多传感器信息融合伺服的移动机器人快速跟随

针对移动机器人快速跟随任务的需要,采取了多传感器信息融合的伺服控制,用双目摄像机对移动机器人进行视觉导航,利用激光雷达和超声波传感器完成移动机器人的避障设计,通过位于机器人轮部的光电编码器反馈信息处理实现机器人的自定位,语音交互和手势交互共同完成移动机器人的人机交互,制定了移动机器人快速跟随整体策略并提出了软硬件系统集成方案.在实验环境中通过实验和实践表明了移动机器人能够快速顺利的完成跟随任务.     

智能自适应力矩-速度跟随切换卷扬调速系统

介绍了高炉卷扬调速系统的运行过程,并从安全可靠的角度分析了实际生产中常见的两种卷扬调速系统,阐述了它们的不足,在此基础上提出了一种使用PLC和全数字化调速装置实现的卷扬优化调速系统——基于智能自适应力矩跟随切换的卷扬调速控制系统,并在某钢铁公司二号高炉主卷扬系统应用中取得了良好的效果。     

Analytical strategies for assessing comparability of biosimilars

Biosimilar products are required by regulatory authorities to have appropriate and comparable quality, safety and efficacy with a reference biologic product. The analytical techniques that are available to manufacturers of biosimilar medicines are well advanced and present a range of options to characterize the products and compare them with the relevant marketed reference product. This variety of analytical methods can be used to investigate the attributes of a candidate biosimilar and a reference biologic, and ensures that orthogonal methods can be deployed to characterize a single attribute, facilitating rigorous structural characterization and physicochemical evaluation. These analytical methodologies not only enable evidence for bio‐comparability to be amassed but also enable a developer of biosimilars to incorporate risk mitigation into the development strategy. This review discusses the analytical techniques available to support comparability testing, the handling of reference material and the strategic aspects to commercializing biosimilar or follow‐on biological medicinal products. 动力刀架刀盘结构参数优化

合理的刀盘结构参数可以有效解决锁刀刚性和刀盘尺寸惯性的矛盾.根据刀盘的结构参数优化设计要求和特点,通过设计变量的选取、目标函数和约束条件的确定,建立了刀盘的结构模型,实现了刀盘的结构参数优化,达到了刀盘质量最轻(体积最小)的优化目的.探讨了利用MATLAB软件优化工具箱中的fmincon函数解决多约束非线性优化问题的基本思路和计算方法.为了对刀盘的结构参数优化结果进行验证,对优化后的刀盘进行了有限元静态特性分析及动态特性分析,仿真结果证实了刀盘结构的合理性,优化结果应用于大连高金数控集团有限公司刀架产品的实际加工.     

Electronic recording, self-report, and bias in measuring cigarette consumption.

Comments on an article by Saul Shiffman (see record 2009-14439-001) regarding the global assessment of cigarette smoking and whether or not this type of assessment is characterized by major digit preference or “heaping.” He raises questions about whether such digit preference results in a biased assessment of consumption. However, there are problems with this hypothesis, as Shiffman notes that self-reported smoking is characterized by the consistency of the digit preference across days, not differences related to framing. Shiffman’s study does demonstrate that ecological momentary assessment (EMA) reporting provided a better estimate of who smoked in the previous 2–3 hrs than the daily self-report measure. However, this should not be surprising as the existence of digit preference suggests that the actual timing of cigarette intake is not being carefully computed in the self-report measures. 设计能近似模拟人体特性的模拟试验枪架以排除射手的主观神经——心理影响对客观反映枪械的点射性能有重要意义 .本文介绍了模拟试验枪架的设计思想及其性能特点 ,并根据对不同枪械进行对比射击实验的结果 ,对模拟枪架的性能、点射精度的概念及评定不同枪械点射性能优劣的方法进行了讨论 .     

基于KANO模型的供临时休息的室内家具设计研究

目的 对于疫情时期暴露的室内临时休息问题进行设计研究,探讨出一种解决该问题的最佳方案。方法 首先运用KJ法获取了14项室内临时休息家具的用户需求;其次基于14项用户需求建立KANO模型,分析得到用户需求层次;然后利用分析得出的需求层次对包括躺椅、折叠床、组合式工位、床垫和帐篷在内的5种需求解决方案进行调研与研究分析;最终根据研究结果,针对室内临时休息问题进行方案决策设计。结果 根据KANO模型分析出最佳解决方案为一体式室内充气帐篷,并对此提出了一种新的设计方案。结论 通过对KANO模型的运用,明确了室内临时休息家具的需求层次,并将其运用在现有产品的调研分析和最终设计方案的优化中,为解决室内临时休息问题提供了一种新的解决方案和研究思路。
