针对碳化钒的不同形态,设计出定量分析软件,并利用形状因子K,实现了高钒高速钢不同碳化物形态数值化处理,当K介于0.785~1.000之间碳化钒形态为团球状;K≤0.223,碳化钒呈开花状.高钒高速钢当碳含量达到4.2%时,K为0.86和当量直径D为0.78μm,碳化物呈团球状均匀分布.  相似文献

The present study has been undertaken to better understand the solidification behavior of Al−Si−Fe alloys containing 7wt.% Si and 0.9wt.% Fe, with particular regard to the formation of phase during controlled solidification and influence of growth rates on intermetallic phase selection. The alloys studied were Al-7Si-0.9Fe alloys, which were produced by a modified Bridgman solidification arrangement. These alloys were solidified unidirectionally with different growth rates (1–30mm/min). The solidified microstructure of these alloys consists of the growth of primary aluminum and multiple second phase reactions.  相似文献

为了提高木片生物能的利用率,需要除去木片中的树皮杂质。识别木片和树皮的图像对于实现二者分离具有重要作用。提出一种基于逻辑回归模型来对木片和树皮进行图像识别的算法。算法流程包括计算各种可以描述木片和树皮纹理的参数,利用SAS统计分析出最佳参数,将最佳参数计算所得的样本数据用于SAS LOGISTIC过程得到预测方程,再将预测方程用于逻辑回归模型来实现木片和树皮的图像识别。通过实验可知,最佳参数为灰度方差,该图像识别算法的正确率能达到97.4%。  相似文献

We consider the problem of finite horizon discrete-time Kalman filtering for systems with parametric uncertainties. Specifically, we consider unknown but deterministic uncertainties where the uncertain parameters are assumed to lie in a convex polyhedron with uniform probability density. A method for detection of faulty elements in antenna arrays from far‐field radiation pattern is presented. The proposed technique finds variation of current from correct values in the faulty elements. A step wise approach is proposed to determine magnitude and phase of current excitation and location of faulty element using neural networks. For a non-idealized machine tool, each point in the workspace is associated with a tool point positioning error vector. If this error map can be determined, then it is possible to substantially improve the positioning performance of the machine by introducing suitable compensation into the control loop. This paper explores the possibility of using an artifical neural network (ANN) to compute this mapping. The training set for the ANN is obtained by mounting a physical artifact whose dimensions are precisely known in the machine's workspace. The machine, equipped with a touch trigger probe, measures the positions of features on the artifact. The difference between the machine reading and the known dimension is the machine error at that point in the workspace. Using standard modeling techniques, the kinematic error model for a CNC turning center was developed. This model was parameterized by measurement of the parametric error functions using a laser interferometer, electronic levels and a precision square. The kinematic model was then used to simulate the artifact-measuring process and develop the ANN training set. The effect of changing artifact geometry was explored and a machining operation was simulated using the ANN output to provide compensation. The results show that the ANN is capable of learning the error map of a real machine, and that ANN-based compensation can significantly reduce part-dimensional errors.  相似文献

以模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)为技术路线的柔性直流输电技术在风电接入、电网异步互联等领域迅速发展。MMC的阻抗建模是分析柔性直流输电系统振荡起源的重要依据。文中分析MMC在交、直流侧激励下的谐波传递机制,建立一种适用于交、直流侧阻抗计算的通用方法。对一次系统频域建模关联了MMC所连接的交、直流侧网络阻抗,并考虑包含解耦双同步参考坐标系锁相环及负序内环控制在内的全部控制模块。通过求解线性方程组对MMC阻抗进行计算,并在PSCAD/EMTDC环境中对双端背靠背MMC系统在多种工况下1~5kHz频段内进行扫频,验证该方法的准确性,并详细分析网络阻抗耦合、控制链路延时、功率等级、负序内环和外环控制等因素对MMC阻抗的影响。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the heading tracking control problem for a network-based unmanned surface vessel (USV) under wave-induced disturbances. Considering the characteristics of the wave-induced disturbances, the unknown-but-bounded (UBB) noise model is adopted. Meanwhile, signal quantization is taken into account due to the limited capacity of the communication channel. Based on these considerations, a novel set-membership based control scheme is proposed, which consists of a set-membership filter (SMF) and a set-membership controller (SMC). In the proposed control scheme, the SMF is designed for providing an ellipsoidal estimation set for the USV at each sampling step, and then the SMC uses the estimation set for producing control input for the USV in order to track the reference. Sufficient conditions are derived for the considered USV system to be asymptotically stable and satisfy the modified set-membership performance constraint. Simulation results verifies the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献
