灰色关联分析法是一种描述元素之间影响程度的分析法,适合于小项目数据集。小项目数据集制约着传统的软件缺陷类型的预测方法,使得预测的结果往往不够准确和可靠。因此在灰色关联分析法的基础上提出了特征子集选择、异常工程检测以及软件缺陷类型预测3种方法。通过实验的分析对比,验证了在灰色关联分析法的基础上,提出的软件缺陷类型预测方法的准确性和可靠性。 相似文献

Exploratory data analysis methods are essential for getting insight into data. Identifying the most important variables and detecting quasi-homogenous groups of data are problems of interest in this context. Solving such problems is a difficult task, mainly due to the unsupervised nature of the underlying learning process. Unsupervised feature selection and unsupervised clustering can be successfully approached as optimization problems by means of global optimization heuristics if an appropriate objective function is considered. This paper introduces an objective function capable of efficiently guiding the search for significant features and simultaneously for the respective optimal partitions. Service robots, such as autonomous office couriers or robot tourguides, must be both reliable and efficient. This requires them to flexibly interleave their tasks, exploit opportunities, quickly plan their course of action, and, if necessary, revise their intended activities. In this paper, we show how structured reactive controllers (SRCs) satisfy these requirements. The novel feature of SRCs is that they employ and reason about plans that specify and synchronize concurrent percept-driven behavior. Powerful control abstractions enable SRCs to integrate physical action, perception, planning, and communication in a uniform framework and to apply fast but imperfect computational methods without sacrificing reliability and flexibility. Concurrent plans are represented in a transparent and modular form so that automatic planning processes can reason about the plans and revise them. We present experiments in which SRCs are used to control two autonomous mobile robots. In one of them an SRC controlled the course of action of a museum tourguide robot that has operated for thirteen days, more than ninetyfour hours, completed 620 tours, and presented 2668 exhibits. 相似文献

A major factor contributing to the total measuring error of coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) is the performance of the probing sub-system. Probing test methods are typically used to detect errors due to the probing sub-system. The probe performance evaluation method specified in the ANSI B89 standard is investigated in this paper. The sampling plan associated in the probe performance evaluation was tested by using experimental probing data from a CMM. Research findings indicate that the performance of touch trigger probes is overestimated due to a systematic bias in the vertical direction of the best-fit reference ball center in the probe performance test. A two-latitude sampling plan synthesis method based on a pretravel model for touch trigger probes is proposed in this paper. Many economic and social systems are essentially large multi-agent systems.By means of computational modeling, the complicated behavior of such systemscan be investigated. Modeling a multi-agent system as an evolutionary agentsystem, several important choices have to be made for evolutionary operators.Especially, it is to be expected that evolutionary dynamics substantiallydepend on the selection scheme. We therefore investigate the influence ofevolutionary selection mechanisms on a fundamental problem: the iteratedprisoner's dilemma (IPD), an elegant model for the emergence of cooperationin a multi-agent system. We observe various types of behavior, cooperationlevel, and stability, depending on the selection mechanism and the selectionintensity. Hence, our results are important for (1) the proper choice andapplication of selection schemes when modeling real economic situations and(2) assessing the validity of the conclusions drawn from computer experimentswith these models. We also conclude that the role of selection in theevolution of multi-agent systems should be investigated further, for instanceusing more detailed and complex agent interaction models. 相似文献
