用膜电解法处理低浓度SO2吸收液的三室电解槽材料的选择

提出了用膜电解法处理低浓度SO2吸收液的方法，介绍了三室电解槽的设计原理及在电场作用下，电解槽内离子的迁移和电解反应机理，系统地讨论了电解槽组成单元材料（如阳离子交换器）的选择及在H2SO4－NaHSO3-Na2SO3体系中金属阳极的选择等，并进行了试验验证，得到了很好的结果。     

Clarification of a wheat straw‐derived medium with ion‐exchange resins for xylitol crystallization

BACKGROUND: Xylitol bioproduction from lignocellulosic residues comprises hydrolysis of the hemicellulose, detoxification of the hydrolysate, bioconversion of the xylose, and recovery of xylitol from the fermented hydrolysate. There are relatively few reports on xylitol recovery from fermented media. In the present study, ion‐exchange resins were used to clarify a fermented wheat straw hemicellulosic hydrolysate, which was then vacuum‐concentrated and submitted to cooling in the presence of ethanol for xylitol crystallization. RESULTS: Sequential adsorption into two anion‐exchange resins (A‐860S and A‐500PS) promoted considerable reductions in the content of soluble by‐products (up to 97.5%) and in medium coloration (99.5%). Vacuum concentration led to a dark‐colored viscous solution that inhibited xylitol crystallization. This inhibition could be overcome by mixing the concentrated medium with a commercial xylitol solution. Such a strategy led to xylitol crystals with up to 95.9% purity. The crystallization yield (43.5%) was close to that observed when using commercial xylitol solution (51.4%). CONCLUSION: The experimental data demonstrate the feasibility of using ion‐exchange resins followed by cooling in the presence of ethanol as a strategy to promote the fast recovery and purification of xylitol from hemicellulose‐derived fermentation media. 矿山现行的环境影响评价及其提交的环境影响报告书,是将矿山开发视为单个建设项目且只注重污染物排放和简单数量分析的单要素评价.本文将矿山开发视为统一系统,充分考虑系统内矿石开采、废石场、尾矿库等岩土工程及其矿岩氧化淋滤产生的毒害物质对矿区及其区域水土环境潜在而长期的影响,建立矿山岩士工程系统环境质量评价的指标体系,以改变矿山环境评价的传统旧式,规范和监督矿山开采行为,实现矿业开发与环境保护的协调发展.     

Hydrogen production in solid electrolyte membrane reactors (SEMRs)

In the present work, the prospects and trends of solid electrolyte membrane reactors (SEMRs) towards hydrogen production, are discussed. Initially, an overview of the principles, the properties and the techniques related to the usage of the SEMRs, are presented. In the following, a literature survey covering earlier and recent developments of the various methods (e.g. reforming or partial oxidation or dehydrogenation of hydrocarbons, steam electrolysis) employed in the SEMRs for the production of hydrogen, is performed. Finally, the current status of this research field is analyzed and future research topics are proposed.     

Effect of Rare Earth Element Cerium on Mechanical Properties and Morphology of TiN Coating Prepared by Arc Ion Plating

TiN coatings were deposited on polished substrates of W18Cr4V high speed steel by means of vacuum arc ion plating. The effect of cerium on adhesion between TiN coating and substrate was studied. The microstructures and composition of TiN coatings were also investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. It was found that cerium is an effective modifying agent and the addition of suitable amount of cerium to TiN coatings can produce relatively excellent properties such as micro-hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and porosity. The experimental results show that the added cerium in TiN coatings makesa contribution to form the preferred direction along with a (111 ) or (222) close packed face, which may be one of the reasons that improves some properties mentioned above.

Nonlinear electrical transport in K-TCNQ at low temperatures

A remarkable nonlinearity has been observed for electric transport in K-TCNQ (potassium tetracyanoquinodimethane) quasi-one-dimensional conductor. The negative differential resistance region appears afterV _m (turn over voltage), beyond which voltage goes down with increase of current. A possible mechanism is discussed in terms of dynamics of charged solitons and domain walls in one-dimensional molecular stacks of these types of crystals.     

聚苯醚磺酸锂／共聚醚复合物的离子导电性研究

合成了３种不同磺化度的聚苯醚磺酸锂（ＳＰＰＯＬｉ）与Ｐ（ＭＥＯ１６－ＡＭ）／ＳＰＰＯＬｉ复合物。研究了复合物的离子导电性与磺化度，组成比及增塑剂含量的关系。含４０％（ｍａｓｓ）增塑剂的复合物具有单离子导电特征，锂离子迁移数高达０．９７，室温电导率达２×１０－５Ｓ／ｃｍ。     

Catalytic oxidation of sulphide ions to elementary sulphur in aqueous solutions over transition metal oxides

The catalytic activity of a wide range of transition metal oxides in oxidation of sulphide ions by air in aqueous medium was studied. Some specific features of the reaction mechanism on some of the studied oxides were considered. The transition metal oxides are promising catalysts for practical application. Some of these oxides will allow the preparation of catalysts possessing activity comparable to that of the cobalt phthalocyanine based catalysts, popular in industrial practice.
