可重组电机生产线质量保证系统及其应用

通过对电机生产线现状的分析,提出了电机生产线可重组技术思路和系统总体框架,并对压轴工位和转轴校直工位进行了重点改造,通过增加生产线上加工设备的反馈能力,使加工设备的加工能力和使用情况得到实时监控,实现了整个电机生产系统对产品变化的快速响应,产品质量得到明显提高,品种适应能力达到理想质量控制水平。

介绍了Shell煤气化工艺煤粉加压输送系统的工艺原理和工艺流程,总结了神华煤直接液化项目煤粉加压输送系统运行中出现的问题,对煤粉仓装料袋滤器锥部堵粉和布袋损坏、煤锁斗充气设备损坏、煤锁斗泄压三通破损、重要阀门卡涩、煤粉给料仓泄压线磨损等问题的现象、原因、处理措施作了详细阐述和讨论。     

论建筑设计中的自然通风

在能源消耗与日俱增和世界资源日益匮乏的今天,风力资源的利用,越来越得到人们的关注。依据自然通风的原理,通过分析国内外著名生态建筑中所采用的自然通风技术,比较了其各具特色的通风技术,着重论述了建筑物中设置中庭与风塔对于加强通风效果的作用。然后结合国情,提出了一些对于风能利用方面的、具有可操作性的通风处理方法,目的是针对建筑设计实践中的自然通风问题起到实际指导意义。

Air tightness and air leakages of new lightweight single-family detached houses in Estonia

A field measurement study of the air tightness and the air leakages of 32 detached houses was conducted during 2003–05 in Estonia. The buildings were classified according to the number of storeys, building technology, and the ventilation systems. Using the standardized BlowerDoor pressurization technique, the air leakage rate of each house was determined. To determine typical air leakage places and their distribution, an infrared image camera and a smoke detector were used.     

关于建筑防烟设计的探讨

从应用技术角度出发，针对目前国内规范中，防烟楼梯间及前室或合用前室的机械加压送风系统选择的计算方法及计算参数等问题进行探讨，指出规范存在的问题，并提出个人观点，以供参考。     

一种气液增压型液压机的设计

设计了一种气液增压型液压机。该液压机由主机、气液增压系统、电控系统组成,以压缩空气为动力源,通过气液增压缸转换获得局部高压,从而获得较大的输出力,省略了传统液压机的液压泵站,具有低能耗、低噪声、无油液污染,结构紧凑、使用和维护方便等特点。     

High Temperature Deformation Behavior of Gradually Pressurized Zircaloy-4 Tubes

In order to obtain fundamental perspectives on fuel cladding deformation behavior under changing temperature and pressure conditions in a hypothetical loss-of-coolant accident of PWR, Zircaloy-4 tube burst test was conducted in both air and 99.97% Ar atmospheres. The tubes were directly heated by ac-current and maintained at various temperatures, and pressurized gradually until rupture occurred. Rupture circumferential strains were generally larger in Ar gas than in air and attained a maximum around 1,120 K in both atmospheres. Some tubes tested in air produced axially-extended long balloons, which proved not to be explained by such properties or ideas as effect of cooling on strain rate, superplasticity, geometrical plastic instability and stresses generated by surface oxide layer. A cause of the long balloon may be obtained in the anisotropy of the material structure. But even a qualitative analysis based on this property can not be made due to insufficient data of the anisotropy.
