两种环签名方案的安全性分析及其改进

通过对Xu(2004)和Zhang(2004)提出的两种环签名方案进行分析,指出了这两种环签名方案都容易受到群成员改变攻击(group-changing attack),并给出了攻击方法;另外,Zhang的方案还容易受到多已知签名存在伪造(multiple-known-signature existential forgery)攻击。为防范这两种攻击,对这两种环签名方案进行了改进,改进后的方案在最强的安全模型(Joseph, 2004提出)中仍是安全的。

我国财政收入占GDP比重的修正与定位

从表面上看，目前我国财政收入占GDP的比重不仅低于经济发达国家，而且与发展中国家经也存在着较大的差距，由于统计口径不同，预算外，制度外收入未纳入政府预算收入以及征管效不高等诸多因素，客观上影响了我国财政收入占GDP的真实性。经过修正我国财政收入占GDP的比重与发展中国家的水平大体相当。我国财政收入的增长仍有增量和存量空间，为保持我国经济和财政收入的稳步增长，应合理定位我国的财政宏观负担水平。     

乌鲁木齐市天山区生态区建设发展潜力分析

采用人口承载力、水资源承载力、经济承载力3项指标,对天山区人口承载潜力、水资源承载潜力、经济承载潜力进行分析,得出:天山区未来人口变化幅度为61.36～68.97万人,水资源人口承载力及水资源GDP承载力分析结果均说明天山区有较大的发展空间;经济承载力结果表明,天山区建成区的土地承载的GDP为5亿元/km2,发展前景较好.     

Energy management in metro-transit systems: An innovative proposal toward an integrated and sustainable urban mobility system including plug-in electric vehicles

The energy consumptions growth, the upward interest for environmental sustainability and the technological evolution carry to the necessity to review the planning criteria of urban mobility systems in large cities and metropolitan areas. With this aim, new studies and projects are in progress, especially dealing with the power systems for metro-transit lines and surface electric vehicles. In this framework, the authors perform a study that, from an overview about the main energy management issues connected to the city transport, provides an innovative proposal for the design of sustainable urban mobility system: the integration of the metro-lines with surface plug-in electric vehicles. The present paper includes the energy analysis results, obtained by an application on a real case study of an home-made simulation software, describes the proposal in terms of power systems architecture and business models, pointing out the potential advantages that its implementation could give in terms of energy saving, environmental sustainability and reduced economic impact, as a result of the maximum exploitation of existing electric power plant.     

Demonstration Analysis of Relationship Between R&D Investment and GDP

To reveal the quantitative relationship between research and development (R&D) investment and gross domestic product (GDP) in China, we have demonstrated and analyzed the relationship between R&D investment and science and technology (S&T) progress, and based on a mount of S&T statistical data, have proceeded demonstration research of the relationship between R&D investment and GDP in China with Solow and vector auto regression (VAR) models. Cubic curve fitting and cross-correlation analysis of them with SPSS have shown that there is a strong synchronic relationship between R&D investment and GDP.     

昆明市“十四五”时期国土空间规划GDP发展指标预测与分析

作为国土空间规划中的核心指标,地区生产总值(GDP)的预测与分析结果直接影响着地区各项专项规划和未来经济社会的发展,本文依据云南省昆明市历年GDP发展水平、社会状况及昆明市“十四五”时期经济社会发展纲要指标要求,采用非线性预测中的多项式预测与指数函数预测,对昆明市“十四五”时期经济社会发展主要指标中的GDP指标进行预测与分析,在对GDP指标预测的基础上,对预测结果进行修正,实现对昆明市“十四五”时期经济社会发展GDP指标的准确控制及优化,并将最终分析结果和市政府下达的指标进行验证,契合度较高,可见本文采取的方法有较高的可执行性,对正在开展的昆明市“十四五”时期经济社会发展各项主要指标预测与分析有较强的指导和借鉴作用。     

Effect of gamma-irradiation on flavour 5′-nucleotides,tyrosine, and phenylalanine in mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus)

The impact of gamma-irradiation on 5′-nucleotides and on the free amino acids tyrosine and phenylalanine in fresh mushrooms was studied. After irradiation the samples were freeze-dried to avoid enzyme induced chemical changes. Three 5′-nucleotides could be detected using HPLC–UV and LC–ESI-MS: adenosine 5′-monophosphate (AMP), guanosine 5′-monophosphate (GMP) and guanosine 5′-diphosphate (GDP). Irradiation significantly reduced (p = 0.05) the GDP concentration (22%). AMP showed a marked reduction (46%) only at 5 kGy. GMP, tyrosine, and phenylalanine were not affected by gamma-irradiation.     

建立水资源核算体系适应绿色GDP统计需求

从绿色GDP与水资源核算体系的关系背景出发,分析了水资源核算的指标体系,并在此基础上探讨了目前水利统计指标体系存在的问题。以水资源核算体系的建立为契机,提出水利统计指标体系改革的方向。     

基于产业结构演进的云南省节能潜力分析

改革开放以来,云南省国民经济和各项社会事业进入快速发展时期,然而也面临着严峻的能源问题。在工业化快速推进的同时,一次能源的消费总量也快速增长。本文通过产业结构演进-能源消费关联模型和产业结构演进-单位GDP能耗模型的构建,分析建国以来云南省一次能源消费总量与产业结构演进之间的关系,并通过对以上模型的具体分析,判断今后云南省能源消费的趋势及节能潜力。
