Effect of phase transfer catalysts on the interfacial tension of water/toluene system

The effect on the interfacial tension of the water toluene system has been studied at 25 °C in the presence of four phase-transfer catalysts i.e. tricaprylmethyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium chloride, hex-adecytrimethyl ammonium bromide and hexadecyltributyl phosphonium bromide. The interfacial tension of aqueous phenol/resorcinol-toluene in the presence and absence of tricaprylmethyl ammonium chloride has also been reported. Attempt has been made to elucidate the change in volumetric rate of extraction with different catalysts for two phase reactions, on the basis of interfacial tension.     

Edge detection,three-dimensional cell boundary reconstruction and volume and surface area estimation from differential interference contrast images

Three-dimensional (3-D) cell morphology is important for the understanding of cell function and can by quantified in terms of volume and surface area. Differential interference contrast (DIC, or Nomarski) imaging can enable cell edges to be clearly visualized in unstained tissue due to the slight difference in refractive index between aqueous media and cytoplasm. DIC is affected in only one direction - the direction of the optical shear. A 1-D edge detector was used in that direction with a scale length equal to that of an in-focus edge to highlight cell boundaries. By comparison with the signal from the edge detector on an out-of-focus slice, the in-focus slices could be segmented and, after noise suppression, cell outlines obtained. A voxel paradigm was used to calculate cell volume and differential geometry was used for surface area estimation. We applied this approach to obtain 3-D dimensional information by optical sectioning of motile Amoeba proteus.

Progress in deep-UV photoresists

Higher resolution can be achieved in lithography by decreasing the wavelength of the exposure source. However, resist material and their processing are also important when we move to a shorter wavelength lithography technology. This paper reviews the recent development and challenges of deep-UV photoresists and their processing technology.     

槽孔式水力驱动控制棒槽孔阻力系数实验研究

对槽孔式水力驱动控制棒槽对孔阻力系数进行了大量实验研究，获得了槽孔式水力驱动控制棒槽对孔阻力系数和其随槽对孔位移的变化规律，分析了槽对孔阻力系数与控制棒槽对孔结构参数之间的关系。结果表明：随槽对孔位移的增加，槽对孔阻力系数从某一较大的定值迅速降低到某一较小的定值，然后再迅速反回到初始的定值，形成一个对称的宽幅波谷；槽高使阻力系数曲线波谷幅宽发生变化，也使完全不重合段的阻力系数发生变化；随内套孔径的增大，阻力系数有所降低，其对阻力系数的影响也进一步减弱。孔径增大到一定程度，阻力系数基本不受孔径参数的影响。     

Zr-2/Cr反应扩散研究

研究了Zr-2/Cr扩散偶在1023－1123K范围内的反应扩散，用扫描电镜观察反应宽度，用能谱仪（EDS）测定了反应层Zr,Fe和Cr沿扩散方向的浓度分布，研究了反应层的生长动力学，结果表明，反应层生长基本符合抛物经规律，生长过程受扩散控制，用Boltzman-Matano-Heumann模型计算了Cr在反应层Zr（Fe,Cr）2中的互扩散系数D，得到了互扩散系数D与温度的Arrhenius方程，由计算的扩散数据与Cr在Zr中形成稀固溶体时Cr的扩散数据比较可知，Cr在金属间化合物Zr（Fe,Cr）2中的扩散比在稀因溶体中的扩散快5个数量级。     

变井储系数的确定方法及其在反褶积分析中的应用

中针对变井储试井分析问题，给出了确定变井储系数及计算续流量的方法，并用反褶积分析积分析方法解释了未出现径向流的早期测压数据，给出了解决早期试井资料分析问题的有效方法。     

混凝土受拉断裂的破坏机理

本文从试验现象出发,建立了以数理统计为基础的混凝土受拉全过程曲线方程。研究表明,混凝土受拉应力应变全曲线是混凝土试件内部的粘结界面与水泥胶合物在外拉力作用下逐步断裂造成的。文章所建立的方法不仅可以解释许多试验现象,模拟混凝土受拉全曲线,而且还可以得出试验中难以测出的结果。     

从长贮试验看引信零件表面处理方式选择

总结了历年长贮试验情况，分析了防腐层变化的原因，指出了引信零件在选择表面处理方式时应注意的问题。     

油酸乙二醇单酯在基础油与水界面上形成吸附膜的研究

以油酸和乙二醇为原料，在酸性催化剂作用下，用硼酸间接酯化法合成了润滑油油性油酸乙二醇单酯，用界面张力仪测定了单酯含量的矿物油的界面张力。用量小二乘法求得油中油酸乙二醇单脂的浓度与油对水界面张力关系的回归方程。依据所求的回归方程和Ｇｉｂｂｓ公式计算出油酸乙二醇单脂在油与水界面上形成吸附膜时的最低浓度。
