聚乙烯醇/蒙脱石支架用作生物催化剂的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
PVA/MMT复合材料制备组织工程支架包衣片,用作新型的生物催化剂,同时以面包酵母作为模型细胞,对新型催化剂的各种性能进行了考察研究。结果表明,碟状三维多孔支架孔隙率达90%以上,细胞载量可达45 mg/cm3gel,具有很好的连通性。采用PVA/OMMT纳米复合材料作为包衣材料,多次使用后无细胞泄露现象。亲水与疏水分子在新型生物催化剂中都表现出很好的扩散性,同时包衣还可以降低底物和产物对细胞毒害作用。新型的生物催化剂具有很好的储存稳定性,储存30 d后残余活力为75.4%。 相似文献

This paper investigates empowerment within manufacturing production. Empowerment is multidimensional. Understanding the implications of operationalising empowerment requires an appreciation of all its dimensions. These dimensions are captured in Empowerment Profiles, which are incorporated within a conceptual framework. A sample of the Empowerment Profiles is validated using case studies. The Empowerment Profiles appear to have potential as a tool to assist in preparing to implement empowered work strategies, focusing attention on issues to be considered. 相似文献

This study examines critical organisational factors and work scheduling in railway freight operators to understand how job-related factors are related to fatigue, health and social well-being. A 148-item questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of 276 locomotive engineers and conductors working for the U.S. Operations of a North American Railway. One hundred and twenty-five questionnaires were returned, which was a response rate of 45.3%. Structural equation modeling was performed to identify the relationships between the examined factors. The analytical results of this study indicate that organisational factors and the scheduling system could not be distinguished as two separate factors. The scheduling system is not just the practice of assigning locomotive crewmen to trains, but it is a function tightly connected with other organisational factors. Social Well-Being is an important mediator between Scheduling and Fatigue. Finally, the study revealed a strong relationship between fatigue and health complaints. 相似文献

Dark‐colored rutile TiO2 nanorods doped by electroconducting Ti3+ have been obtained uniformly with an average diameter of ≈7 nm, and have been first utilized as anodes in lithium‐ion batteries. They deliver a high reversible specific capacity of 185.7 mAh g?1 at 0.2 C (33.6 mA g?1) and maintain 92.1 mAh g?1 after 1000 cycles at an extremely high rate 50 C with an outstanding retention of 98.4%. Notably, the coulombic efficiency of Ti3+–TiO2 has been improved by approximately 10% compared with that of pristine rutile TiO2, which can be mainly attributed to its prompt electron transfer because of the introduction of Ti3+. Again the synergetic merits are noticed when the promoted electronic conductivity is combined with a shortened Li+ diffusion length resulting from the ultrafine nanorod structure, giving rise to the remarkable rate capabilities and extraordinary cycling stabilities for applications in fast and durable charge/discharge batteries. It is of great significance to incorporate Ti3+ into rutile TiO2 to exhibit particular electrochemical characteristics triggering an effective way to improve the energy storage properties. 相似文献

The healing of cracks in protective oxide scales on four heat-resistant steels has been investigated at 800°C in constant-extension-rate tests, in metallographie and in SEM-examinations. The experimental results suggest the existence of a critical strain rate below which crack healing leads to an instant repair of the cracked scale thuspreventing increased internal corrosion. The existence of this critical strain rate can be explained by model considerations, the results of which are in agreement with the results from the experiments. On the basis of scale cracking data from a previous paper and healing data in the present paper scale cracking/healing maps have been developed characterizing the protective capabilities of the oxide scales under tensile strain. 相似文献

Many message passing languages and packages include some form of synchronous invocation. In a synchronous invocation, the invoker waits for the invocation's servicer to pass back results. A synchronous invocation can be viewed as a pair of asynchronous invocations: one—initiating the computation—with parameter values from the invoker to the servicer and the other—once the requested computation has completed—with the ‘go‐ahead’ and return value from the servicer to the invoker. The target of the latter invocation is known as the reply operation, and a reference to it is known as a reply capability. This paper addresses the issues of making such reply capabilities directly accessible to user code. It presents the design and prototype implementation of a new version of the JR concurrent programming language, called xJR, in which the reply capability can be explicit. This paper gives xJR examples, including realistic ones, to highlight the additional flexibility the new features offer (such as a non‐lexical reply). These additional features do not impact the run‐time performance of existing JR features and can even lead to more efficient code in some programming scenarios. Our experience with the prototype implementation indicates that an actual implementation would be fruitful and would preserve the prototype's performance advantages. The paper analyzes the effect of the use of business analytics on supply chain performance. It investigates the changing information processing needs at different supply chain process maturity levels. The effects of analytics in each Supply Chain Operations Reference areas (Plan, Source, Make and Deliver) are analyzed with various statistical techniques. A worldwide sample of 788 companies from different industries is used. The results indicate the changing impact of business analytics use on performance, meaning that companies on different maturity levels should focus on different areas. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are thoroughly discussed. 相似文献
