Recovery retardation in equal channel angular pressed Al–Zr alloy during friction stir welding

The effect of Zr on reduction of hardness and microstructure in an FS weld of equal channel angular-pressed Al alloy was investigated. Zr addition to Al suppressed dynamic recovery in the thermomechanically affected zone and enabled retention of the high hardness of the ECA-pressed material throughout the weld.

针对山西省长治市石子河河道处理问题 ,采用固化剂粘土进行了无侧限抗压强度试验 ,并与水泥土进行了比较。发现固化剂 2的无侧限抗压试验强度最佳 ,为工地现场试验及河道综合治理提供了更为有力的理论依据     

关于混联梯级水电站经济调度的研究

提出采用具有附加线性约束的网络规划法，可把混联梯级水电站分解为几个子网络，简化了每个子网络的求解计算，从而加速大电网复杂的经济调度的计算速度。     

Friction Stir Welding of Ceramic Particle Reinforced Aluminium Based Metal Matrix Composites

The mechanical and microstructural properties of 6061+20% Al₂O_3p and 7005+10% Al₂O_3p aluminium based metal matrix composites joined by friction stir welding were analyzed in the present study. The two materials were welded into the form of sheets of 7 mm thickness after T6 treatment and were tested in tension at room temperature. The microstructure of the joints was observed by optical microscopy and the fracture surfaces were analyzed by employing a scanning electron microscope equipped with field emission gun in order to study the micromechanisms involved during the deformation.     

预应力锚固技术在龙滩水电站高边坡工程中的应用

龙滩水电站进水口高边坡最大坡高达420m，为保证高边坡的稳定，采用预应力锚索技术。预应力锚索的加固作用非常明显，不仅为边坡的稳定提供了经济、有效的手段，而且为按期截流创造了条件。     

Testing of electrochromic materials using symmetrical devices

“Symmetric materials” devices, where both electrodes are made of the same electrochromic materials, allow the in situ study of side reactions. Each transferred charge that is not used for the expected electrochromic reaction will cause a colour change in the whole symmetric device. Two electrochromic materials, WO₃ and IrO₂, are successively used to show how to obtain information about side reactions such as faradaic efficiency, reversibility and potential limits from the symmetric experiment. This in situ approach with a polymer electrolyte shows significant differences compared to results obtained with studies in aqueous electrolytes.

提高拉刀耐用度的挤压工艺

拉刀在刃磨过程中存在不易获得定值前角且会降低刀具硬度等问题，为此设计了拉刀前刀面挤压工艺．该工艺简便易行，一把拉刀可挤压5—8次，效益好。使用证明，经挤压加工后的拉刀加工的零件精度高，且拉刀的使用寿命可提高30%以上。
