An Agent Interaction Based Method for Nonlinear Process Plan Scheduling

This article puts forward a scheduling method for nonlinear process plan shop floor.Task allocation and load bal- ance are realized by bidding mechanism.Though the agent interaction process,the execution of tasks is determined and the coherence of manufacturing decision is verified.The employment of heuristic index can help to optimize the system performance.     

When danger lurks in the background: Attentional capture by animal fear-relevant distractors is specific and selectively enhanced by animal fear.

Across 2 experiments, a new experimental procedure was used to investigate attentional capture by animal fear-relevant stimuli. In Experiment 1 (N = 34), unselected participants were slower to detect a neutral target animal in the presence of a spider than a cockroach distractor and in the presence of a snake than a large lizard distractor. This result confirms that phylogenetically fear-relevant animals capture attention specifically and to a larger extent than do non-fear-relevant animals. In Experiment 2 (N = 86), detection of a neutral target animal was slowed more in the presence of a feared fear-relevant distractor (e.g., a snake for snake-fearful participants) than in presence of a not-feared fear-relevant distractor (e.g., a spider for snake-fearful participants). These results indicate preferential attentional capture that is specific to phylogenetically fear-relevant stimuli and is selectively enhanced in individuals who fear these animals. 回顾了体制、制度的改革和科学技术的发展给十局带来的巨大变化，就十局当前改革任务从理顺产权关系、进一步完善内部治理结构、继续深化三项制度改革、实施科教兴局战略等四个方面提出了看法和意见。     

珠江三角洲土坝和堤围震害初步预测

本项预测采用概率方法,即首先根据广东省水利部门提出的55座土坝和59个重点的座标(见附图),进行概率地震危险性分析,给出它们在一定预测年限T(取50年和100年)的地震烈度Ⅰ的超越概率;其次根据近年我国发生的几次强震时处于不同烈度区内的土坝和堤防的震害资料,形成表示土坝和土堤地震易损性的震害概率矩阵;然后,根据上述两方面结果用概率公式评价各土坝和堤围点在预测年限内各震害等级的超越概率,并取10％超越概率为标准,估计震害等级。结果表明,珠江三角洲土工构筑物的地震危害性南部高于北部。     

基于STEP的零件加工工艺计划模型

为了满足ＣＩＭＳ环境下工艺系统与其它系统集成的需要，建立了标准工艺计划模型具十分重要的意义。本文描述了一个基于ＳＴＥＰ的零件加工工艺计划模型，介绍了建立这一模型的关键技术，给出了参照ＳＴＥＰ建立工艺计划模型的方法。     

三江平原水利综合规划的重新编制问题

三江平原是我国重要的商品粮基地和粮食战略后备基地。原有规划距今已过30年，远不能适应现代发展要求。结合新的形势，提出了重新编制三江平原综合规划的现实意义、目标设想及主要修编内容。     

映秀湾水力发电总厂计算机监控系统改造设想

映秀湾水力发电总厂计算机监控系统建设较早，因受当时计算机应用技术限制，使得目前运行的计算机监控系统存在很多不足之处，为此，提出对该系统进行改造的设想，旨在能进一步满足映电总厂“无人值班”（少人值守）和安全经济运行的需要。     

输气干线单个分输站站址最优化研究

输气干线分输站站址规划设计合理与否，直接影响到分输站至各城市门站之间输气管线总投资和未来管网系统的发展。为此,着重讨论并建立了以分输站站址、各城市门站与分输站之间管道直径、壁厚、分输站压力为设计变量，以各城市门站与分输站之间管道投资最小为目标函数的分输站站址优化数学模型。根据模型特点，采用混合离散变量复合形法与数据库技术相结合来求解分输站站址。以此站址为参考点，结合现场勘察，在参考点附近沿输气干线预选多个分输站站址，并对影响分输站建设和管理的环境因素用多目标模糊评价方法进行综合评价，以评价效果好的站址为最优分输站站址。用算例说明了分输站站址优化结果不仅与工艺参数变化有关，且与分输站所处环境因素有关。提出还应深入研究输气干线中具有多个分输站的站址优化问题。

讨论了两流薄板坯连铸连轧作业时铸坯在加热炉内的运动情况。分析了进入出坯段的铸坯的模式选择，进而确定铸坯进入平移段的时机。定义了加热炉综合进坯速度和加热炉平均出坯速度两个概念来讨论铸坯出坯的两种方案，并提出最小铸坯长度和最大加热炉综合进坯速度的计算公式。     

Managing information technology in the nineties

Business, not technology leaders should manage the change of Information Technology (IT) from a self-contained business support unit of the sixties to a distributed strategic business function of the nineties. Top management should recognize that a good business plan can only be developed and executed through the partnership between the business unit managers and the managers of the financial, the personnel, and the IT resource units. The technical problems associated with the management of IT may again be the easier part of the total management challenge.
