浅谈我国土建施工企业技术创新体制的建设

分析了我国土建施工企业的现状,研究了加入WTO后我国土建行业面临的形势,详细阐述了加强技术创新、主动应对竞争与挑战的措施,总结了土建施工企业技术创新的特点及发展方向。     

从含有机物的金废料中提取纯金的研究

物料的经蒸发、燃烧和焙烧除去有机物。焙渣用硝酸浸出可溶性杂质，金富集在渣中。用正水溶解金。金溶液用Ｈ２ＳＯ４和ＮａＯＨ进行纯化处理，用亚硫酸钠沉积金。金粉洗至无Ｃｌ＾－反应后，加稀硝酸煮沸３０￣６０ｍｉｎ，得到纯度９９．９５％以上的海锦金。

物流是物联网较早落地的行业之一,物联网的应用从根本上提高了对物品生产、配送、仓储、销售等环节的监控水平。文中通过对物联网体系构架的分析,研究了物联网在物流业中的主要应用领域及其在物流业中的推广障碍,探讨了物联网在物流业中的应用发展趋势。     

Film and television industry cloud exhibition design based on 3D imaging and virtual reality

The three-dimensional virtual scene can provide users with a visual three-dimensional virtual environment, with various multimedia channels such as sound, video, force feedback equipment, etc., to bring users a completely immersive interactive experience. This paper introduces 3D imaging and virtual reality technology in the film and television industry cloud exhibition, and develops a virtual display platform. First of all, this paper divides the registration into two processes: camera calibration and joint calibration of the camera and laser scanner based on the calibration results. Camera calibration can determine the plane model of the calibration board in the camera coordinate system, and the joint calibration uses the RANSAC algorithm to extract the point cloud of the plane model of the calibration board, and then optimizes the distance between the points in the plane model point cloud and the corresponding plane in the camera coordinate system Find the optimal transformation between the two sets of data, and then calculate the registration relationship between the point cloud and the image. Secondly, this article conducts a demand analysis of the film and television industry cloud exhibition platform based on virtual reality technology, including the business goals set by the platform, platform system analysis, overall design, and system operating environment and configuration requirements. This model provides a feasible solution for the visual interaction of the cloud exhibition design of the film and television industry.     

Scheduling Optimization Modelling: A Case Study of a Woven Label Manufacturing Company

Production scheduling involves all activities of building production schedules, including coordinating and assigning activities to each person, group of people, or machine and arranging work orders in each workplace. Production scheduling must solve all problems such as minimizing customer wait time, storage costs, and production time; and effectively using the enterprise’s human resources. This paper studies the application of flexible job shop modelling on scheduling a woven labelling process. The labelling process includes several steps which are handled in different work-stations. Each workstation is also comprised of several identical parallel machines. In this study, job splitting is allowed so that the power of work stations can be utilized better. The final objective is to minimize the total completion time of all jobs. The results show a significant improvement since the new planning may save more than 60% of lead time compared to the current schedule. The contribution of this research is to propose a flexible job shop model for scheduling a woven labelling process. The proposed approach can also be applied to support complex production scheduling processes under fuzzy environments in different industries. A practical case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.     

组合肋板式陶瓷换热器材质的研究

以耐火粘土、高矾土及滑石为原料研制了堇青石基陶瓷材料,并对其组织和性能尤其是抗热震性进行了研究。结果表明,堇青石基上分布着针状莫来石的材料具有更高的抗热震性。对评价换热器用陶瓷材料抗热震性参数进行了讨论,指出抗热震损伤参数R″″更适合于作为优选陶瓷换热器用材质的指标。     

战略性新兴产业创新空间格局及影响因素研究——以湖南省为例

应用ArcGIS软件,选取2010年、2016年两个时间节点,用空间核密度、空间自相关、地理探测器等方法,分析了湖南省战略性新兴产业技术创新的空间分布与集聚特征,结果表明:湖南省战略性新兴产业创新活动整体呈现"东北多,西南少"的分布态势,空间集聚分布特征明显,长株潭城市群为空间热点与核心区域;专利数量空间核密度分布存在明显的"区域差异",具体表现为大面积的块状分布和小面积的零星核分布并存;湖南省战略性新兴产业创新空间分布主要受科学研究和技术服务业单位数、人均GDP、固定资产投资、农业机械总动力、消费品零售总额、卫生技术人员数等因素的影响。

STEEL is the most widely used material in engineering,but unfortunately,steel exhibits poor wear resistanceand obvious contact corrosion.For decades,researchersprepared coatings on steel to improve its properties;ceramic is one of these coatings.To obtain ceramiccoatings on steel,many researchers use techniques suchas plasma spraying,laser cladding,etc.,but some ofthem are too expensive,some of them have a deep heataffected zone in the substrate,and some of them cannot bond well with the subs…
