国外工具磨床发展现状

本文综述了近睥来国外工具磨床技术的发展现状，介绍了由CNC技术带来的几种新的磨削方法，分析了当代工具磨床典型产品的技术水平。     

贝氏体铁素体片条的超微亚结构研究

首次采用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)在大气环境下直接观察了Fe-1.0C-2.0Si-4.0Cr钢中下贝氏体铁素体片条的组织结构,在下贝氏体亚单元内部首次观察到以前从未发现的,尺寸更小、形状规则、排列整齐的结构单元——超亚单元,并初步提出下贝氏体铁素体由以下四个结构层次组成:即下贝氏体铁素体片条由亚片条组成,亚片条由亚单元组成,亚单元由超亚单元组成。     

高能球磨制备非晶态合金研究的进展

本文评述了目前混合基元粉末机械合金化（ＭＡ）及金属间化合物或合金粉末机械研磨（ＭＧ）制备非晶态合金的研究进展，讨论了机械合金化及机械研磨形成非晶态合金的机制。     

极压,油性添加剂在磨削过程中的作用

油性及极压添加剂为磨削液中主要减摩添加剂，本文从物理及化学两个方面分析了两种添加剂在磨削过程中的作用机理，说明了两种添加剂的相辅作用，并采用不同的磨削液进行了实验验证．     

磨削加工中磨削液对砂轮堵塞影响的试验分析

砂轮堵塞是影响砂轮耐用度的重要指标，磨削液在磨削加工中起到润滑、冷却、清洗等作用，对砂轮的堵塞有着较大影响．文章通过试验，分析了磨削液对砂轮堵塞的原因．     

Roll‐to‐roll UV embossing process applied for light bar‐based sub‐wavelength gratings for backlight

This study proposes a roll‐to‐roll process‐based sub‐wavelength grating, which is attached on a light bar to turn the side‐lit red/green/blue (620, 520, and 450 nm) incident rays into a uniformly and normally output white light with high illuminance from the light bar's surface. On the basis of the rigorous coupling wave analysis, the relationship between the first‐order transmission/reflection efficiency and the pitch of the gratings with different shapes was analyzed. The optimal design can effectively reduce the coupling length and enhance the white color balance for display applications.     

Modelling of the mist formation in a segmented grinding wheel system

It has been found that using a segmented grinding wheel with a fluid chamber can significantly minimise the quantity of coolant while improving the ground surface integrity. The present investigation aims to explore the fluid flow mechanism in such a wheel system. To this end, the Weber theory for Newtonian jet instability was applied to quantitatively determine the contribution of coolant flow rate to mist and ligament modes. A semi-analytical model was then developed to predict the mist flow rate by taking into account both the grinding parameters and fluid properties. It was shown that the model prediction was in good agreement with experimental measurements. Because of the comprehensive integration of variables in the formulation, the model provides a good fundamental understanding of the mist formation and offers a practical guideline for the selection and use coolant in minimising the mist flow rate.     

流水线上机械手克隆转换开关改性塑料的选择

转换开关是用在工业生产自动流水线机械手中一种易磨损和大量消耗的塑料制品,以前依靠外国进口,花费了大量外汇。由于转换开关的精度极高,甚至超过金属件的制造精度。故不仅要求制品在成型加工过程中不能有微小的变形,甚至需要严格控制塑料的收缩量。使得所有成型孔的精度达到IT6级以上,平面度不大于0.02 mm,圆柱度不大于0.01 mm。通过对亚光微珠增强聚碳酸脂改性材料的选择,实现控制了制品变形量和提高了耐磨性的目的,通过超高精度孔的二次限制工艺的实施,使得制品孔的精度可达到IT4级以上,圆柱度为0.002 mm以内。国产转换开关完全取代了进口产品,且其精度和寿命远高于进口产品,为超高精度注射件加工创出了一种新方法,也为有关单位节约了大量外汇。     

细磨活化对白钨矿浸取行为的影响SCIEI

本文研究了细磨活化对白钨矿浸取行为的影响.实验结果表明,细磨活化后白钨矿在HCl-Na_3PO_4介质中的浸出速率显著加快,钨的浸出率由原来的约8％提高到99％以上.红外光谱和X射线分析结果表明,细磨除了使白钨矿比表面积显著增大外,还在固体的表面和内部产生缺陷结构,增加了矿物表面的反应活性,改善了白钨矿的分解,使得白钨矿的浸出能在较低的温度顺利进行。     

古代铜镜复制工艺的探讨

复制古代铜镜，要经过铸型制作，铜合金熔炼，镜体研磨等工艺过程。经过反其实验研究，获得了较为理想的铸型制作方法。对铜合金配比的优化及研磨镜面作了深入的讨论。
