Using integrated quality function deployment and theory of innovation problem solving approach for ergonomic product design

A multidisciplinary approach integrating method of identification of customer satisfaction needs (CSNs), the House of Quality (HoQ) chart of quality function deployment (QFD), theory of innovation problem solving (TRIZ) and fuzzy group decision-making theory for ergonomic product innovative design and evaluation in the early design stages was proposed. An integrated model and the approach procedures consists of four steps. In step 1, identification of CSNs is based on a data source triangulation approach, questionnaire survey, 5-point liner numeric rating scale, factor analysis, and Cronbach’s coefficient alpha statistic are utilized to guarantee that the CSNs are complete and reliable. In step 2, a correlation matrix is built to identify the critical ergonomic design areas and the key problems are established by analysis of the negative relationships obtained from interrelationship half-matrix at the roof of the HoQ. In step 3, to solve the problems, TRIZ main tools and contradiction analysis are utilized. Several innovative alternatives are generated by combining appropriate Inventive Principles of TRIZ, the critical ergonomic design areas and the ergonomic design principles. In step 4, a general and easy fuzzy group decision-making method for evaluating of the best design alternatives is presented. A case study of the integrated kitchen stove innovative design and evaluation is conducted to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach.

采用B/S模式开发Web应用程序,基于ASP.NET技术,实现了房屋中介信息管理系统的房源信息管理、客户管理、中介信息管理、管理员管理、基础数据维护、公告管理和新闻管理的功能,其中最主要的功能模块是中介信息管理,包括添加中介、删除中介、查找中介、浏览中介信息、修改中介信息、中介身份认证、发布出售出租房源信息的功能。其他功能模块与其类似。     

Why cognitive science is not formalized folk psychology

It is often assumed that cognitive science is built upon folk psychology, and that challenges to folk psychology are therefore challenges to cognitive science itself. We argue that, in practice, cognitive science and folk psychology treat entirely non-overlapping domains: cognitive science considers aspects of mental life which do not depend on general knowledge, whereas folk psychology considers aspects of mental life which do depend on general knowledge. We back up our argument on theoretical grounds, and also illustrate the separation between cognitive scientific and folk psychological phenomena in a number of cognitive domains. We consider the methodological and theoretical significance of our arguments for cognitive science research.     

Improving the Rationale Capture Capability of QFD

The goals of Design Rationale Capture (DRC) are improving design quality and reducing design time. These general goals have led to the design of many DRC techniques originating from research in various design and other related disciplines. However, little evidence about attaining these goals or about their usability or utility in practice has been demonstrated. To improve this situation, we use QFD tools to design a new DRC technique. QFD can be used to transform general needs into working products; its practical utility in improving design quality and reducing overall design time are widely recognised. In the course of using QFD, significant design knowledge is generated and recorded. Consequently, we picked QFD as a candidate DRC technique, and used QFD itself to improve its DRC proper-ties. The utility of QFD as a DRC tool is illustrated by using it to capture the rationale underlying its own design.

干阑作为传统民居从古至今已生存了几千年,它对湿热气候和多种地形的适应性充分体出原生生态建筑的特征。文章通过概述生态建筑的原则,探讨干阑的特征不仅符合生态,而且对建筑城市到单体各层次中均可发挥作用,由此既扩充生态匠研究的内容,又在时代脉络开发传统的民居形式。     

The Deep Structure of the Picturesque

The late Paul Coates was one of the first students at the Architectural Association (AA) in London to submit an international computation-based diploma, in 1969. Responsible for introducing a series of computational techniques, Coates was also the founder of the MSc in Computing and Design at the University of East London, and in 2002 the Centre for Evolutionary Computing in Architecture (CECA). In this unpublished article from 2008, which has been prepared and rewritten for publication by Christian Derix , Coates recounts his pursuit of ‘the particle physics of architecture’ - geometric rules that inform both unplanned and planned human occupation of space.     

海南自贸港应急救援体系创新发展探讨

摘 要：海南自贸港面临自然灾害、城市化发展、产业升级带来的多重灾害事故风险挑战,因而始终把风险防范作为底线工程。为了更好地统筹发展与安全,海南十分注重应急救援能力建设。本文立足海南自贸港面临的灾害事故新风险和应急救援工作新挑战,借鉴国内外应急救援体系创新做法,提出了海南自贸港的应急救援体系新格局,为中国特色综合应急救援体系建设提供思路和借鉴。
