Image preview is a convenient way to browse large or multiple images on small displays. However, current signal-level image
resampling algorithms may remove many features of interest in the preview image. In this paper, we propose perceptual image
preview which retains more perceptual features such that users can inspect features of interest by viewing the preview image
only and without zooming in. This technology has two components, structure enhancement and perceptual feature visualization.
Structure enhancement enhances the image structure while suppressing subtle details using a gradient modulation method, thus
making the succedent perceptual features more apparent. For perceptual feature visualization, features of interest detected
in the picture is visualized on the structure enhanced preview image. We demonstrate with two examples of most commonly used image quality features, image blur and noise. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated

针对自主设计研发的总功率为9600kW的6轴新型重载电力机车的突出问题,要解决在纵向牵引制动载荷增加的条件下,车体挠度明显增大、工作应力大大增加,同时又要合理减重.为此,利用ANSY有限元软件,针对新型重载电力机车的特点,首先借鉴国内外车体结构技术标准和重载机车的实际运行状态研究确定了机车的载荷工况,并对车体结构的强度和剐度进行了有限元分析;根据各种工况下应力的分布特点,并基于抗疲劳破坏的观点,分析了车体结构所存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进方案.比较分析的结果表明,改进方案既保证了车体的刚度与强度,又收到了比较明显的减重效果,是一种比较合理的改进结构. 相似文献

The Journal of Strategic Information Systems (JSIS) was first published December 1991 by Robert (Bob) D. Galliers, its Founding Editor-in-Chief (EiC). Early on Bob invited me to join the JSIS International Editorial Board1 (the Board then being more operational, with members serving as quasi-AEs, an arrangement we’ve reinstituted more recently). I became Pacific Asia Region Editor in 2003, with JSIS shifting from region editors to Senior Editors in 2007, in which role I served the journal through the end of 2018. Mid-2018 Bob and Sirkka (Sirkka Jarvenpaa joined as co-EiC in 2000) jointly decided it was time; and announced they would both step down from their co-EiC roles at the end of that year. In September 2018, I was endorsed by Bob and Sirkka, the Senior Editors and Elsevier, to succeed Bob and Sirkka and assume the role of Editor-in-Chief of JSIS commencing 1 January 2019. I served as Editor-in-Chief through 1 July 2021 after which Yolande Chan and I served as co-Editors-in-Chief. Now the end of 2022, I am stepping down from operational involvement with the journal. In this my final editorial I focus on my time as EiC, also reflecting on my almost 3 decades with the journal. I much appreciate being invited to write these brief ruminations and am honoured to be included amongst the journal’s Emeritus, along with the esteemed Robert Galliers and Sirkka Jarvenpaa. 相似文献

Under water-rich conditions, small amphiphilic and hydrophobic drug molecules self-assemble into supramolecular nanostructures. Thus, substantial modifications in their interaction with cellular structures and the ability to reach intracellular targets could happen. Additionally, drug aggregates could be more toxic than the non-aggregated counterparts, or vice versa. Moreover, since self-aggregation reduces the number of effective “monomeric” molecules that interact with the target, the drug potency could be underestimated. In other cases, the activity could be ascribed to the non-aggregated molecule while it stems from its aggregates. Thus, drug self-assembly could mislead from drug throughput screening assays to advanced preclinical and clinical trials. Finally, aggregates could serve as crystallization nuclei. The impact that this phenomenon has on the biological performance of active compounds, the inconsistent and often controversial nature of the published data and the need for recommendations/guidelines as preamble of more harmonized research protocols to characterize drug self-aggregation were main motivations for this review. First, the key molecular and environmental parameters governing drug self-aggregation, the main drug families for which this phenomenon and the methods used for its characterization are described. For the C/SiC T-section structures, fabrication defects such as pores and local delaminations can be easily formed in the intersection zone which significantly affect the load bearing capacity. In this work, the mechanical behavior of C/SiC T-section under pulling load was investigated, and especially the delamination behavior was studied by introducing the cohesive zone model into the finite element modeling. It was found that for C/SiC T-section under pulling load, the maximum critical delamination load was about 1075 N in the present work, and the interface delamination was the main failure mode. It was verified that the effective interfacial strength influenced the critical delamination load, and the strain energy release affected the delamination behavior of the T-section specimen. The failure mechanisms of C/SiC T-section under pulling load depend on the interface bonding states. When the interface is well bonded, the failure mechanisms mainly include matrix stripping, matrix fracture and fiber breakage. Otherwise, only the matrix stripping can be found at the interface of the C/SiC T-section specimen. 相似文献

The particle classifiers with three rotary cages have significant advantage in powder handling capacity. The flow field inside the classifiers were investigated from the perspective of vortex using Q criterion. Formation process and distribution of the vortices were intuitively exhibited. Structure of the guide cone was further optimized, and the classifying performance of the classifiers was evaluated. The results show that complex vortex structures were formed inside the classifier. The large-scale columnar vortex under the guide cone oscillates irregularly. This unwanted vortex is eliminated by extending the guide cone. The structure of the guide cone has little effect on the cut size, but the optimized guide cone with the long cylinder and cone significantly enhances the separation degree of the fine and coarse particles. The classifier obtains finer silica powder with a median size of 2.5 μm and higher Newton efficiency about 71.5%. 相似文献
