Effect of Heat Treatment on Luminescent Properties of White Organic Light Emitting Device

The white organic light emitting device (OLED) with single-structure using a polymer blend as the light emitting layer is fabricated. Heat treatment is used to control the ratio between the intensities of main electroluminescent spectral peaks. The electroluminescent spectrum of our device is quite similar to that of white inorganic LED produced by Nichia Corporation after being annealed, and its turn-on voltage can be decreased by 1V.

给出了具有二三个量是的Ｉｎ１－ｘＧａｘＡｓｙＰ１－ｙ／ＩｎＰ张应变量子阱材料的光荧光谱及ｘ射线双晶衍射摇摆曲线，指出了荧光峰为量子阱中导带子带和阶带子带间本征复合机构所致。理论上分析了光荧光谱中双峰强度比随温度变化的关系，理论计算和实测结果基本一致。     

食品中抗血酸含量的测定

食品中多糖类物质在弱酸性条件下水解，淀粉酶作用下水解淀粉，通过调节PH值沉淀蛋白质，过-滤去除，消除淀粉类物质和蛋白质对测定结果影响。抗坏血酸在活性炭存在下氧化成脱氢抗坏血酸，与邻苯二胺反应生成荧光团，在350nm处有最大激发波长，在430nm处发射波长荧光强度最显著，荧光强度与浓度成正比，与标准系列比较定量。加入硼酸乙酸钠溶液，使抗坏血酸璩成HB03-脱氢抗坏血酸络合物，可阴止其形成荧光产物，做为实验空白。     

用毛细管柱气相色谱法分析煤焦油高馏分产物中菲,蒽及咔唑的含量

采用气相色谱法，在长２５ｍ、内径０．２ｍｍ的ＯＶ－１０１交联弹性石英毛细管柱和２５０℃柱温下，对煤焦油高馏分产物中菲、蒽及咔唑含量进行了定量分析。     

Influence of Lanthanum on Fluorescence Properties of Ag-BaO Thin Films

Ag-BaO thin films doped with lanthanum were prepared by vacuum deposition. Compared with the normal Ag-BaO thin film, there is almost no change with the shape and the peak site of the fluorescence spectrum; however, fluores-cence emission strength of the whole observation band(325 -600 nm)increases about 40%, and the increase of short wavelength range is more remarkable than that of long wavelength range, which we named “blue-stronger“ phenomenon. Analytic results show that, with the forming of intermetallic compounds between silver and lanthanum, the 4f-state energy levels lie just below the Fermi level within 5 eV. It is the energy exchange between the 4f energy levels and the conduction band that causes the increase effect of fluorescence emission, and it is the optical absorption cross section of 4f electron, which increases with the increase of energy of incidence photon, that gives rise to the “blue-stronger“ phenomenon.     

以三氧六环为交联剂的COPNA树脂的合成与性能研究

以三氧六环为交联剂，萘、萘酚、蒽及其混合物为单体，可在对甲苯磺酸或三氯乙醚催化下，在８０～１６０℃下反应得到未交联的缩合多核芳香烃树脂。对聚合反应机理作了一定的研究，并提出了聚合机理。以萘酚或萘为单体的树脂的交联较为困难，而在萘中加入蒽，不但可大大提高反应速率，也可使所得树脂的交联变得容易。交联后树脂在氮气中的热降解起始温度在４００℃左右。     

蒽在烷烃和丁醇二元混合溶剂中的溶解度

本文报告了在２５℃下，蒽溶于丁醇及正己烷、正庚烷、正辛烷、环己烷、甲基环己烷和２，２，４－三甲基戊烷六种二元溶剂混合物中的实验溶解度。实验结果可以用近似理想的二元溶剂（ＮＩＢＳ）／Ｒｅｄｌｉｃｈ－Ｋｉｓｔｅｒ方程和修改后的Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ模型来关联。用于系统研究，ＮＩＢＳ／Ｒｅｄｌｉｃｈ－Ｋｉｓｔｅｒ及修改后的Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ方程提供了很好的数学表达式，实验值和计算值的偏差在±１．５％之内。     

氧化作用控制“四硫富瓦烯-葸”二元体系的荧光开关行为

利用Wittig反应将高荧光量子产率的蒽基团通过双键连接在四硫富瓦烯单元上，合成了二元共轭体系化合物TTFan．在氧化作用的控制下，四硫富瓦烯单元的给电子能力降低，TTFan的荧光发射强度增大至原来的十几倍，实现了荧光的“off-on”过程．
