Discharge cutting technology for specific crystallographic planes of monocrystalline silicon

Crystallographic planes were detected with X-ray crystal orientation instrument to study wire-cut electrical discharge machining (WEDM) technology for specific crystallographic planes of monocrystalline silicon. The unidirectional conductivity of monocrystalline silicon was analyzed. The contact potential barrier was decreased by preparing Ohmic contact to the surface discharging of the input terminal. Finally, the high-precision discharge cutting of the specific crystallographic planes of monocrystalline silicon was validated. Finished silicon products with specific crystallographic planes were prepared by WEDM, and the cutting efficiency, surface quality, crystal orientation precision, and qualified rate were determined. With cutting thickness of 200 mm, the cutting efficiency reached 100 mm²/min, and the precision of crystal orientation reached 3′ or less.     

地下建筑电气火灾的原因分析和防范措施探讨

以某地下建筑为例,从高低压配电的角度,探讨了地下建筑电气火灾的原因,并提出了建筑电气高低压配电的具体施工措施,旨在提高建筑电气功能的安全性,避免地下建筑电气火灾的发生。     

Development of a multiprobe electrical resistivity tomography prototype system and robust underground clustering

This study reports a 24‐probe electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) prototype system and its empirical evaluation in a case study setting. The system was designed using the Wenner soil resistivity measurement method. The performance and outputs of the approach and the developed prototype system were assessed and approved by the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration of Turkey. This study is also supported by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology through the project “Distinguishing of Metallic Targets (code number is 1064.STZ.2011‐2).” The state of the art of this study is multiprobe ERT, which has a touchscreen for ease of use and improved measurement accuracy for minimizing RMS (root mean square) error using a 16‐bit ADC. Similar to other ERT systems, the prototype system that we have developed allows the user to change the current and probe interval via the touchscreen user interface. In addition to this system, a new fuzzy clustering algorithm named robust colored image fuzzy C‐mean was developed in this study. The robust colored image fuzzy C‐mean performs underground clustering in RGB colors, which provides improved clustering results compared to those of the conventional fuzzy C‐mean clustering algorithm.     

A representative and comprehensive review of the electrical and thermal properties of polymer composites with carbon nanotube and other nanoparticle fillers

In this review we present the results of our literature investigation into the electrical and thermal properties of carbon nanotube polymer composites. A short selection of data relating to conductive polymer composites with various fillers is provided for comparison. The effects of filler properties such as type and size, the use of hybrid fillers, fabrication methods for polymer composites and the importance of the modeling of the electronic and thermal transport mechanisms are discussed, as are more general factors influencing the properties of these composites. This review represents a comprehensive survey and constructive study and should serve as a useful reference tool for industrial and academic researchers working in this field. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry     

Fe-3%Si电工钢的相图计算及组织分析

使用热力学软件分析了碳含最对Fe-3%Si的电工钢相图的影响,考察了奥氏体和铁索体两相区内两相相对量随温度的变化.结合金相法观察了不同加热温度及不同保温时间的淬火组织,初步确定了不同温度及不同保温时间下电工钢组织的形貌特征.     

碱性锌锰电池使用中常见问题分析

总结了碱性锌锰电池在使用中经常遇到的15项问题，涉及电池、器具和消费3方面。分析了器县造成电池短路发热、异常消耗等问题的严重性，探讨了电池串联电路和并联电路供电存在的问题；指出了电池与用电器具的适用性研究的重要意义。
