福建电力“SG186”工程一体化平台的设计与开发

本文在简述福建电力现状的基础上,根据国家电网“SG186”工程的部署,首先分析了福建电力一体化平台的建设需求,并对平台的技术方案和应用技术进行了探讨,最后对系统集成、功能实现及安全性访问作了进一步的研究。一体化平台的构建有效提高了企业的工作效率和整体素质,实现了管理的现代化。     

面向弹道规划的网络化反导空间威胁建模研究

针对现有弹道规划中的威胁源建模方法不能有效地体现网络化反导体系的作战特点问题,采用网络化反导体系的效能指数来衡量某型超音速战术导弹在突防过程中面临的空间威胁程度.给出了网络化反导防御体系条件下,导弹的威胁指标体系,建立了基于综合指数法的威胁度计算模型.最后,对威胁度模型进行了实例计算,并根据计算结果生成了威胁态势图,从而验证了模型的有效性.     

多视点需求工程中视点集成过程的研究

多视点需求工程方法以视点的形式,分散、独立地获取和表示不同项目相关人员的需求信息.为生成一份统一的规格说明,必须对所有相关的视点进行集成.讨论了以公共开发方式作为视点的集成方式,并基于范畴理论对集成过程进行建模.同时,以公共开发的选取为导向,提出了视点集成的两种优化策略,并证明了它们的有效性.此外,讨论了视点集成的结果与集成的顺序之间的关系.     

Ontological approach for products-centric information system interoperability in networked manufacturing enterprises

Standardisation initiatives (ISO and IEC) try to answer the problem of managing heterogeneous information, scattered within organizations, by formalising the knowledge related to products technical data. While the product is the centred object from which, along its lifecycle, all enterprise systems, either inside a single enterprise or between cooperating networked enterprises, have a specific view, we may consider it as active as far as it participates to the decisions making by providing knowledge about itself. This paper proposes a novel approach, postulating that the product, represented by its technical data, may be considered as interoperable per se with the many applications involved in manufacturing enterprises as far as it embeds knowledge about itself, as it stores all its technical data, provided that these are embedded on a common model. The matter of this approach is to formalise of all technical data and concepts contributing to the definition of a Product Ontology, embedded into the product itself and making it interoperable with applications, minimising loss of semantics.     

Integration control for traffic corridors considering guidance information

The problem of designing integration traffic strategies for traffic corridors with the use of ramp metering, speed limit, and route guidance is considered in this paper. As an improvement to the previous work, the presented approach has the following five features： 1） modeling traffic flow to analyze traffic characteristics under the influence of variable speed limit, on-ramp metering and guidance information; 2） building a hierarchy model to realize the integration design of traffic control and route guidance in traffic corridors; 3） devising a multi-class analytical dynamic traffic assignment （DTA） model for traffic corridors, where not only the route choice process will be different for each user-class, but also the traffic flow operations are user-class specific because the travel time characteristic for each user-class is considered; 4） predicting route choice probabilities adaptively with real-time traffic conditions and route choice behaviors corresponding to variant users, rather than assuming as pre-determined; and 5） suggesting a numerical solution algorithm of the hierarchy model presented in this paper based on the modified algorithm of iterative optimization assignment （IOA）. Preliminary numerical test demonstrates the potential of the developed model and algorithm for integration corridor control.     

基于共享基础数据的信息系统集成方案

为解决企业信息系统集成中跨系统数据访问难的问题,提出基于共享基础数据资源的企业信息基础设施建设的理论基础、整体框架和实施方案.通过分析企业各种应用系统中所涉及的共享基础数据,构建基于共享基础数据资源平台的企业信息系统整体框架,并简单介绍按此方法实施的一个企业信息化基础设施建设的实际例子.     

基于集成神经网络的离线手写签名鉴别方法

离线手写签名鉴别是一种基于生物特征的身份识别技术,利用集成神经网络对手写签名进行自动鉴别。该集成神经网络由特征分配网络、神经网络认证主体和决策融合识别网络三部分构成。通过为每个签名者构造独立的分类器,并分别为每个分类器构造认证、识别训练集,解决了离线签名的认证和识别问题。基于此方法的签名鉴别实验获得了比较满意的结果,可以用来辅助人类专家进行签名鉴别。     

基于面向服务体系结构的遗留系统集成方法研究

面向服务的体系结构是为解决开放环境下业务集成的需要、通过连接完成特定任务的功能实体加以实现的一种软件系统架构.本文针对组织内现存的各种遗留系统,通过将其包装成"服务"的思想,提出了一种遗留系统集成方法,并结合实例给出了它的体系结构和实现框架,能够较好地解决遗留系统互操作及重用问题.     

过程质量管理实践的组合应用
