计算机科学与技术专业教学内容和课程体系改革

通过分析高校计算机科学与技术专业的人才培养和教学中存在的问题,探索社会需要、适应学科发展的创新型人才培养模式,对目前该学科中课程体系和教学内容改革进行了研究,提出了相应的改革策略。     

计算机专业案例教学法初探

“案例”教学法是一种运用案例进行教学的方法,普遍被应用于医学、法学、管理学等学科教学中。本文讨论了如何有效地把案例教学运用于计算机专业教学当中,从而提高计算机专业教学效果,培养出社会需求的高素质技能型人才。     

A problem-solving based computer-assisted tutorial for the earth sciences

Abstract This study investigated the effects of a Problem-Solving based Computer-Assisted Tutorial (PSCAT) on earth science achievement and attitudes toward earth science of tenth graders (16-year olds) in a senior high school in Taiwan. A total of 137 students who were enrolled in four earth science classes participated in this pre-test/post-test control-group experiment. The experimental groups received the PSCAT; whereas the comparison groups received a Lecture-Internet-Discussion (LID) teaching approach. A multivariate analysis of covariance on the post-test scores of the Earth Science Achievement Test and Attitudes Toward Earth Science Inventory, with students' pre-test scores as the covariates, suggested that PSCAT produced (almost) significantly greater gains on students' earth science achievement than did the LID approach and that no statistically significant increase or decrease in student attitudes toward earth science was found for either group.     

基于Internet的省级科技基金项目管理系统

开发基于Internet的信息系统实现对省级科技基金项目管理提供全程、全方位的支持是提高其管理水平的有效手段。该文在分析了基于Internet的信息系统的特点及对省级科技基金项目管理工作带来变革的基础上，结合某省科技基金项目管理实践，提出了一个基于Internet的省级科技基金项目管理系统的总体框架，该系统已经在实际中得到应用。     

2001年绵阳科学城地区辐射环境监测与质量评价

2001年绵阳科学城地区主要环境介质(大气、河水、土壤和沉降等)中放射性水平与科学城开工前天然本底辐射没有显著性差别。通过对每个核设施烟囱流出物的测量与估算,获得了烟囱排放源项数据。利用该地区的大气扩散模式和多烟囱排放的剂量叠加原理,在评价坐标系中计算了叠加剂量分布。辐射环境质量评价表明80km范围内最大个人有效剂量是公众剂量限值的十万分之四,健康危害是危害约束值的千万分之二。表明环境影响是微弱的,是人们可以接受的。     

从空间对地观测到预测地球未来的变化(一)-NASA地球科学事业(ESE)战略计划述评

分析介绍了NASA的ESE战略计划,该计划以提高人类对地球系统的科学认识、改进对天气、气候和自然灾害的预测和预报为目的,通过观测、模拟等手段认识控制地球系统变化的过程,回答一系列地球系统科学问题;计划制定了未来十年NASA的科学、应用和技术目标,针对不同的科学问题确定了相应的卫星任务并且展望了预期成果。最后对ESE战略计划的若干特点进行了概括和分析。     

Easy Algorithm Animation on the Web

The animation environment Jeliot automates visualization of algorithms over the Internet. The user can visualize algorithms of his own, not merely the selection supplied by a service provider. Jeliot is based on self-animating data types: the user selects the data objects of the source code to be visualized, and Jeliot produces the animation based on operations performed on those types. We present the design of Jeliot and the principles of its implementation. In addition, we discuss the educational applications of Jeliot.     

艺术教育与科技教育有机结合的探讨

科学技术与艺术在共同缔造人类文明的历史进程中起着同样重要的作用。现代高等教育必须把科学技术教育与艺术教育有机地结合在一起,本文论述了上述两种教育的结合与学科发展、提高和培养学生创造力之间的关系,并提出了高校实现科技教育与艺术教育有机结合的有效途径。     

试论高校贯标认证工作

根据当前经济发展的特点和“科教兴国”的基本国策和高校肩负的任务,分析了高校加强质量管理,开展贯彻ＩＳＯ９０００族标准并申请认证工作的必要性。结合高校的特点,提出了贯标认证必须做好组织落实、全员培训、编好文件、认真宣贯落实四项主要工作。     

Twenty‐five years of the Information Systems Journal: A bibliometric and ontological overview

The Information Systems Journal (ISJ) published its first issue in 1991, and in 2015, the journal celebrated its 25th anniversary. This study presents an overview of the leading research trends in the papers that the journal has published during its first quarter of a century via a bibliometric and ontological analysis. From a bibliometric perspective, the analysis considers the publication and citation structure of the journal. The study then develops a graphical analysis of the bibliographic material by using visualization of similarities software that employs bibliographic coupling and cocitation analysis. The work produces an ontological framework of impact and analyses the journal papers to assess qualitatively ISJ's impact. The results indicate that the journal has grown significantly over time and is now recognized as one of the leading journals in information systems. Yet challenges remain if the journal is to meet its aims in impacting and setting the agenda for the development of the Information Systems field.
