研究了宝钢高强度铁道车辆用钢的焊接性。针对焊接材料熔敷金属、焊接接头塑韧性不能满足新型铁道车辆焊接中梁制造要求的现状,开发了新的配套气体保护焊耐候焊丝。结果表明,新开发焊丝的熔敷金属及其焊接接头,不但强度高,抗焊接冷裂能力强,塑性好,-40℃的低温冲击性能Axv≥60J,而且具有高耐候性。该钢种与焊丝已用于铁道车辆新车型的试制。 相似文献

We consider the multiple-depot multiple-vehicle-type scheduling problem (MDVSP) which arises in public transport bus companies and aims to assign buses to cover a given set of timetabled trips with consideration of practical requirements, such as multiple depots and vehicle types as well as depot capacities. An optimal schedule is characterized by minimal fleet size and minimal operational costs including costs for empty movements and waiting time. It is well-known that the MDVSP is NP-hard.Although progress has recently been made in solving large practical MDVSP to optimality with time-space network models, current optimization technology sets limits to the model size that can be solved. In order to approach very large practical instances we propose a two-phase method which produces close to optimal solutions. This modeling approach enables us to solve real-world problem instances with thousands of scheduled trips by direct application of standard optimization software. We design and investigate the performance of fuzzy logic-controlled (FLC) active suspensions on a nonlinear vehicle model
with four degrees of freedom, without causing any degeneration in suspension working limits. Force actuators were mounted
parallel to the suspensions. In this new approach, linear combinations of the vertical velocities of the suspension ends and
accelerations of the points of connection of the suspension to the body have been used as input variables. The study clearly
demonstrates the effectiveness of the fuzzy logic controller for active suspension systems. Suspension working space degeneration
is the most important problem in various applications. Decreasing the amplitudes of vehicle body vibrations improves ride
comfort. Body bounce and pitch motion of the vehicle are presented both in time domain when travelling over a ramp-step road
profile and in frequency domain. The results are compared with those of uncontrolled systems. At the end of this study, the

We are developing a high-efficiency neutron detector with 1 cm position resolution and coarse energy resolution for use at high-flux neutron source facilities currently proposed or under construction. The detector concept integrates a segmented 3He ionization chamber with the position sensitive, charged particle collection methods of a MicroMegas detector. Neutron absorption on the helium produces protons and tritons that ionize the fill gas. The charge is amplified in the field region around a wire mesh and subsequently detected in current mode by wire strips mounted on a substrate. One module consisting of a high-voltage plate, a field-shaping high-voltage plate, a grid and wire strips defines a detection region. For 100 % efficiency, detector modules are consecutively placed along the beam axis. Analysis over several regions with alternating wire strip orientation provides a two-dimensional beam profile. By using 3He, a 1/v absorption gas, each axial region captures neutrons of a different energy range, providing an energy-sensitive detection scheme especially useful at continuous beam sources. 相似文献
