Iron powders with two different particle size distributions were compacted by high velocity compaction. The influences of
particle size distribution and impact velocity on green properties, including green density, springback, tensile strength
and bending strength etc., were studied with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and a computer controlled universal testing
machine. The results show that the particle size distribution and the impact velocity strongly affect its properties. Wider
size distribution results in green compact with higher density and better strength. Furthermore, springback of compacts is
lower produced by the powder with wider size distribution, especially for radial springback. As impact velocity increases,
its green density and green strength gradually increases, but the increasing rate of density decreases gradually. No special
relation is found between springback and impact velocity. In addition, the axial springback and the bending strength are higher

Dps (DNA-binding protein from starved cells) is well known for the structural protection of bacterial DNA by the formation of highly ordered intracellular assemblies under stress conditions. Moreover, this ferritin-like protein can perform fast oxidation of ferrous ions and subsequently accumulate clusters of ferric ions in its nanocages, thus providing the bacterium with physical and chemical protection. Here, cryo-electron microscopy was used to study the accumulation of iron ions in the nanocage of a Dps protein from Escherichia coli. We demonstrate that Fe2+ concentration in the solution and incubation time have an insignificant effect on the volume and the morphology of iron minerals formed in Dps nanocages. However, an increase in the Fe2+ level leads to an increase in the proportion of larger clusters and the clusters themselves are composed of discrete ~1–1.5 nm subunits. 相似文献

Caffeic acid O-methyltransferase (COMT) is one of the core enzymes involved in lignin synthesis. However, there is no systematic study on the rice COMT gene family. We identified 33 COMT genes containing the methyltransferase-2 domain in the rice genome using bioinformatic methods and divided them into Group I (a and b) and Group II. Motifs, conserved domains, gene structure and SNPs density are related to the classification of OsCOMTs. The tandem phenomenon plays a key role in the expansion of OsCOMTs. The expression levels of fourteen and thirteen OsCOMTs increased or decreased under salt stress and drought stress, respectively. OsCOMTs showed higher expression levels in the stem. The lignin content of rice was measured in five stages; combined with the expression analysis of OsCOMTs and multiple sequence alignment, we found that OsCOMT8, OsCOMT9 and OsCOMT15 play a key role in the synthesis of lignin. Targeted miRNAs and gene ontology annotation revealed that OsCOMTs were involved in abiotic stress responses. Our study contributes to the analysis of the biological function of OsCOMTs, which may provide information for future rice breeding and editing of the rice genome. 相似文献

针对汽轮发电机组具有多变量、强耦合、大时滞等特点,提出一种基于灰色预测的多变量自适应PSD控制算法。该方案通过一组灰色系统预测模型GM(1,N)对多变量系统的输出预测实现对角解耦。采用无辨识智能自适应PSD控制算法优化PID控制器的参数,用优化后的PID控制器对每个子系统进行控制。该方案不需要精确的数学模型,在线估计参数少,计算简单。仿真结果表明,与其他方法相比,这种控制方法响应速度更快,而且具有更好的自适应性和鲁棒性。 相似文献

A linear simulation study of energetic passing particle-driven low-frequency fishbone instability in tokamak plasmas has been carried out using the global kinetic-MHD (magnetohydrodynamics) hybrid code M3D-K. This work is focused on the interaction of energetic passing beam ions andn=1 mode with a monotonic safety factorqprofile andSpecifically, the stability and mode frequency as well as mode structure of then=1 mode are calculated for scans of parameter values of beam ion beta, beam ion injection energy, beam ion orbit width, beam ion beta profile, as well as background plasma beta. The excited modes are identified as a low-frequency fishbone with the corresponding resonance ofwhereis the beam ion toroidal transit frequency andis the beam ion poloidal transit frequency. The simulated mode frequency is approximately proportional to the beam ion injection energy and beam ion orbit width. The mode structure is similar to that of internal kink mode.
