GaAs FET辐射退化研究

低噪声ＧａＡｓ ＦＥＴ和功率ＧａＡｓ ＦＥＴ经中子辐射都未发生致命性的通或断失效，直流偏置伏态下，其失效模式仅仅表现为源漏饱和电流ＩＤＳＳ的退化降低，据此提出了ＩＤＳＳ退化失效与快中子注量φｎ之间的解析关键式ｌｎｙ＝ａ＋ｂｌｎφ。     

矩形橡胶复合材料层合板几何非线性分析

文中应用简单高阶剪切层合理论和大变形理论对各向异性纤维增强的矩形橡胶复合材料层合板进行了几何非线性分析.与线性理论相比,本文作者进行的层合板大变形状态的几何非线性分析和所计算的层板应力分布,更具有准确性.     

无线电引信贮存可靠性研究

研究了无线电引信电子系统的贮存可靠性问题，深入分析了无线电引信的电子系统的失效模式和失效规律，探讨了用引战配合效率的改变来描述无线电引信的失效规律的方法，并提出了预防无线电引信失效的措施。     

氦－镉激光器的失效机制

本文报道国产氦－镉激光器常出现的导致失效的一些现象，并阐明其机制。同时给出一些改进意见及修理方法。     

井眼剪切带分叉研究

井眼基本破坏形式是由于不稳定性造成的井眼岩石崩落坍塌和剪切带。井眼破坏的非均匀性采用传统的理论和方法不能得到较好的解释和预测。采用材料的分叉分析方法和变形局部化的数值模拟研究 ,可望对井眼失效的机理分析、预测和控制提供新的思路     

Laboratory examination of anisotropy in the foliation plane of metamorphic rocks

Mechanical testing and ultrasonic measurements were used to establish the properties of metamorphic rocks in different directions of the foliation plane. Tests were undertaken on 42 mm diameter specimens cored at right angles to the foliation of gneissic rocks from southwest Sweden. Ultrasonic and tensile testing was carried out in three diametral directions and the data for each direction were compared. Coefficients, failure load anisotropy and velocity anisotropy were obtained. An anisotropy coefficient of 3% was detected by ultrasonic measurements, while the Brazilian tests indicated 15%. The study has shown that an anisotropy coefficient of the foliation plane is present, albeit small. Electronic Publication     

Failure analysis and wear mechanism study of a heavily loaded gear

Failure analysis and a study of the wear mechanism were performed on a heavily loaded carburized gear with some unusual features. The analysis showed that the different failure forms on the tooth surface of the gear were dependent on the sub-surface shearing stress, the lubrication conditions and the surface roughness. Delaminations formed on the addendum surface were the main reason for the gear failure. A suggestion for improvement has been tried, and a desirable result has been obtained.     

Fault diagnosis as an aid to process machine reliability

Identification of the reasons for failures of process plant machines is the first step in obtaining increased reliability. Weibull analysis of the service life obtained from maintenance records requires a minimum of only five incidents and provides an insight into the failure mechanism. Two examples are given where Weibull analysis of maintenance records helped identify the cause of failure and was instrumental in achieving enhanced reliability of process plant machines.     

堆底熔穿事故的场外后果及其对策

在压水堆核电站应急计划和应急响应中，堆底熔穿事故占有重要位置。本文用法国核电厂事故源项Ｓ３（对应于堆底熔穿事故）计算了在典型气象条件下的场外放射学的后果，根据一般防护决策原则和我国颁布的干预水平，提出了保护公众的应急防护措施的建议。
