章简要介绍了疏水阀的类型及选型原则。选择质量好且耐背压的倒吊桶型疏水阀,选择热动力式疏水泵和合适的闪蒸罐,合理敷设管道,将原分散的就地排放的蒸汽冷凝水及其产生的二次蒸汽加以回收利用;通过对疏水阀性价比的比较,得出性能优良的疏水阀及其回收系统在节能上的巨大优势;借鉴国内外同行的先进经验,还提出了今后蒸汽疏水系统改造的方向和应注意的问题。 相似文献

Extraction experiments were carried out to determine the suitable solvent and carrier type. Five different solvents and carriers were used and verified. Trichloromethane and tetraoctyl ammonium chlorides were found to be the most appropriate solvent and carrier type for this study. The coupled transport of cyanide ions in aqueous solutions through bulk liquid membrane (BLM) was investigated using various stirring speeds and temperatures. Cyanide ion transport through BLM technique was analyzed according to coupled non-steady state kinetics of two consecutive irreversible first order reactions. The influences of the kinetic parameters (k1d, k2m, k2a, Rmmax, tmax, Jdmax, Jamax) for the various stirring speeds in the system were established. The removal and recovery efficiencies of the cyanide ions transported from aqueous solutions in 360 min were 99.4 and 82%, respectively. As the stirring speed was increased, both the efficiency of transport and recovery of cyanide ions from aqueous solutions were increased. On the other hand, for maximum membrane entrance (Jdmax) and exit (Jamax) fluxes the activation energies were calculated as 21.6 kcal/mol and 10.5 kcal/mol, respectively. 相似文献

The separation and detection properties of various ethoxylated polymers were investigated with atmospheric pressure ionization
liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS). Interesting chromatographic elution behavior based on functionality was noted.
LC/MS using in-source CID (collision-induced dissociation) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) detection was compared for
end-group identification. Excellent end-group identification was achieved when the end-group molecular weight (MW) was greater
than 100 Da and the average MW of the polymer was less than 400 Da by both MS/MS and in-source CID. In cases where the end-group
MW was less than 100 Da, because of the low mass cut-off in a quadrapole ion trap analyzer, in-source CID produced the only
characteristic end-group ions. The use of a dual scan function allowed investigation of the oligomeric distribution followed
by a narrow low-mass scan using in-source CID to generate end-group information. This approach is applicable on instruments

A series of boroxine polymers (BP) with different backbone lengths were synthesized. Polymer electrolytes prepared by blending poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and BP with Li(N(SO 2CF3)2) (LiTFSI) were evaluated. Better performance was observed by addition of BP in the PEO based polymer electrolyte. The effect of the backbone length of BP on electrochemical properties of PEO–BP–LiTFSI electrolyte systems was investigated. Compared with the PEO–LiTFSI system, about five times higher ionic conductivity at low temperature and five times higher lithium ion transference number at 70°C were achieved by incorporation of long chain BP in the electrolyte. Short chain BP exhibited outstanding performance in decreasing interfacial resistances on both anode and cathode surfaces. 研究了用强流金属蒸汽弧离子源(MEVVA源)注入Cr对Cu薄膜的抗氧化性能、导电性能和氧化特征的影响。利用X射线衍射、Rutherford背散射和扫描电镜 离子注入前后氧化物结构和氧化物形态演变。结果表明,在薄膜的表面层注入一定剂量的Cr能有效地改善Cu薄膜的抗氧化性能,而对薄膜的电导性能无显著影响;离子注入显著影响薄膜表面氧化铜的结构和形态。探讨了离子注入对氧化铜结构和形态的影响机理。 相似文献

铜合金中含有Pb、Sn、Zn、Ni等元素,其分布和相对含量对铜合金的性能具有重要影响。本工作采用飞行时间二次离子质谱(TOF-SIMS)法对铜合金标准样品GBW02137和GBW02140的表面进行了微区原位分析;采用束斑直径约5 μm的一次离子束轰击500 μm×500 μm区域内的混合固体合金样品,实现了Cu、Pb、Ni、Sn和Zn元素的表面成像,并测量了各元素在铜合金样品表面的分布情况;利用标样校准法对GBW02137、GBW02140中的64Zn/120Sn、208Pb/120Sn值进行相对含量分析。实验结果表明:TOF-SIMS法可用于铜合金中Cu、Pb、Ni、Sn和Zn等元素的表面成像和相对含量测定;采用标样校准法进行相对含量分析时,测得的64Zn/120Sn相对误差小于5.1%,RSD优于2.5%,208Pb/120Sn的测量相对误差较大,接近27%,但其RSD仍低于5%。 相似文献
