Analysis of an extensive measurement program developed from the start up to the follow up of the operation of the CNAAA NPP

Integrated tests (IT) applied to the Units I and II of the CNAAA Nuclear Power Plants (Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) vara part of a comprehensive test program required to have the commercial operational licence issued. The IT cover operation at zero power and the subsequent power levels (the power escalation) until the nominal power operation.

This paper reports and compares the results of systematic neutron and gamma equivalent dose-rate measurements performed inside and outside the reactor containment of each Unit, during the start-up phase of the operation, for different power levels of the reactors. It also compares the collective-doses measured along the operation of the two units of the CNAAA wich similar data of the Grafenrheinfeld nuclear power plant (Germany) — basic-of-project for the CNAAA — Unit II — and analyses the data under the fight of the state-of-art.     

Defocusing image to pattern contact holes using attenuated phase shift masks

The patterning of contact holes by selecting out-of-focus image plane (defocus) using attenuated phase shift masks (APSM) has been studied. Defocus is found to enhance the image modulation at low partial coherence for contact holes with negative local average of mask function. Semi-dense holes up to 130 nm in 8% APSM have been printed by 0.5 μm defocus at a partial coherence of 0.31 using KrF scanner with highest numerical aperture of 0.68. However, these holes were closed with in-focus imaging. Defocus is also found to be beneficial for patterning the pitches that have extensive side lobes with in-focus imaging.     

硅胶固载光敏剂的合成及其在反式维生素D3光敏异构化为顺式维生素D3中的应用

采用丙二酸作为连接,针9－蒽甲醇连接到硅胶上生成硅胶固载的光敏剂。利用此因相光敏剂分别在乙醇和甲苯溶液中敏化反式维生素D3。实验结果表明，此固相光敏剂能够有效地敏化反式维生素D3为顺式维生素D3的反应，并且非常容易从反应体系中分离出来。     

DEA评价方法在超稠油生产经营中的应用探讨

超稠油的生产工艺非常复杂，影响油井效益的因素相对较多，因此对油井的评价就要评价各类有限资源投入的利用效果，查明积极因素和消极因素及其对经济指标的影响程度，促进经营管理的改善，寻求有效利用有限人力、物力、财力等资源的途径，实现资源的优化配置。本文通过使用DEA模型可对单井效益进行评价，对单井效益进行排队，对规模效益进行分类，对生产各投入因素进行投影分析，研究弱DEA、非DEA有效的原因，寻求对油井优化成本、提高效益的改进方案。     

渤海绥中油田J3井疏水缔合聚合物驱数值模拟研究

为了进一步提高渤海油田J3井区缔合聚合物驱的技术经济效果,在渤海油田室内配方和先导性矿场试验研究基础上,利用化学驱油藏数值模拟软件FAPMS,分析和研究了高浓度缔合聚合物前置段塞、主段塞的大小和浓度以及段塞组合方式对驱油效果的影响,优化设计了渤海绥中油田J3井区块矿场试验的最佳注入程序及段塞大小。结果表明,通过对不同浓度的疏水缔合聚合物注入的前置段塞及主段塞和梯度式后续段塞的优化后,原油采收率比未优化时提高了约10个百分点。研究表明,渤海油田应该高度重视聚合物驱的注入方式和段塞优化设计,进一步提高聚合物的技术经济效果。     

双层有机电致发光器件有机层厚度优化的数值研究

在陷阱电荷限制电流传导理论的基础上,提出了双层有机电致发光器件的数值模型,研究了结构为"阳极/空穴输运层(HTL)/发光层(EML)/阴极"的器件中电流密度和量子效率随有机层的特征陷阱能量、陷阱密度和载流子迁移率的依赖关系. 研究发现,对于给定的HTL和EML的特征陷阱能量、陷阱密度和载流子迁移率,存在一个最优的HTL和EML之间的厚度比率,在此最优厚度比下,器件的电流密度和量子效率达到最大.通过有机层厚度的优化,器件的电流密度和量子效率可提高多达两个数量级.另外,还研究了最优厚度比随有机层特征陷阱能量、总陷阱密度和载流子迁移率之间的定量关系.     

Niobium-containing catalysts—the state of the art

This review article is devoted to the materials containing niobium, which have been discovered or developed in the past few years and exhibit the potential application in heterogeneous catalysis. Niobium oxides and mixed oxides as well as sulfides, nitrides (oxynitrides), carbides (oxycarbides), and phosphates are considered. Among the catalytic processes in which Nb-containing materials were tested, liquid and gas phase oxidation is described in details, and the role of niobium in the prevention of the catalyst from SO₂ poisoning is mentioned.     

宝珠寺重力坝安全监测设计及优化研究

大坝安全监测设计指导和控制着安全监测工作的进行，安全监测的效果和作用与监测设计质量有很大关系。通过对宝珠寺大级安全监测设计结果的研究，提出变形监测采用分段连续引张线法；渗流监测方面，测压管管径应小于50mm，且应根据不同测点量程，选用不同规格的仪器，以保证精度；应力监测有必要结合地质情况对监测设计进行优化；还应选择可能存在安全隐患和异常部位的测点进行自动化跟踪监测。
