The role of regulatory light chains (RLCs) in cardiac muscle function has been elucidated progressively over the past decade. The RLCs are among the earliest expressed markers during cardiogenesis and persist through adulthood. Failing hearts have shown reduced RLC phosphorylation levels and that restoring baseline levels of RLC phosphorylation is necessary for generating optimal force of muscle contraction. The signalling mechanisms triggering changes in RLC phosphorylation levels during disease progression remain elusive. Uncovering this information may provide insights for better management of heart failure patients. Given the cardiac chamber-specific expression of RLC isoforms, ventricular RLCs have facilitated the identification of mature ventricular cardiomyocytes, opening up possibilities of regenerative medicine. This review consolidates the standing of RLCs in cardiac development and disease and highlights knowledge gaps and potential therapeutic advancements in targeting RLCs. 相似文献

以β分子筛为载体,在保持金属总负载量不变的情况下,采用等体积浸渍法制备了4种不同n(Ni)/n(Ni+Mo)的催化剂。分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测试(BET)、氨程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、氢程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、氢程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)和热重-差热分析(TG-DTG)等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,4种催化剂的酸量和酸强度相近,在n(Ni)/n(Ni+Mo)等于基准+0.2时,Mo与载体之间的相互作用最弱,其氢气吸附量最多且积炭量最少;采用某炼厂重整C10+ 重芳烃对4种催化剂进行评价,结果表明n(Ni)/n(Ni+Mo)等于基准+0.2催化剂具有最优的催化活性和稳定性。上述结果表明,影响重芳烃轻质化催化剂活性和稳定性的关键因素是催化剂氢气吸附量的多少,氢气吸附量越多金属表面的溢流氢效应越明显,积炭前驱体被溢流氢及时消除,从而保护了催化剂的加氢活性中心不被积炭覆盖,有助于催化剂在较高活性下保持稳定。 相似文献

Exploring an alternative strategy with high efficiency and low cost to abate formaldehyde (HCHO) in indoor environment, is of increasing significance for people's health. CeO2 catalysts prepared by hydrothermal, precipitation and calcination methods were investigated for HCHO removal at ambient temperature. It is found that indoor fluorescent light visibly boosts the catalytic performance of CeO2 catalysts for HCHO decomposition at ambient temperature. Among the CeO2 catalysts, CeO2 prepared from hydrothermal method (CeO2–H) exhibits a superior catalytic performance and an excellent durability by eight recycle times. Based on the characterization and analysis, the excellent catalytic performance of CeO2–H is mainly contributed by its abundance of surface oxygen vacancies, and photogenerated electrons and hole activated by fluorescent light. This work shows a potential practicability in HCHO pollution elimination by taking full advantage of the existing lighting in indoor environments. 相似文献

Preparation of fluoroacrylate nanocopolymer by miniemulsion polymerization used in textile finishing
Latex based on fluoroacrylate (TAN) and other comonomers was prepared via miniemulsion polymerization in the presence of stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (STAC) and 2, 2′‐azobis (2‐amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (ABAP) as a water soluble initiator. Light transmittance studies demonstrated that the light transmittance of prepared emulsions increases with the amount of TAN, STAC, cosolvent DPM, and hydrophobe DM. Given suitable reaction temperature and quantities of TAN, STAC, DPM, and DM, a copolymer emulsion of fluoroacylate with a particle size of 50 nm was produced. The water repellency tested on polyester fabrics displayed greater effectiveness than that of commercial products with higher fluorine content. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A blue electroluminescent polymer, random copolymer of fluorenylstilbene and fluorene, was prepared by the nickel catalyzed coupling reaction. The structure and properties of the copolymer were analyzed by various spectroscopic methods. The obtained polymer had good solubility and thermal stability with high Tg. The polymer in thin film emits strong blue luminance (max=468 nm) with narrow bandwidth upon photoexcitation. PL spectrum of the polymer in the film is almost consistent with that of solution one as well as the EL spectrum, indicating that the aggregation and the excimer fluorescence are suppressed by the introduction of fluorenylstilbene comonomer. Moreover, the introduction of fluorenylstilbene comonomer lowered the oxidation potential to lead feasible hole injection, when the compared with poly(fluorene) homopolymer. The ITO/PEDOT/polymer/LiF/Al device showed the maximum brightness of 3500 cd/m2 with a turn on voltage of 4.4, the maximum efficiency of 0.878 lm/W and blue emission with CIE chromaticity coordinates of ((x,y)=(0.17, 0.25)). 相似文献
