浅析硫磺回收装置中的自动控制设计

大规模高含硫原油的炼制工艺必须配套设置脱硫和硫磺回收装置。笔者针对硫磺回收装置的特点,为确保装置的安全平稳运行,提出了该装置自动控制设计中需要严格监控的工艺参数及重点部位,叙述了仪表选型原则和精确测量与控制的原理和方法。     

Near‐Infrared Light‐Emitting Diodes (LEDs) Based on Poly(phenylene)/Yb‐tris(β‐Diketonate) Complexes

Near‐infrared‐emitting electroluminescent (EL) devices using blue‐light‐emitting polymers blended with the Yb complexes Yb(DBM)₃phen (DBM = dibenzoylmethane), Yb(DNM)₃phen (DNM = dinaphthoylmethane), and Yb(TPP)L(OEt) (L(OEt) = [(C₅H₅)Co{P(O)Et₂}₃]^–) have been studied. EL devices composed of Yb(DNM)₃phen blended with PPP‐OR11 showed enhanced near‐IR output at 977 nm when compared to those fabricated with Yb(DBM)₃phen/PPP‐OR11 blends. The maximum near‐IR external efficiencies of the devices with Yb(DBM)₃phen and Yb(DNM)₃phen are, respectively, 7 × 10^–5 (at 6 V and at 0.81 mA mm^–2) and 4 × 10^–4 (at 7 V, and 0.74 mA mm^–2). The optimal blend composition for EL device performance consisted of PPP‐OR11 blended with 10–20 mol‐% Yb(DNM)₃phen. A device fabricated using Yb‐(TPP)L(OEt)/PPP‐OR11 showed significantly enhanced near‐IR output efficiency, and future efforts will focus on devices fabricated using porphyrin‐based materials.     

Renewable energies and the poor: niche or nexus?

Renewable energies are considered as an essential element of any strategy for sustainable energy development. The poor in the developing world without access to modern energies are regarded as a major market for renewable energies. This short paper attempts to analyse whether such a niche is backed by any economic logic and whether renewable energy and the poor nexus could be a strategy for success. The paper suggests that contrary to the common belief, the economic logic behind the niche is unsound and that the nexus is not a recipe for success.

通过规范冶炼的操作，加强冶炼过程控制，细化分解技术指标，制定奖励方案，提高了钢水质量，解决了铰链梁铸件的气孔问题。     

机械锁定式地层测试技术研究与应用

机械锁定式测试技术操作简单，测试一次成功率高，资料录取准确全面，且测试结束后可直接进行封堵作业；解封时，机械锁紧产生一个向上的震击力，有利于解封，没有换位机构的测试阀在关井期间使管柱处于自由拉伸状态，有利于保护油管。在N阀上部管柱中加1-2根伸缩接头，便可用于海洋井测试。     

转炉负能炼钢攻关对策

通过介绍转炉炼钢工艺流程及工序能耗分析，为提高转炉煤气回收量及降低电耗采取了一系列攻关措施，实现了转炉负能炼钢，取得了一定经济效益。     

加氢裂化工艺辅助操作与管理专家系统的开发与应用

近来，专家系统技术的利用已成火炼油与石油化工专家们感兴趣的问题。本文评述了国外这些领域中专家系统应用的进展概况。同时，对我们开发的专家系统工具ＦＥＸＳ的性能作了简介。详述了工业加氢裂化装置辅助操作与管理专家系统的研制过程和系统配置，讨论了系统开发的经验。最后，评价了该技术在炼油与石油化工业中的应用前景。

Nonlinear Stress-Strain Relationship of Soil Reinforced with Flexible Geofibers

A nonlinear stress-strain relationship of soil reinforced with flexible geofibers under static loading is derived based on a nonlinear elastic stress-strain relationship of soil and a linear elastic stress-strain relationship of geofibers in the paper. This investigation includes the following aspects: First, the homogenization technique is introduced to find the volume average stress tensor and volume average strain tensor and further an elastic incremental stress-strain relation is introduced to describe deviatoric shear stress-axial strain relationship of equivalent homogeneous geofiber-reinforced soil. Second, the relation of geofiber numbers, content, mechanical behavior, distribution, and geometrical features to shear modulus of geofiber-reinforced soil is expressed and assessed by employing an elastic energy method. Third, the deviatoric shear stress and axial strain curves of geofiber-reinforced soil are calibrated by laboratory testing data of geofiber reinforced soil samples. Finally, the theoretical computational curves of geofiber reinforced soil are compared with the curves calibrated by testing data of geofiber reinforced soil. The model prediction has a good agreement with experimental results.
