通过对HRB335带肋钢筋样品的力学性能测定和化学成分分析，找出两者之间的回归函数，统计验证了相关产品的力学性能和化学成分的关系，在此基础上对产品的成分设计作出了更经济的调整。

汽车钢圈材料质量分析

在试制新车型钢圈中，所选用的三种双相钢对比材料的钢圈表现出不同的疲劳性能。采用金相、扫描电镜、化学分析等方法对钢圈进行了分析。得出，影响钢圈疲劳性能的主要因素及显微组织中的马氏体含量和分布形态。     

智能电视彩色分析仪的研制

我们研制出了一种智能电视彩色分析仪，它可用于彩色电视3项基本颜色参数的测量；白场色坐标误差、白平衡和白场不均匀性．包括JND（刚辨差）和MPCD（最小可知觉色差）在内的测量结果以4种方式显示或打印，可以将8个白色参考存入该彩色分析仪．用标准白光源技正后的x、y色坐标误差为±0．002。     

Strength and ductility of stiffened thin-walled hollow steel structural stub columns filled with concrete

It is generally expected that inner-welded longitudinal stiffeners can be used to improve the structural performance of thin-walled hollow steel structural stub columns filled with concrete. Thirty-six specimens, including 30 stiffened stub columns and six unstiffened ones, were tested to investigate the improvement of ductile behaviour of such stiffened composite stub columns with various methods. The involved methods include increasing stiffener height, increasing stiffener number on each tube face, using saw-shaped stiffeners, welding binding or anchor bars on stiffeners, and adding steel fibres to concrete. It has been found that adding steel fibres to concrete is the most effective method in enhancing the ductility capacity, while the construction cost and difficulty will not be increased significantly.     

螺旋焊缝钢管3PE防腐层厚度分析及控制

三层聚乙烯防腐层方法是目前广泛采用的钢质管道外防腐技术。但在螺旋焊缝钢管涂敷过程中，由于受到焊缝余高的影响，防腐层可能会出现厚薄不均的现象，这将影响防腐管道的寿命。为此，探讨了产生不合格三层聚乙烯防腐层的原因。通过改变胶粘剂、聚乙烯和加热温度等生产工艺参数，对钢管焊缝余高进行处理，可以提高钢管外防腐工艺的一次性合格率。实际生产证实，该技术能减少原材料浪费，降低防腐成本。     

恰希玛核电工程安全壳简体钢衬里的埋弧自动焊焊接质量控制

介绍了巴基斯坦恰希玛核电工程（C-2）安全壳钢衬里简体的基本状况，分析了埋弧自动焊产生终端裂纹的原因。防止埋弧自动焊产生终端裂纹，匹配主要工艺参数是消除焊缝宽度窄而余高大的基本控制方法，正确选择焊剂的颗粒度并合理回收使用焊剂是减小气孔及焊缝表面压气／凹坑缺陷的重要途径，通过二次切割可减小翘曲等波浪变形现象。     

钢管式空气预热器振动原因及对策

本文阐述了钢管式空气预热器卡门涡流作用力的交变频率、管子的固有频率和驻波声振频率,分析了卡门涡流引起的破坏形式，提出了相应的对策措施。     

Flexural Response of Steel Beams Strengthened with Partial-Length CFRP Plates

This paper presents the flexural behavior of rolled steel beams that were strengthened with partial-length, adhesive-bonded carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) plates. The hybrid beams had two types of failure mode, depending on the length of the plate: (1) plate debonding in beams with short plates;?and (2) plate rupture at midspan in beams with long plates. The flexural behavior that was investigated includes the development of tensile stresses in the plate, the moment-curvature of the strengthened section, and the load-deflection of the strengthened beam. The analytical methods used include shear lag analysis, section analysis, and application of the virtual work principle. Agreement between the experimental results and the analytical predictions is discussed.
