Poly (vinyl butyral) (PVB) hollow fiber membranes were fabricated via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The effects of coagulation bath temperature (CBT) on the structure and performance of membranes were investigated in detail. The morphologies of the membranes were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the performances of water permeability, rejection, breaking strength and elongation were measured, respectively. The results indicate that all the membranes have the asymmetric morphology and the thickness of the skin layer decreases and the pore size of the outer layer increases with the increase of CBT. The permeability of membranes prepared at air gap 1.0 cm and take-up speed 0.253 m/s increases from 1.047×10-7 to 5.909×10-7 m3/(m2·s-kPa) with the CBT increasing from 20 ℃ to 40℃, and sharply increases to 35.226×10 7 m3/(m2.s.kPa)once the CBT arrives at 50 ℃. While the carbonic ink rejections have no significant decrease, totally exceed 98%, but that of acid-maleic acid copolymer greatly decreases with the increase of CBT. This work investigates the stabilizing impact of MnO on the leaching behavior of hazardous Cr-containing CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-Cr2O3-MnO stainless steel slags after equilibrating at various elevated temperatures and evaluates the potential immobilization of Cr into a MnCr2O4 spinel phase from the existing Cr2O3 phase. The MnCr2O4 spinel phase was found to be an excellent Cr-stabilizer in stainless steel slags, where the leaching tendency of potentially hazardous Cr-related ions decreased with higher MnO content and lower equilibration temperatures within the range of 0 to 15 mass pct. and 1500 to 1300°C, respectively. Thermodynamic calculations by conducting the phase stability diagram also showed that the MnCr2O4 spinel phase was relatively stable and the Ca3Si2O7 (Ca3-xMnxSi2O7) phase was relatively unstable compared with other crystal phases in acid extractant with pH value of 3.2. Combined with the scanning electron microscopy and X-ray powder diffraction results along with the thermodynamic calculations, the leached Cr-related ions was predominantly originating from the unstable amorphous glass phase. 相似文献

The process of aging precipitation in SiC_p/6061 and Al_2O_3/6061 composites were investigated. Hardness testing, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and transmission electron microscopy were employed. Results showed that the precipitation phase form directly along dislocation lines in the composites because the particles produce high densities of dislocations which makes vacancy densities in the composites decrease, and the main precipitation phase at peak hardness was β′ phase. 相似文献

Traditional cutter positioning methods have defects of global errors and incomplete optimization. Because of using local differential geometry and focusing on the cutting contact point, these defects cannot be avoided and will deteriorate accuracy in precision machining. The authors presented the conception of actual cutting edge of a toroidal mill which was extended from cutting contact point, and pointed out its importance in programming. Instantaneous cutter position error (ICPE) was also investigated. A new global method based on the ICPE curve was presented. Taking the relationship between surface and cutter into consideration thoroughly, this global method shows many advantages which have been verified by simulation and cutting tests. 相似文献

The experimental researches on the chemical deposition of Ni-Mo-P amorphous alloys were carried out by adding Na2 MoO4 into acidic solutions. The optimum technology conditions were obtained by orthogonal design experiments. The structures and the relationship between compositions and their thermal stability were studied by energy spectrum (EC), scanning electron micrograph and X-ray diffraction spectrum. Compared with Ni-P amorphous alloys, the Ni-Mo-P amorphous alloys have high crystallization temperature and thermal stability, and the hardness reaches its peak when the annealing temperature is 500 ℃. Thermal error in machine tools has been observed to be closely linked to the temperature of critical elements of the machine. It was found, in the experiments conducted herein, that there was a significant increase in the axis positioning error on account of an increase in the temperature of the machine elements due to continuous operation. However, it was also observed that the specific operating parameters of the test cycles carried out also significantly affected the positioning error. Different sets of operating parameters generated significantly different error values even though the temperature of the machine elements generated by those operating conditions was similar. As such, this observation forms a very important consideration in the development of a generic thermal error compensation system. It appears to indicate that such a system needs to be capable of evaluating the compensation depending upon the temperature values of the machine elements as well as account for the effect that different operating parameters induce upon the positioning error under the same thermal condition of the machine. This paper attempts to analyse the thermal behaviour of a three-axis vertical machining centre under the influence of various operating parameters and, through the experimental results obtained, point out and explain the effect of these parameters on the axis positioning error. This behaviour forms the basis of an improved modelling methodology that is presented separately in Part II of this paper. 相似文献
