SolidWorks软件在级进模标准件库建立中的应用

级进模设计中存在大量的标准件，因而级进模CAD系统开发过程中有必要建立具备良好实用性的标准件库。本文介绍了以SolidWorks 2001为开发平台，以VB6．0为编程语言创建级进模CAD系统标准件库的过程。

Design of BOM configuration for reducing spare parts logistic costs

This paper proposes an approach to reduce the total operational cost of a spare part logistic system by appropriately designing the BOM (bill of material) configuration. A spare part may have several vendors. Parts supplied by different vendors may vary in failure rates and prices – the higher the failure rate, the lower the price. Selecting vendors for spare parts is therefore a trade-off decision. Consider a machine where the BOM is composed of s critical parts and each part has k vendors. The number of possible BOM configurations for the machine is then k^s. For each BOM configuration, we can use OPUS10 (proprietary software) to calculate an optimum inventory policy and its associated total logistic cost. Exhaustively searching the solution space by OPUS10 can yield an optimal BOM configuration; however, it may be formidably time-consuming. To remedy the time-consuming problem, this research proposes a GA-neural network approach to solve the BOM configuration design problem. A neural network is developed to efficiently emulate the function of OPUS10 and a GA (genetic algorithm) is developed to quickly find a near-optimal BOM configuration. Experiment results indicate that the approach can obtain an effective BOM configuration efficiently.

分析了传统ABC分类法在不常用备件库存分类中的应用,针对传统ABC分类法的缺陷.文章应用基于AHP的ABC分类方法,将备件单价、采购提前期、年采购费用、年使用次数、备件类型、重要性等级作为分类准则,对每一备件相对准则层进行ABC分类,然后结合准则层对目标层的权重计算备件组合权重并再次进行ABC分类,建立了不常用备件基于...     

基于云制造模式的零件库系统

鉴于中小企业难以承担建立零件库的费用,采用云制造模式开发了零件库系统。阐述了云制造模式下零件库的运营模式,明确了系统的功能。制造云架构包含多层,采用Force数据模型和两种数据隔离方式构建数据库,通过服务器集群和数据库垂直切分实现系统扩展。通过X3D在线显示零部件,EAI方式实现动态交互;以零件分类、标签、本体三者结合方式管理多用户的零件资源。最后开发了名为CMoPL的原形系统,通过实际试用发现,零件查找方便、用户体验良好。系统可以帮助中小企业宣传和销售零件,有力的降低企业信息化建设的门槛。

Plastic Injection Molding of High-Aspect Ratio Micro-Rods

Technological advancements have led to an increase in demand for fabrication of small and cheap miniature components or parts, especially in the medical and electronic fields. In this research work, micro-rods of varying lengths and diameters were molded using a specially designed tabletop injection molding machine. The main purpose was to investigate whether complete filling of the microcavities was possible and whether small cavity openings will restrict melt flow into the cavities.

Process parameters, such as injection pressure, mold temperature and melt temperature were varied. The micro-rods obtained were analyzed with Scanning Electron Micrographs (SEM). The results showed that injection pressure was the most important parameter for microinjection molding. The use of a vacuum system also yielded better results.     

(Cr1‐x,Alx)N ein Review über ein vielseitig einsetzbares Schichtsystem

(Cr_1‐x,Al_x)N a review about a multi‐purpose coating system Nitride based coatings claimed a big market share for PVD‐coatings. Especially in the field for high temperature die casting and cutting operations chromium based coatings are well used. These coatings are also used in low temperature processes for the coating of machine parts. In the beginning of the nineties first examinations are done on the ternary system Chromium‐Aluminium‐Nitride. This system shows an excellent corrosion behaviour against many different liquids, but gains also a high hardness for a good wear behaviour. By changing the AlN to CrN content and the coating design CrAlN opens up a wide range for different coating applications. A major step for machine parts was the reducing of coating process temperature beneath 200 °C. This was only possible by using pulsed power supplies. CrAlN shows a very good performance on the fast growing market of coated machine parts e.g. on spindle bearings.     

冶金企业备件ABC分类管理模式的研究与应用

通过对济钢一炼钢现状分析,提出了备件ABC分类管理法,实施后优化了库存结构,降低了消耗、缩短了备件周转天数,提高了企业经济效益,值得推广。
