不同级配对微表处混和料性能的影响

微表处技术是一种性能优良的路面养护技术。首先检验了微表处用原材料的技术指标,在满足规范的要求下选择了三种不同级配,并对三种不同级配的微表处混和料的使用性能进行了比较。     

Effect of select parameters on the properties of edible film from water-soluble fish proteins in surimi wash-water

Edible film from water-soluble fish proteins were developed by casting film solution on leveled trays and effects of pH (9.5, 10.0 and 10.5), heating temperature (60, 70 and 80 °C), and heating time (10, 20 and 30 min) of the film solution on various film properties were determined using Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The impact of pH and heating temperature of film solution was more significant, overall, on the film's properties than heating time. Contour plots of tensile strength and elongation at break was highest at pH of 10.0 at 70 °C (2.75-3.02 MPa) but low in elongation at break (6.35-9.16%), while water vapor permeability and oxygen permeability were at their lowest (58.55-65.96 g mm/m² d kPa and 351.33-624.18 cm³ μm/m² d kPa). There was a direct correlation between the films’ and proteins’ solubility on one hand, and heating temperature of film solution on the other, which reversed with change in pH of film solution. Film color was darker and more yellowish with increase in the pH of film solution.     

新型高K栅介质ZrO2薄膜材料的制备及表征

采用超高真空电子束蒸发法制备了新型高 K栅介质-非晶 ZrO2薄膜. X射线光电子能谱 (XPS) 中 Zr3d5/2 和 Zr3d3/2 对应的结合能分别为 182.1eV和 184.3eV, Zr元素的主要存在形式为 Zr4+,说明薄膜由完全氧化的 ZrO2组成 ,并且纵向分布均一.扩展电阻法( SRP)显示 ZrO2薄膜的 电阻率在 108Ω@ cm以上,通过高分辨率透射电镜( HR- XTEM)可以观察 ZrO2/Si界面陡直,没有 界面反应产物 ,证明 600℃快速退火后 ZrO2薄膜是非晶结构.原子力显微镜( AFM)表征了薄膜的 表面粗糙度,所有样品表面都很平整,其中 600℃快速退火样品 (RTA)的 RMS为 0.480nm.     

忠武输气管道悬索跨越设计创新及探讨

忠武输气管道有4次悬索跨越,分别是蚂蝗溪悬索跨越、木龙河悬索跨越、马水河悬索跨越、野三河悬索跨越。文章介绍了这几座悬索跨越管桥设计中采用的多项新技术,如采用热聚乙烯半平行钢丝索代替以往的钢丝绳;采用钢管塔架代替以往的角钢塔架;根据地形地貌特点变换风索型式或取消塔架等。这些新技术、新设计在工程中均取得了良好的效果。另外,文章还针对悬索跨越桥面结构型式、预拱度设置、不对称荷载的影响、风索基础的设置等问题进行了探讨。     

润滑油用纳米TiO2的表面改性及自修复性能研究

采用油酸对纳米TiO2进行表面改性，使其稳定分散于基础油中。利用HQ-1摩擦磨损试验机考察纳米TiO2的自修复性能，并探讨其自修复机理。试验结果表明，经改性后的纳米TiO2粉体作为润滑添加剂具有良好的分散稳定性、减摩抗磨性和自修复性。     

Computerized IR Determination of Structural Group Composition for High-Boiling Oil Fractions

A computerized form is given of IR spectral determination for structural group composition in high-boiling oil fractions by Berthold's method (7 structural elements) and Kuklinskii's method (28 structural elements), which reduces the analysis time by factors of 3–4 and improves the accuracy.     

Reading Motivation: Multidimensional and Indeterminate.

The Motivations for Reading Questionnaire (MRQ) contains 54 items that are posited to tap 11 dimensions of reading motivation. The structural validity of the MRQ was investigated with 2 samples: (a) 328 students in Grades 3-5 from 2 suburban mid-Atlantic elementary schools and (b) 735 students in Grades 3-5 in 2 suburban southwestern elementary schools. With confirmatory factor analyses (CFAs), the theoretical 11-factor structure did not adequately fit the data in either sample. Subsequently, exploratory factor analyses found 8 factors for each sample with 6 factors defined by only 3 or 4 common items. However, a double CFA cross-validation found an inadequate fit for both samples. Given these results, the authors suggest that the MRQ be revised. Damage Development in Gray Cast Iron under Static Deformation

The authors discuss the results of experimental investigation of structural degradation of gray cast iron at various stages of static tensile deformation. Analysis of the deformation process has revealed that damageability of a material under loading can be assessed by both a special strain parameter and scatter of hardness characteristics or a ratio of the modulus deviation to the current value of the elastic modulus. A correlation between these parameters has been established.     

堆石料与基岩面直剪试验

介绍了堆石料与基岩面的现场直剪试验方法，6个组次的直剪试验结果表明，堆石料与基岩面的抗剪强度指标随基岩面坚硬度的增大而增加，并随基岩面粗糙度的加大而加大。     

一种微透镜阵列的研制

介绍一种利用表面张力的作用、以光纤作材料、用分离的自聚焦透镜制作微透镜阵型的方法，这种方法具有制作工艺简单、无须昂贵设备等优点，用此方法实际制作了具有良好连续面型的微透镜阵列，并对制作的微透镜阵列进行了测试，效果较好。
