回顾近十年来学校团委所开展的主要工作和主题活动,总结在工作中积累的经验和取得的成效。     

论评标专家和评标委员会的权利和义务

在结合自己的实践经验和学习心得,并认真研究了相关法律法规的基础上论述了评标专家和评标委员会的权利和义务,对相关从业人员具体开展业务具有一定的指导意义,从而完善招标投标制度。     

加强基层民主建设 构建和谐社会——从村民委员会选举制度拓展到乡镇长选举制度改革的尝试

和谐社会是执政者治国的一个目标,历来就有“和为贵”,“内睦者家道昌,外睦者人事济”,“政通人和”,“亲仁善邻,国之宝也”之说。社会主义应当是一种和谐的社会形态和制度,但是事实上这种和谐社会不是与生俱来的,需要建设。就此,从微观的角度,围绕农村基层民主中的村委会选举制度及乡镇长选举制度的改革对构建和谐社会进行了思考。     

2014 China National Standards Innovation and Contribution Award

正The review meeting for 2014 China National Standards Innovation and Contribution Award was held by SAC on August30,2014.The review committee,composed of 13 academicians,counselors of the State Council and relevant experts,decided on awards through discussion,covering the candidates project award,organization and individual awards.The winners were selected,based on the overall working report of the review committee,and preliminary work of all review groups of project,organizations and individuals awards.

The ad hoc committee on social impact of psychological assessment.

"Broadly, the Committee is concerned with assessment in terms of what psychologists should do, what they do, and how they are seen. This includes keeping APA informed regarding the perceptions of various audiences, including psychologists, of psychological assessment and its impact on society. The Committee has recommended the preparation of a technical report concerning desirable standards of practice and research in the field of assessment. 电子政务环境下社区管理模式的创新探究

作为城市管理体系当中最为基础的环节之一,社区及居委会工作可以说是城市组成细胞,一个城市无论是文化进步还是经济发展都同社区发展具有深刻联系,也正因为如此,对于当前社区工作的分析与研究也就相当重要。与此同时,随着互联网的不断普及与电子信息的不断发展,传统的社区管理模式显然与当前实际发展不相一致,必须创新当前社区管理模式。本文将基于电子政务环境之下,对我国社区及居委会管理模式的创新进行一定探索,旨在不断促进当前社区及居委会管理,切实提高管理水平。     

Color composition in postmodern western architecture

This research aims to know some of the most innovative aspects of color in composition of postmodern architecture in Europe, approximately between 1960 and 2000. We describe the main chromatic trends in this period following historian JA. Ramírez's formal classification: the new utopias (‘60s), neo‐illuminist rationalism (‘70s), figurative postmodernity (‘80s), and deconstructivism (‘90s). For each trend, we point out some color composition features; analyze a case study building; and reflect on later influence on contemporary colored architecture. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
