。

Particularly the significant challenges and competitiveness of Direct Digital Manufacturing technology in the processing of any complexity created directly the number of objects, internal structure and channel function, as well as the shape of the chassis components and structure of the matching and optimization.     

Collaborative Design of Hollow Nanocubes,In Situ Cross‐Linked Binder,and Amorphous Void@SiOx@C as a Three‐Pronged Strategy for Ultrastable Lithium Storage

Although silicon‐based materials are ideal candidate anodes for high energy density lithium‐ion batteries, the large volumetric expansion seriously damages the integrity of the electrodes and impedes commercial processes. Reasonable electrode design based on adjustable structures of silicon and strong binders prepared by a facile method is still a great challenge. Herein, a three‐pronged collaborative strategy via hollow nanocubes, amorphous Void@SiO_x@C, and in situ cross‐linked polyacrylic acid and d ‐sorbitol 3D network binder (c‐PAA‐DS) is adopted to maintain structural/electrode integrality and stability. The all‐integrated c‐PAA‐DS/Void@SiO_x@C electrode delivers excellent mechanical property, which is attributed to ductility of the c‐PAA‐DS binder and high adhesion energy between Void@SiO_x@C and c‐PAA‐DS calculated by density functional theory. Benefiting from the synergistic effect of accommodation of the hollow structure, protection of outer carbon shell, amorphous Void@SiO_x@C, and strong adhesive c‐PAA‐DS binder, c‐PAA‐DS/Void@SiO_x@C shows excellent electrochemical performance. Long cycling stability with a reversible capacity of 696 mAh g^?1 is obtained, as well as tiny capacity decay after 500 cycles at 0.5 A g^?1 and high‐rate performance. The prelithiated Void@SiO_x@C||LiNi_0.5Co_0.2Mn_0.3O₂ (NCM523) full cell is also assembled and shows a reversible capacity of 157 mAh g^?1 at 0.5 C, delivering an excellent capacity retention of 94% after 160 cycles.
