重型车辆双路制动液压系统性能仿真 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
对重型车辆电液伺服控制双路制动器系统进行了分析与设计。采用电液伺服控制的双联制动阀控制双腔制动油缸的双路制动方案,实现车辆的行车制动和紧急制动。通过分析制动器系统各组成模块和连接管路对制动性能的影响,建立了制动器系统的非线性数学模型。应用MATLAB/Simulink对系统的双路行车制动性能进行了仿真研究,验证了设计方案的合理性。台架试验表明:所设计的制动器液压系统的性能达到了设计要求。 相似文献

采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,对深圳福田大型地下车站主体结构标准段的钢管混凝土柱顶-横纵梁、柱脚-底纵梁以及柱-地下1层梁等节点在梁端及柱端的弯矩、剪力和轴力等荷载作用下的力学性能进行模拟和分析.从钢管混凝土梁柱节点的受力状态出发,分析在梁端及柱端的弯矩、轴力和剪力等荷载作用下节点模型各组成构件(包括柱钢管、梁、加强环梁、承台、抗拔桩等部位)的主应力及切应力分布情况、变形情况和各个截面的内力分布情况等,与各个构件所对应的设计强度值进行对比分析,根据分析结果建议了更合理的节点结构设计与加固方案. 相似文献

针对传统Delaunay算法对非凸三维曲面剖分结果不理想,提出了基于凸划分的改进Delaunay三角剖分算法.研究了复杂曲面剖分的特性,定义了非凸集合凸划分定理,对任意曲面相对投影平面进行划分.利用一组正交平面对任意复杂曲面的划分,通过变换域对曲面进行了Delaunay三角剖分.实验结果表明,改进算法能够在正交平面对头面数据集合进行正确凸划分,在投影平面改进Delaunay三角剖分结果正确,鲁棒性明显增强,并与理论分析一致,验证了改进算法的正确性和有效性. 相似文献

针对未知不确定性环境下机器人路径规划的特点,提出了基于搜索双安全边缘点的实时路径规划新方法.该方法从有限的实时环境信息中搜索躲避障碍物和保证机器人到达目标点的双安全边缘点信息,并结合启发式算法,实现了基于双安全边缘点的实时路径规划.机器人的实际工作环境是十分复杂的,要求路径规划算法有较高的适应能力,特别在u型环境中要求算法能够脱离死区.仿真实验在2种U型环境和复杂环境中进行,仿真结果表明,该方法具有反应灵敏、实时性好的特点,对不确定环境具有良好的适应性,能够实现未知复杂环境下的路径规划. 相似文献

Reversible large electric-field-induced strain caused by reversible orientation switchings in BaTiO3 is modeled using the Landau's theory of phase transition. A triple well free energy function is constructed. Each of its minima is associated with one of the polarization orientations involved. Nonlinear constitu- tive laws accounting for reversible orientation switchings and electrostriction effects are obtained by using thermodynamic equilibrium conditions. Hysteretic dynamics of one-dimensional structures is described by coupled nonlinear differential equations. Double hysteretic loops in the electric and me- chanic fields are both successfully modeled. Giant reversible electrostriction is modeled as a conse-quence of reversible orientation switchings via electro-mechanical couplings. Comparisons with ex-perimental results reported in literatures are presented. 相似文献

A new double hardening elasto-plastic model is proposed in this paper based on the existing unified hardening model (UH model).
By assuming that there is part coupling effect between the plastic volumetric strain and plastic shear strain, hardening parameters
consisting of a coupled and an uncoupled components are adopted in this model. A unique feature of this model is that it can
describe not only the conventional drained and undrained behaviors of soil, but also the stress-strain relationships of soil
under partially drained conditions which can be volumetric compression or dilation. Adopting the asymptotic state concept,
simple equations for estimating the limiting stress ratio under undrained or earth pressure at rest (i.e. K
0) conditions are derived. The new model is relatively simple to be adopted in practice for two reasons. First, the same soil
parameters as in Cam-clay model are used except the addition of one extra parameter, the stress ratio at the characteristic
state. Second, all the parameters can be determined using conventional triaxial compression tests.

Electroosmotic flow (EOF) is a promising way for driving and mixing fluids in microfluidics. For the parallel-plate microchannel
with the hydrophobic surface, this paper solved the governing equations using the finite element method (FEM), and the effects
of microchannel height, electric strength and ionic concentration on EOF were thus investigated. The simulation indicates
that the transient characteristics of EOF are similar in hydrophobic and hydrophilic microchannels, the steady time of EOF
is proportional to the square of microchannel height, and the scale is microsecond. EOF velocity is proportional to the electric
strength and independent of the channel height, and decreases slowly with the ionic concentration, which is lower than that
in hydrophilic microchannel due to the presence of slip length in hydrophobic microchannel. The results can provide valuable
insights into the optimal design of microchannel surfaces to achieve accurate EOF control in hydrophobic microchannel.

A theoretical model of the erbium-doped waveguide ring laser is established according to the theory of erbium-doped waveguide
amplifier and the transmission matrix of waveguide directional coupler. The influence of bend radius, coupling coefficient
and doped erbium ion concentration on the characteristics of waveguide ring laser is investigated. It is shown that due to
the co-action of waveguide bend loss and other relevant loss there is an optimal bend radius which can provide simultaneously
low threshold pumping power and high laser light output power. As one part of the resonator’s loss, the laser light coupling
coefficient of directional coupler has an impact on the laser property. The analysis indicates that the laser achieves the
high output power when the coupling coefficient is about 0.2. The threshold pumping power is the minimum when the doped erbium
ion concentration is 0.85×1026 m−3. Increasing the concentration of doped erbium ions will enhance the output power of laser light as long as the concentration
doesn’t introduce remarkable up-conversion effect. The results give a good theoretical basis for the design and fabrication
of erbium-doped waveguide ring laser devices.
