德国柏林工业保护建筑的低能耗改造

德国建筑的生态节能技术位于世界前列, 大量旧建筑通过节能改造达到甚至超越了现行的能耗标准。文章通过对柏林上牧场旧工业改造区一处工业保护建筑低能耗改造的实证分析,梳理了历史建筑在保护和低能耗改造之间的矛盾和对策,探索一种在满足现行规范下将保护和改造创意结合的可行性,为我国的同类项目实践提供借鉴和参考。

Evolving Patterns: Correlated Systems of Interaction

Over the last four decades, the onset of computation has enabled architects and designers to employ generative patterns in their exploration of emergent social, material and spatial systems. 浅埋厚大囊状残留矿体安全回采方案研究

为了安全高效的对浅埋厚大囊状残留矿体进行安全回采,通过对矿体区域内的岩体进行调查和质量评价,的到了矿岩和围岩的RMR评分值,对矿岩和围岩进行了岩石力学试验测的了主要的力学参数。根据残留矿体的空间赋存特征,通过方案技术、经济对比,确定采用垂向矿柱空场法为开采方案。对回采方案进行数值模拟分析,模拟结果显示,矿房回采结束后,矿房顶部最大位移为2.36cm,对两种矿柱的回采顺序进行了模拟,并根据模拟结果进行了对比分析,最终确定了矿柱的回采顺序,矿柱回采后,空区顶板Z方向的最大位移达3.9cm。
