从PZT体系看无铅压电陶瓷的可能应用

总结了主要以(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3和NaNbO3为基的无铅压电陶瓷的性能，以Pb(Ti，Zr)TiO3基二元系、三元系压电陶瓷的性能与应用为参考，分析了无铅压电陶瓷可能的器件应用。此外，还对拓宽无铅压电陶瓷应用需要改进的性能提出了建议。     

Finite element piezothermoelasticity analysis and the active control of FGM plates with integrated piezoelectric sensors and actuators

 An efficient finite element model is presented for the static and dynamic piezothermoelastic analysis and control of FGM plates under temperature gradient environments using integrated piezoelectric sensor/actuator layers. The properties of an FGM plate are functionally graded in the thickness direction according to a volume fraction power law distribution. A constant displacement-cum-velocity feedback control algorithm that couples the direct and inverse piezoelectric effects is applied to provide active feedback control of the integrated FGM plate in a closed loop system. Numerical results for the static and dynamic control are presented for the FGM plate, which consists of zirconia and aluminum. The effects of the constituent volume fractions and the influence of feedback control gain on the static and dynamic responses of the FGM plates are examined. 用于高频谐振器的PbTiO_3基压电陶瓷

传统的PZT压电陶瓷的相对介电常数较大,一般为1 000以上,用于高频谐振器不易与线路匹配;而PbTiO3基压电陶瓷的相对介电常数较小,一般仅为200左右,对于10 MHz以上频率的谐振器,用PbTiO3基压电陶瓷作为压电振子是最佳的选择。本文主要研究用于高频谐振器的MnO2和Nd2O3改性PbTiO3基压电陶瓷的性质。PbTiO3基压电陶瓷的性质的改善是与此种陶瓷的制备工艺,显微结构和电导机制紧密相关的。     

Adhesive element modelling and weighted static shape control of composite plates with piezoelectric actuator patches

A novel finite element model is presented for static and dynamic analysis of composite plates integrated with a laminated piezoelectric layer, a host laminated composite plate and an adhesive layer between them. A new adhesive element is developed which includes both peel and shear effects in the adhesive layer based on first‐order shear deformation plate theory. The thin adhesive layer between the piezoelectric layer and the host plate is modelled by assuming that it carries constant shear and peel strains throughout its thickness. In addition, a weighted static shape control scheme for finding the optimal voltage distribution for static shape control is given. By selecting different weighting matrices, a variety of items such as displacements, slopes, curvatures, strains and even generalized forces, can be included in finding the optimal actuating voltage for static shape control. The present model is validated by comparing with those results available in the literature. The numerical results show that the weighted linear least method can give a satisfactory voltage distribution to best match the desired shape. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

基于显微视觉的宏/微双重驱动微动台的自动标定

提出了基于压电技术的微操作系统的自动标定方法,采用混合式步进电机直接驱动的宏动平台,实现系统大行程宏动定位,安装在宏动平台上的压电陶瓷驱动的微动平台和精密光栅,实现亚微米级的分辨率和定位精度,通过以上两部分实现定位机构的全闭环反馈控制,采用显微视觉反馈获取微动台操作器在图像中的位置信息进行标定。实验结果表明:系统的动态和稳定性能良好,自动标定运算速度快,运行速度达到11 frame/s,实现了对系统的精确标定,标定精度达到0.1μm。     

一种低耐压器件实现的压电陶瓷驱动电源

介绍采用普通低耐压器件三端可调集成稳压块实现的３００Ｖ输出的压电陶瓷驱动电源的设计思想，电路原理，设计计算及安装调试等内容，该设计的特点是电路简单，可靠性好，经济实用。     

Structural properties of inorganic materials: tungsten bronze SBN ceramics

Rare-earth doped strontium barium niobates were synthesized using usual ceramic technique. The dopants are La, Ce, Gd, Sm and Nd. The materials were characterized by XRD and density measurements. The grain sizes were determined from SEM analysis. Lattice parameters changed uniformly with rare-earth dopants in unfilled structures. Density measurements and SEM analysis confirmed only minute changes in the densities of the ceramics.     

压电类智能层合结构的力学和计算模型综述

综述了压电类智能层合结构的力学和计算模型。基于大量国内外有关压电类智能层合结构的文献 ,根据各自采用的运动学假设、场变量的近似、压电层的表达法以及曲率和温度的影响 ,对压电层合结构的力学和计算模型进行了分类 ,阐述了各种理论的特点及一般形式。     

测井声波波形与声源的特性有关

根据推导出的圆管状压电换能器在各种激励电压信号作用下的声源函数和谱函数以及声波测井正演问题研究出的石油井孔中任意一点上的声波公式,用计算机技术模拟出了相应的测井记录声波全波列,并将它们输入到声波全波列测井处理程序中进行处理。正演模拟结果和处理结果表明,测井记录的声波全波列不但与所测地层的性质有关,而且与声源的特性有关,声源特性对测井记录的声波全波列的质量有一定的影响。     

压电复合材料PT－P（VDF／TeFE）的静水压压电性

用热轧辊机制备了压电复合材料ＰＴ－Ｐ（ＶＤＦ／ＴｅＦＥ），并利用ＬＣＲ电桥和Ｂｅｒｌｉｎｃｏｕｒｔ电路分别测量了其介电常数和压电常数，实验结果表明它具有良好的静水压压电特性。最后讨论了该复合材料在水听器中的应用
