This paper focuses on implementation of space–time CE/SE scheme for computing the transport of a passive pollutant by a flow. The flow model comprises of the Saint-Venant system of shallow water equations and the pollutant propagation is described by a transport equation. The one-dimensional and two-dimensional flow equations are numerically investigated using the CE/SE scheme. A number of test problems are presented to check the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed scheme. The results of CE/SE scheme are compared with the central scheme. Both the schemes are found to be in close agreement. However, our proposed CE/SE scheme accurately captures shocks and discontinuous profiles.  相似文献

Built environments designed to keep people active and away from harm are thus economically beneficial, too. Cannulation of the central vein for placement of the temporary dual-lumen catheter for hemodialysis can usually be safely and reliably performed under ultrasonographic guidance. Here, we report a case of aberrant catheter entry into the internal thoracic vein during an apparently smooth procedure. The value of sonographic guidance, together with fluoroscopy with or without venography, will be discussed.  相似文献

川中地区寒武系龙王庙组沥青成因与油气成藏史   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
运用有机岩石学、有机地球化学和扫描电镜等方法和技术,深入研究了川中地区寒武系龙王庙组中高演化沥青的成因类型、形成期次和来源;并在此基础上,结合包裹体及构造演化特征等,恢复了安岳气田龙王庙组气藏的成藏史。结果表明:(1)川中地区龙王庙组储层中沥青均来自于下寒武统烃源岩,沥青成因类型多样,以热裂解成因为主;(2)沥青的形成分为3个阶段,第1阶段为氧化水洗型沥青的形成,第2阶段为沉淀型沥青的形成,第3阶段为热裂解成因沥青的形成;(3)安岳气田龙王庙组气藏先后经历了5期的油气充注,包括2期液态烃的充注、晚三叠世—早侏罗世干酪根裂解气的充注、晚侏罗世—早白垩世原油裂解气的充注以及喜马拉雅期圈闭改造调整阶段干气的充注。  相似文献

The motion of sand particles close to a single moving blade was investigated using Positron Emission Particle Tracking (PEPT) during the period in which the free bed surface profile was evolving to an equilibrium shape. The area affected by the blade was divided into active and inactive regions and these were analysed separately. The characteristic heart-shape of the active region in the plan view was determined. An approximately 10-particle-diameter wide velocity transition zone is found between the two regions. While the tracer particle is in the inactive region moving away from the blade, the time dependence of the axial displacement is well described by a logarithmic relationship. The probability of particle movement towards the centre of the blade was quantified using a “central tendency” index. The calculated central tendency shows maxima at each side of the blade. The separation of the two maxima, which indicates the width of the active region, increases with fill level but is independent of rotational speed.  相似文献

The flow of polyethylene melt in new tri-screw extruder was simulated using the finite element method (FEM). A special study of flow in central region was performed by analysis of the velocity, pressure, and resident time distribution (RTD). The extrusion characteristics of tri-screw extruder, namely the abilities of material conveying, mixing, and power consumption, were compared with those of twin screw extruder. The results showed that there was circumfluence in central region but no stagnation in it. Tri-screw extruder had better operative abilities and high productivity ratio than twin screw extruder in the aspect of material conveying and mixing.  相似文献

Lipases from Geotrichum candidum were produced in two different medium: A = 12 % (w/v) clarified corn steep liquor (CCSL) + 0.6 % (w/v) soybean oil (SO) and B = 3.5 % (w/v) yeast hydrolysate (YH) + 0.7 % (w/v) SO. Lipases were partially purified from both media by hydrophobic interaction chromatography using 3.0 mol L?1 of NaCl as mobile phase, and they were characterized in the crude and partially purified forms. The recovery of lipase activity from CCSL and YH via HIC were 96 and 94.3 %, and the purification factors were 44.3 and 86.7‐fold, respectively. All evaluated lipases had similar optimum pH (7.0–7.7), but, for the CCSL crude lipase, optimum temperature (47 °C) was 10 °C higher than others lipases evaluated. CCSL crude lipase possessed a higher thermo stability than YH crude lipase, e.g., at 37 °C (pH 7.0) the half‐life of CCSL crude lipase was 19.25 h and at pH 8.0 (30 °C) the half‐life was 48 h, which are five and ten times higher than with YH crude lipase, respectively. On the other hand, the YH crude lipase possessed a higher catalytic constant (kcat = 2.3 min?1) but with almost the same catalytic efficiency (Km/kcat = 32.12 mg mL min?1) in relation to CCSL crude lipase. The lipases differ in biocatalytic properties between substrates, suggesting that the two lipases can be employed for different applications.  相似文献
