Effects of gold plating on the resistance to high temperature discoloration of the cavity for ceramic packages

The effects of thickness and types of gold plating on the resistance to high temperature discoloration of gold plating on cavity surface of ceramic package were investigated. It was found that the thicker gold plating, the less discoloration degree for ceramic packages. Non-cyanide gold plating performed better resistance to high-temperature aging than cyanide gold plating. The relationship between the gold plating thickness and the amount of diffused Ni to the gold plating of ceramic packages with Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co platings after heating at 420℃for 15 min was also studied. When the gold plating thickness reach 2.0 μm and 1.6 μm for Au/Ni and Au/Ni-Co plating systems, respectively, no discoloration was observed on the gold plating surface of cavity, and the corresponding diffused Ni amounts (mass fraction) are 1.0% and 0.4%, while the diffused Co to the gold plating is 0.04%.     

STUDY OF ELECTROMAGNETIC STIRRING REFINING MICRO-STRUCTURES OF PIPE-LINE STEEL SAW DEPOSITS

The effects of electromagnetic stirring on the microstructures of pipe-line steel SAW deposited metal were investigated. The results shouted that electromagnetic stirring increased the number density of inclusions with 0.2-0.6μm in diameter and promoted the formation and refining of acicular ferrite within austenite grains. The low tem-perature toughness of deposited metal was improved.

乐红铅锌矿床综合找矿模型的建立及重要性

通过对云南乐红铅锌矿已知矿床的地质、地球物理、地球化学特征的研究,构建了地质—地球物理—地球化学的综合找矿模型。该模型的建立,对Pb、Zn金属成矿带预测、地球物理、地球化学异常评价及解释具有重要的意义,并能较好地指导区域找矿及勘查工作。     

Bioleaching of refractory gold ore （ Ⅲ ）——Fluid leaching Jinya refractory gold concentrate by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans

A novel fluidized-bed reactor was designed and installed for bloleaching in a semi-continuous way, by which a process for biuleaching-cyanidation of Jinya refractory gold arsenical concentrate was studied. The arsenic extraction rate reaches 82.5 % after 4-day batch biooxidation of the concentrate under the optimized condition of pH 2.0, ferric ion concentration 6.Sg/L and pulp concentration 10%. And leached rate of gold in the following cyanida.tion is over 90%. The parameters of three series fluidized-bed reactors exhibit stability during the semi-continuous bioleaching of the concentrate.Armmic in the concentrate can be got rid of 91% after 6-day leaching. Even after 4 days, 82% of arsenic extraction rate was still obtained. The recovery rates of gold are 92 % and 87.5 % respectively in cyaniding the above bioleached residues.The results will provide a base for further commercial production of gold development.
