油气项目对外寻求合作伙伴招标的科学决策,需要综合考虑候选伙伴的成本、质量、工期三个主要因素。采取多层次灰色分析法与遗传算法结合的综合评判方法选择油气项目合作伙伴,分析油气项目中待选企业的关键指标,利用层次分析法确定关键指标下细分指标的权重,采取灰色白化函数对专家评分进行量化;设计遗传算法模型优选合作伙伴,提出权重目标适应度方法,并依照迭代次数的变化调整变异算子;最后依据综合评判方法对某一油气勘探项目进行实例选择。在子项目数量大、候选企业较多、决策信息复杂的大型油气项目决策中体现出决策方法的优越性。  相似文献

The bidding strategies of power suppliers to maximize their interests is of great importance. The proposed bi-level optimization model with coalitions of power suppliers takes restraint factors into consideration, such as operating cost reduction, potential cooperation, other competitors’ bidding behavior, and network constraints. The upper model describes the coalition relationship between suppliers, and the lower model represents the independent system operator’s optimization without network loss (WNL) or considering network loss (CNL). Then, a novel algorithm, the evolutionary game theory algorithm (EGA) based on a hybrid particle swarm optimization and improved firefly algorithm (HPSOIFA), is proposed to solve the bi-level optimization model. The bidding behavior of the power suppliers in equilibrium with a dynamic power market is encoded as one species, with the EGA automatically predicting a plausible adaptation process for the others. Individual behavior changes are employed by the HPSOIFA to enhance the ability of global exploration and local exploitation. A novel improved firefly algorithm (IFA) is combined with a chaotic sequence theory to escape from the local optimum. In addition, the Shapley value is applied to the profit distribution of power suppliers’ cooperation. The simulation, adopting the standard IEEE-30 bus system, demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method for solving the bi-level optimization problem  相似文献

利用群签名体制给出一个可撤消投标者的安全的网上招投标方案.该方案实现了参与竞标公司身份的匿名性、中标者的不可否认性、可公开验证性等安全性问题.该文解决了群签名中成员删除问题.即当竞标公司因为某些原因被撤消其资格时,可信权威人士只需更改群公钥的一个参数,并用其他竞标公司的公钥加密后广播出去.而无须更改其他竞标公司的数字证书,使接下来的竞标过程顺利进行,同时保证了被撤消的竞标公司的身份与它以前参与竞标的项目的不可联系性.  相似文献

This paper provides a technique to derive the bidding strategy in the day-ahead market for a large consumer that procures its electricity demand in both day-ahead market and a subsequent adjustment market. It is considered that hourly market prices are normally distributed and this correlation is modeled by variance–covariance matrix. The uncertainty of procurement cost is modeled using concepts derived from information gap decision theory which allows deriving robust bidding strategies with respect to price volatility. First Order Reliability Method is applied to construct the robust bidding curve. The proposed technique is illustrated through a realistic case study.  相似文献

This paper presents a stochastic multiobjective model for self-scheduling of a power producer which participates in the day-ahead joint energy and reserves markets. The objective of a power producer is to compromise the conflicting objectives of payoff maximization and gaseous emissions minimization when committing its generation of thermal units. The proposed schedule will be used by the power producers to decide on emission quota arbitrage opportunities and for strategic bidding to the energy and reserves market. The paper analyzes a scenario-based multiobjective model in which random distributions, such as price forecasting inaccuracies as well as forced outage of generating units are modeled as scenarios tree using a combined fuzzy c-mean/Monte-Carlo simulation (FCM/MCS) method. With the above procedure the stochastic multiobjective self-scheduling problem is converted into corresponding deterministic problems. Then a multiobjective mathematical programming (MMP) approach based on ?-constraint method is implemented for each deterministic scenario. Piecewise linearized fuel and emission cost functions are applied for computational efficiency and the model is formulated as a mixed-integer programming (MIP) problem. Numerical simulations for a power producer with 21 thermal units are discussed to demonstrate the performance of the proposed approach in increasing expected payoffs by adjusting the emission quota arbitrage opportunities.  相似文献

Two-envelope fee bidding is used frequently in allocating commissions to willing consultants such as architects, engineers and surveyors. Consultant fees and technical scores are normally aggregated to form a total score. The consultant obtaining the highest total score is usually awarded the commission. The consultant's objective is to get the highest total score possible because this maximizes the chance of winning. Consultants can submit to the procurer any of a number of different technical proposals which is then converted to a technical score. Only one technical score+fee combination will result in the highest total score, i.e. the optimum technical score+fee combination. This paper offers consultants an approach to better identify their optimum technical score+fee combination. In using this approach consultants need to develop a total score continuum based on (1) the consultant's original technical proposal and fee, (2) the absolute lowest fee and corresponding technical score, and (3) the absolute highest technical score and corresponding fee. The total score becomes the dependent variable and the fee the independent variable. Since the total score continuum is regressed on three points it will almost certainly be curvilinear in shape. Given that the optimum total score is at the highest point of the continuum, the optimum fee can be determined through differentiation. The corresponding technical score can then be found. After adjusting the original technical proposal to reflect the corresponding technical score, the optimum fee and adjusted technical proposal can then be submitted to the procurer.  相似文献
